I am very active on the server, as I usually spend many hours of my free time online. I currently only work two days a week so I can stay online for many hours. I stay consistently engaged and spend a significant amount of time roleplaying and interacting with players. My current primary role on the server is the college basketball team, so my consistent activity and involvement in events and roleplaying is already expected. In my current basketball role I often spend time roleplaying with team members and Karakura high and college students. Applying for another faction would help to further increase my opportunities around me which opens up a new and different variety of roleplay experiences. I have a lot of free time on my hands so I believe the shopkeeper role would be a great fit as I can confidently meet the monthly quota with no problem!

What shop are you applying for?:
I am applying for an accessory / gift shop. My first choice would be Sayonara Gift Shop, and I would rename it Kirapon. However I am okay with any store location or available unowned shop. I am also willing to be placed on pending if no shop is available at the moment! I understand that shops are limited so I can wait as long as possible.


Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:

I want to become a shopkeeper because it holds multiple aspects I'm extremely passionate about. I love creating more interactive and realistic roleplay opportunities for myself, and others. I want to contribute something valuable for the community. I believe this is a great opportunity for myself to be able to interact and connect with a wider range of players. It will introduce me to people from new factions, and help me contribute to the servers roleplay experience. I have so many exciting ideas for this shop, which I believe not only I, but everyone involved will have fun partaking in. Owning a shop will allow me to take on a higher role that challenges me while bringing something fresh and new to the town of Karakura. Im excited by the idea of bringing my events to life and creating unique roleplay experiences for everyone that visits my shop. Kirapon will offer memories and stories that makes players keep on wanting to come back.

I recently have a lot of spare time on my hands, so I would love to take on a new role and its responsibility. I have been playing the server since 2017, however the majority of my roleplay has always been within the sports faction. I would love to have a shot at trying something different which can increase my roleplay with a wider variety of people, as a store is visited by every faction. I believe becoming a shopkeeper will motivate me further on schoolrp and encourage my involvement as taking on a new role is always exciting! As schoolrp has been an outlet for me to relax and have fun, I would love to give back to it by purchasing custom items and supporting the server while getting fun new interactive items for players to further their roleplay with!

The shopkeeper role has always caught my eye, as I have always loved to build and lead a team. I love working with people, so meeting new faces from different factions and working with newly hired employees excites me. Especially the idea of the many roleplay opportunities with them yet to come. I get the chance to host events, create fun openings, and overall create a shop that becomes a memorable part of town.

I see this as a creative hobby and opportunity. I want to create something that distinguishes itself and shines, captures attention! I want to contribute more to the server while doing something I whole heartedly enjoy.


Leadership Position
I believe that when you become a shopkeeper, you take on a very important leadership position. You form a team with the employees you hire, and a bond with the customers you serve. You give people the opportunity to further develop their characters, and create enjoyable opportunities revolving events. Leadership influences the overall success and setting the tone of the shop. As a shopkeeper you are required many duties like managing inventory or meeting monthly quotas, however you're also maintaining a team to ensure everyone feels treated equally and with respect. I enjoy leading a team because it allows me to create engaging opportunities for roleplay where players can have fun and contribute their opinions and ideas to create an even better inclusive experience. I am excited to organize creative events and make smart financial decisions that benefit the store employees, while allowing customers to enjoy themselves. I see being a shopkeeper as a chance to be present, strive to improve, and bring creative ideas to life while maintaining professionalism.
I was once a college basketball captain. My duties included organizing tryouts, maintaining a healthy relationship between the members, creating and scheduling events, and collaborating with other teams. I am confident that I can take on the shopkeeper role as it has some similar characteristics when it comes to leadership skills. I am a dedicated individual who puts in their best effort to show up and perform required tasks and quotas.
I was also on the Event team a couple years ago, where I came up with many event ideas and I know that working with a team and treating everyone with respect creates the best and most uplifting environment to work with! I have a lot of spare time, and would love to spend my free time organizing and taking charge by being a shopkeeper.

Roleplay Hotspot
I would love for my shop to be a roleplay hotspot where customers and employees look forward to our next opening. I believe not only will it benefit myself and the store employees, it will enhance the overall experience of the server. With providing a variety of special inclusive events, unique ideas, and immersive interactions, players will feel the need to visit beyond just buying items. I would like to offer a shop that provides in-depth character development for customers and joyous opportunities to meet others and collaborate with each other. I want to provide a welcoming atmosphere that offers exclusive items and fun roleplay experiences that makes players want to come back. I also have quite a few custom items which I can sell in my store, helping me offer unique items that people will want to grasp a hold of! I am planning on buying interactive custom items that players will love to use. When I do an opening, I would love to keep my store open for a while and offer surprising little roleplay scenarios involving the store employees and mascot, here and there for players to discover and enjoy.

