GIFS, are different to videos, they don't upload sound.

Don't see this as a high priority right now. Plus if a video option was added I don't think it'd be used a lot. Most people just post photos on there.

Would be a low priority project, unlike adding orange cats to SRP.
Anyways, when taking video ICly, you usually SS everything including chat. Point being, when people do things, it's actioned with /me (excluding gestures). I doubt people on onrain wanna get hooked in with reading small /me text.

It can be sent into dms and if the account isnt deleted fast enough, it can be spread like wildfire and give srp a bad name (as it is already considered a 'weeb' server), people already think weird stuff goes on here with all the youtube videos about it here. Not all people are as innocent minded as some would think!

I can see how that would expand the possibilites of onrain, then at the same time I doubt it will be used much. If anything, I would suggest that you can upload a few pictures in one post.

Compared to images, video is insanely expensive to host well. The only thing I could see SRP implementing like this would be a way to embed videos uploaded to YouTube, but even that might encourage people to post OOC or inappropriate things, which we don't want.
