Now, you can still find rubbish skins on both these websites but, just look around at the STYLE of skins the other players have and try to match your skin up to the most similar you can make it whilst still making the skin you choose special. Now you have yourself a skin, your going to need to wait a couple of hours to gain money, now, money is one of the most useful things a guy can have, next to, popularity, loyalty, trust, a great skin and- well there's actually a lot...! Its best you check this regularly, it keeps you up to date and is a good read for when you are bored. Now you have read the rules & have gotten a fair amount of money there are a few items you should buy

Characters:

- Flaws: It may seem odd but, I actually prefer characters with more negative flaws then general qualities, its how I structure my characters!
- Abilities: You want to have balanced abilities, If your character HAS everything, your character has NOTHING.
- Physical Appearance: Make your character look physically appealing, don't make his eyes an ugly shade of blue or his hair a puke yellow.
- Mental Appearance: Characters are better if they aren't 100% stable, add a little bit of spice to it! Trust me, it will make it interesting, although, I do not recommend just 'being a sociopath's very hard to pull off.
- Extras: Add some extra traits! It won't hurt you, some examples of fun extras are, preferred smells, Allergy's, you choose!
- Backstory: Make it long, complex, heavily detailed, the more the better! Just don't make it too depressing with no future, add positives, don't let it all be sad!!
- Descriptions: Descriptions are important, it helps people to judge, here is a template for your characters Description!
- /Setdesc [Name] would be standing at exactly height (example 5'9) and would have long/short colour hair with pretty colour eyes.
Bend your characters towards what you want to do, A GangRPer should have a physically demanding character where, a family character should have a kind heart, ready to empress his or her family.

A Guide to making an Application acceptable if you struggle at answering the questions:

Uh- Anyways, If you are like me, like I mentioned earlier, you ABOLSUTELY SUCK at making applications, not because you can't format, (You actually are quite good at that) its more, making answers lengthy whilst not repeating points as well as hitting all the points you have in your mind which you struggle to write down and get it across. For me, I can write amazingly if its something I know the Ins and Outs of, an example of that is the character I am applying for. If you struggle at making threads, Don't make them too long, make the answers twice as many sentences as the question makes, that's usually 2-4 sentences, that's not that hard if you think about it like that isn't it? Once you've done that, you've got an Okay/ish thread, Probably a C if it was getting marked, a way you can maybe turn that into an A or a B is to write about your character, make it complex, for most applications you get the chance to write about your character's biography and, you can even add extra questions if you see it fit, something which I do just about every time, in which I go over my character in detail. This is a thread I made a while back, it has a great formula for success, I go over my character in detail and focused the thread over the Character more than the Job, which if you keep it say, 60/40 is fine! For people like me and you who struggle with this Character Knowledge is usually the highlight of our Applications, which, well it was for mine. "Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?" for that question I managed to fit 247 words in it without repeating a single point. As for the Scenarios you want to answer this as truthfully as you can to the character you are choosing, an example is mine

Sadly, the rest of my application wasn't to the standards I've set myself up to now, so I don't have anything more from that thread, although, I do have some from others.

Kara was born in 1966 on the planet Krpyton to the prestigous House of El. Her parents high ranking officials. When Kara was 13 years old, her planet, Krpyton was dying, her family, The House of El was forced to create a plan, the plan was to send its youngest members to the planet Earth to save their lives. Kara was charged with raising and protecting her baby cousin Kal-El. Before she left she was warned by her Mother that she would inherit powers due to the Earths Sun. When Krpyton exploded, Kara's pod was knocked off course by debris and sent into the Phantom Zone, a place where time does not pass. She was awake for at least part of this time, as she remembes feeling trapped alone inside her pod. Kara slept within the pod for 24 years until the pods engines activiated, landing on Earth on the year 2003 in which she would spend the life of a normal teenager, going to Midvale Junior Highschool along with her sister 'Alex Danvers' whilst managing her newly developing powers. Years later she would leave home, get an apartment and work at CatCo Worldwide Media as the CEO (Cat Grant)'s assistant until she began her life as a superhero on the year 2016

One of the most obvious reasons why your resource pack is not working is that you have not had it enabled it in your server options. You can enable it with the following steps:
Solution 2 - Clear your server resource packs folder.
Sometimes, if you failed to download the resource pack the first time, it will no longer prompt you for it and it will not load into the game. You can solve this by clearing out your server resourcepack folder.
Fixing resource pack crashes.
Usually, if it says the 'program has stopped working', keep it open. The game just freezes as it is loading the resource pack in, and sometimes it takes longer than others.
Solution 1 - Creating missing folder.
In rare cases, your Minecraft fails to create the server-resource-packs folder, you can fix this by creating one.
1. Go into the Run window, you can access the Run window by using the Windows Key + R, or going into 'Type here to search' and searching for 'Run.'
2. Type in to the Run window, the following: %appdata%. This will allow you to view all hidden files (.minecraft)
3. You should be in 'File Explorer' now in the 'Roaming' folder, in here, click the folder .minecraft.
4. Create a new folder with Ctrl+Shift+N, or Right Click > New > Folder. Make sure to name the folder exactly server-resource-packs. If it still doesn't work, read ahead.
Solution 2 - Allocating more RAM.
Your Minecraft is most likely crashing because you have little RAM on your computer. You can fix this by allocating more RAM to Minecraft.
1. Go into the Minecraft Launcher and click the button with the three lines.
2. Go into 'Launch options.'
3. Enable 'Advanced settings', when the pop-up window comes up, press the okay button. Afterwards, click the version you want to allocate more RAM too.
4. Select 'JVM arguments', and you should see a line of code like this:

There are a few requirements you must accept before being able to recieve your Apartment/Housing unit.
- If you build anything inappropriate (Swatikas or stuff like that) it will be removed
- You may not add attachments to your house (Like a second house in the backyard)
- Anything unrealistic will be world edited away.
- Apartments and houses cost money, Apartments cost 40k-60k (Deluxe Apartments cost 60k) per month and Houses cost 200k per month
1. Find your house, they are located in the bottom left side of the map going up into the middle left of the map.

Do /apartment to see this command, it is a LIST of all /apartment commands
COMMANDS OVERVIEW:
/APARTMENT ADD
This command allows you to add people to your apartment, this means they can open ANY and ALL chests, doors, trapdoors or other items that can open, this DOES NOT mean they can ADD RENT or do /APARTMENT EDITMODE. All it means is that they can have 'keys' to your apartment/house
/APARTMENT MEMBERS
This command allows you to see all the people you have ADDED to your apartment/house via /apartment add.
/APARTMENT REMOVE
This command allows you to remove people you have ADDED to your apartment/house via /apartment add.
/APARTMENT AUTOEXTEND
This command makes it so it AUTOMATICALLY takes YEN from your /bal every month instead of you having to physically go and click on the sign every 30 days.
/APARTMENT REVERSE
This command allows you to RESET all BLOCKS PLACED in your apartment/house, this can NOT be reversed so be warned when you do this command.
/APARTMENT EDITMODE
This command allows you add and style your apartments with blocks and items from /apartment shop.
NOTE: ONLY BUILD REALISTICALLY
