Workarounds and better logging/monitoring of what players own should have been implemented a long time ago.
Databases have existed for a really long time, it's about time they get used.
Those issues are nothing new. There need to be better backups as well.

Sure, people sort of turn them in extra rooms, but that's, surprisingly, realistic.
As a side note, the editable balconies should be the ones that come from cheaper, smaller apartments, since those will be in need of extra rooms

Transferring ownership is something that would be relatively easy to implement and much needed.
Concerns of abuse were raised earlier but I don't think those are realistic since people can still do those things without the command.
That's a good alternative! I remember mentioning something similar a while ago in the crime suggestions channel.
I think it boils down to what would be easier. Expanding the plug-in to include actual cosmetics (through a menu of sorts, like you mentioned) or finding an alternative for Tebex.
If it's a tebex policy. . . Don't use tebex! At least for the weapons. Using a different payment system is a good workaround - and we are definitely not the first to do that. Anyway, obvious +1.
I don't see how "we already have enough weapons" when there are about a hundred different...
