At times I sometimes have to report something with /help, but sometimes I can’t do lots of sentences, quite hard. So why not add an append to the /help.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
Longer sentences

Normally I would just shorten what I need help with but if you can’t do that, I don’t see too much of a problem with this.

Staff will reach out to you to ask you to explain further if they need more information (should be either a ticket reply system or they'll ask for your discord). When creating tickets its best to keep your problem 1-3 sentences long to make it easier for staff to digest. That's at least why I think they haven't added appended help messages.

I have a sneaking suspicion the poor staff member looking at all the open tickets doesn't want to be met with a paragraph

keep ticket short and simple, if you need to type out a paragraph to a staff member, just send it in their dms on discord

I'd say just try your best to sum up what you need help with in the ticket. If the staff member is unable to understand it fully from the shorten version, then they will ask you to elaborate. And as DarkEclipic said, if you need to type out a whole paragraph, then it would be better for it to be stored in dms (also because they could read over it as many times as they need because it will stay there.)

Ticket should be short and simple and as infi said the staff member will reach out to you if they need more information

Every ticket that gets submitted, reads out in our chat; This suggestion would just flood our chat. If you have more to say in a ticket, you can just say it once the staff member has accepted the ticket.

the staff members already take like ages to check the tickets so whats the point of appending it
they'll reach out and you can message in the ticket after that
or just shorten your messages
