I got the same problem because my rank was reset from teacher but Iv played every day this week since my rank was removed yet I’m still grade 7

I’m stuck at 7th grade and I’m pretty shure it’s not possible for me to rank up right now is there a way you can maybe fix that for me I have the right amount of play time to be grade 12

iv played for enough time but when I do /ar check it says meets all the requirements and has already completed this rank up but I’m still 7th grade I really wanna graduate with my friends pls can this be fixed