Character Development
One reason that inspired me to apply to become a shopkeeper is the idea of character development. My character Kira Tashiro is a 5'4, 29 year old female who has always dreamed of owning her own store sparked by a childhood memory.
She grew up in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. She was raised by her Grandmother who worked in a small beach retail store in the outskirts of Odaiba. Everyday she would come home from school and do her homework behind the countertops where she’d observe her grandmother working hard to keep them financially stable and healthy. Everyday she’d watch her grandmother greet customers with a warm smile as she’d work tirelessly. One day, a homeless man entered the cafe. It was evidently clear that he would not be able to afford much, but he approached the counter and asked for something to eat. Kira looked at her grandmother with a concerned look, expecting her to shoo him out. However, instead of this, she sat him down and gave him a full meal and tea for free. That day she told Kira that running a shop doesn't mean you should only do it for the money, but to help others. Helping others builds a strong community that will support you in the end. It turns customers into friends and family, and gives you the biggest success of them all. Kira witnessed her grandmother's powerful act of kindness. This inspired Kira and gave her the idea to want to own her own shop one day. Now that Kira is grown up, by working small retail jobs all over Japan, her love for owning a store grew even stronger. She now lives in Karakura where she actively seeks opportunities to own her very own store. She wants to create an environment that brings people together and welcomes all. Turning Kira into a shopkeeper will give me greater opportunities to make my character’s story and lore even more complex and realistic, as this is her dream job. I would be able to further enhance my roleplay experience.




Unique events and Ideas that involve everyone
I like to believe that I am a rather creative and quick thinking individual that comes up with many event ideas. I absolutely love bringing my ideas to life as I believe not only I would have fun, but those involved. I trust that everyone on the server would have fun taking part. I will further explain in more detail about these events in the “what do you plan to do with your shop” section. A few brief ideas I have are:

These events will be very inclusive, allowing people to further their roleplay experience by hanging out in our accessory store, Kirapon! I am aiming for Kirapon to be a roleplay hotspot where people look forward to their openings and what new ideas or new items we have in stock. Using Onrain as a main way of advertisement, I want customers around karakura to get involved with the account and funny storyline that our mascot will post and promote, inspired by the one and only duolingo mascot. One of my other main ideas is to have a few claw machines, where players will pay a small fee and roll a specific number, depending on if they land the number or not, they will get to choose one of the plushies that is stated on the sign beside the machine. This will not only enhance roleplay scenarios, but people will have fun with the thrill of our mini game center section!


Challenging skills
I believe that there is always room for improvement. When owning a shop, you need to be ready with quick thinking whenever issues or last minute changes happen. Owning a shop would help me challenge and benefit myself by growing on skills like organization, collaboration, teamwork, time management, and decision making. I love working with people so given the opportunity, I will improve on my cooperation with staff members and customers. I will improve in prioritizing tasks, staying organized, and overall building confidence in how I manage the shop. Running a shop allows me to work on being creative with the shop build, product ideas, and how to advertise it well. I am looking forward to, if given the chance, to show this improvement and new skills that can be gained by having a shot at being a shopkeeper!

What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:

Kirapon is an accessory and gift shop that brings fresh ideas to Karakura, concentrating on fun toys, souvenirs, accessories, cool hats, outfits and fancy glasses. We sell a wide variety of items that help customers of all genders and any age, to feel welcome! Kirapon is more than just a simple accessory and gift store! We will be hosting interactive roleplay opportunities, fun events, collaborations with other businesses, a well rounded store that makes you keep wanting to come back! We will be adding new ideas to the store such as claw machines, a store mascot and music links! I have a wide variety of custom items I am willing to share with the store and make public, as well as planning to buy more custom items in the future for it. As it is a gift shop, I also want to have collectibles and souvenirs that theme locations of Karakura. We will be selling themed souvenirs from locations in Karakura like the beach, KPD, School, hotsprings, and EMS. This will be explained further below with images. Not only will this enhance pride in our lovely town, but create wanting to gather all of our collectable location items as a local and a tourist!


Event Ideas

✮EVENT: Shop with a friend!✮
What is better than shopping with a friend? Kirapon is bringing it to life with a special deal, bring a shopping buddy and buy one get one free! Enjoy special couple deals by buying one pair of accessories, not only getting one but TWO for just the single price! The catch? There is none! Just head on by and even better, if you stop by with matching outfits you get a chance to play rock paper scissors at the register to win an exclusive bff matching merch made for the event! There of course will also be a photo booth for this. This event will encourage connection within the community by encouraging customers to bring their friends. It will promote fun social interaction as shopping when it's a shared experience is always better! This will also help boost sales as when one item is free, there will be more people showing up in the store that will discover new favourite items and become regular shoppers in the future. Events like these makes shopping memorable, as it makes the store feel generous and welcoming. Kirapon is celebrating friendship which is perfect because we value kidness within the community!


