I agree, I liked the idea. I didn't think of it so I would more or less lean to the bus idea.

It still wouldnt hurt to make an actual place for those events. Theres still buildings in the business park that seem to be vacant and able to be used for it, though I do not know the plan.

So would it not make sense to put a couch, or chair or something on the balconies that were left blank? For example, a single couch was put onto some complexes. Why not put one on the balconies that are bland and have enough room for them? Screenshots are below.
