Describe your activity:
While I wont say I am the most active person, I am on SRP whenever I can be and my activity has changed through the years. I am currently in college so if there are a lot of projects I have my activity might be low for a week or two though this is usually only around midterms and finals. But I have been on the server since 2021 and have taken part in multiple factions, roleplays, etc. Across my time on SRP I have had the honor of being a Chef for the school, a Surgeon and Paramedic in EMS, a Judge at Town Hall, and currently I am a Detective in KPD and a Shopkeeper. I have also worked at multiple shops over my time of SRP, currently between all my accounts I own Yakedo Amai, but also work at Mai-Yume, Okinasa, Club Umbra, and Rotasu Music.
Below is a chart of what my current availability stands with this current school semester. I will state for Wednesday’s it’s a 50/50 if I get on since I spend the majority of that day in class or driving and have to be off early to sleep.

What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:
Motivation to one day be a reporter has always been something on the back of my mind for a long period of time, and it's something I consider heavily before I apply to something. I have had friends come and go from the faction, many still actively in it. Thanks to this, I have seen a bit more of the actual work that reporters put into what they do to create these reports, and it has always fascinated me. Let alone I enjoy the process of writing and research and have for as long as I can remember, especially as I have gotten older as I find myself often writing stories or lore bits for my characters. I also want to give myself a chance to work more on my writing abilities in a new way than what I currently have before or actively do, I want the chance to explore new roleplay opportunities that the reporter faction may give as well as the friendships but to also help put effort more widely back into the server and to it's player base to what this server has given me in my time on SRP, to help further than what I do in KPD or did in EMS by aiding in sharing of events that happen on the server or help bring to light information people may not always realize is there.
Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:
Yes, while on my time on this server I have had the chance of being in a small handful of factions which some require a well understanding of writing to an extent such as when I was a Surgeon in EMS and am currently a Detective in KPD. I am also someone who for as long as I can remember enjoys and loves writing different types of things like stories, lore pieces, research papers, etc. and truly enjoy the process of the research and information gathering.

Absolutely.
Why should we accept you over others?:
I always find it hard to answer this question, because truly I don’t believe there is one prime reason over another I should be accepted over other applicants. I hope that my reputation and skills that I show both in and out of this application along with the factor I have a wide range of availability aid me into being accepted, but I do not know what this faction may need, I do not truly fully know what this faction requires as I’ve never been in it myself and have only witnessed it from the outside. What I can promise is dedication to this faction if I am to be accepted, to allow myself to use the best of my skills to create news articles for the players on this server to enjoy both OOCly and ICly.
Do you understand you have to stay completely neutral with all reports? (Your report can't have any OOC or IC bias towards a specific group.)
Of course, what fun would there be to show any sort of bias? The point of news reports is to give information to the public with no forum of bias for the public to make their own opinions and stand on the topics covered.
Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?:
Absolutely, if I cannot for any particular reason an inactivity log will be made. I also understand if I am unable to hit the monthly quota for an extended period of time I can face removal from the faction.
Summarise what you imagine work as a reporter is:
Having seen it slightly from watching my friends work on reports, interact, etc. I can say for certain that the work as a reporter is of high quality but is also something that you can have fun with even while of course following the rules that a reporter must follow and through the steps a reporter must go through to even create something for their report. As a reporter you must remain completely unbias in all of your work oocly and icly, but also keep a high standard of what you write as well. Though this does not mean that, as I have seen in many factions and in news, reporters typically are one big family that often may have to work together to complete jobs or even outside of work.