✮Employee Appreciation Day✮
I was also thinking of a wider event that could be hosted with another restaurant which would be all about our hard workers in Karakura. This will be a town wide party / dinner hosted for only those that are employed in Karakura, including all shop staff, KPD, EMS, School employees etc. It is a reminder that every hardworker deserves recognition. It will be a potluck type event where everyone can chip in and bring food and drinks, and meet one another and basically give ourselves a pat on the back for working so hard. This will allow more roleplay between other factions and allow us to connect with each other. It will give our characters a chance to meet new people and interact with other employed people and possibly make connections for further business opportunities and collaborations as well. The reason why this event is significant is because it brings together a variety of individuals who contribute to Karakura heavily. Many people work extremely hard behind the scenes and acknowleding their efforts with a lovely crowd, party, and warm food will help remind them that they're valued as people. This reinforces Kirapon's core values as my character Kira Tashiro focuses her beliefs in kindness, appreciation, and giving back to the town.

✮Bring Your Pet Day✮
Calling all pet lovers! This opening is all about tagging along with your furry friend. we are promoting inclusivity with all kinds of roles in the server. Our lovely mascot will be handing out free treats and you have the option to enter our photo contest to possibly win the cutest pet category, as well as a free tailored onesie of your furry friend! All you need to do is take a photo with our mascot, and post it on onrain with our special hashtag for the event! Winners will be posted and announced on our Onrain page. This encourages community bonding as its a lighthearted and wholesome way for the people of Karakura to bond over. This also boosts ONRAIN engagement and helps audiences want to keep up with latest updates on Kirapon. As we encourage guests to take a photo with our mascot Pon and post it using our special hashtag, this brings Kirapon's digital community to life. It will grow visibility for Kirapon by creating a trendy buss on social media. It will get more people excited about events and to stay actively involved in participating. This will be the perfect opportunity for animal whitelist users to be involved and have fun with a store opening and roleplaying in it aswell!

✮EVENT: Kirapon fashion walk!✮
Show off your best look by stepping onto the once in a lifetime runway at Kirapon! Customers will have the chance to detail rp and strut the runway in their favorite outfit, mixing and matching styles with our accessories they bought from the store. This creates a spotlight to local creativity and highlights how accessories from Kirapon can be mixed and matched. We encourage community engagement for people to participate and cheer each other on. Every person who steps onto the runway will turn into a walking model or live promotion for Kirapon's items, which can encourage others to want to buy the same items! The employees and managers will be the judges, and one lucky winner will receive a WHOPPING PRIZE OF 200K, amongst a free chosen item from our store! Our judges will be looking for confidence, dazzling outfits, creativity, and uniqueness! After the contest, there will be a mini photo shoot spot for players to stop by and take pictures with their fellow contestants and friends. The event photos will be posted on our ONRAIN account to promote and recruit new customers to want to partake in these inclusive events we offer!

✮EVENT: LUCKY JOKER✮
Are you naturally funny? Do your friends call you the class clown? Well come on down to Kirapon for special prizes just by telling jokes! Our store mascot Pon, will be waiting in a booth beside a claw machine. If you have what it takes to make him laugh, you get two free spins with our claw machines to win one of our exclusive plushies! This event is all about bringing positivity and joy to the community of Karakura. It creates a enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere. This event allows interactive experiences for customers, instead of just shopping by yourself, you get to participate and be entertained. This also promotes engagement with the mascot which is important as Pon, our mascot is a powerful symbol to our brand. Only catch? Pon’s a tough one to crack, you outta be super funny!

✮EVENT: Pon Day!✮
Our store’s mascot is a bunny, so why not have a day about him! Pon day is a special celebration dedicated to our mascot. Stop on by at Kirapon today, and show up with a bunny accessory or outfit to join in on the fun! Take a photo with our famous mascot himself, and get a chance to be posted on our ONRAIN account! Throughout the event we will be having discounts on any bunny themed items we sell throughout the store. This event will be notified in advance on the store’s discord so that people have enough time to plan accordingly and get outfits. This will strengthen brand identity as Pon represents our entire store. Dedicating a day all about him will deepend the emotional bond people have with the store, and will make fun and memorable visits. We heavily encourage customer participation by turning shopping into an interactive experience where people get to dress up and mingle with others throughout the store.


✮Logo Competition✮
The Kirapon Logo Competition is an art event where our community's artists will be able to showcase their talent and have a chance to create our very own official logo! Hosted through our discord server, we offer the opportunity for any artist to be the face of the brand. The logo must be bunny inspired to incorporate our beloved mascot, Pon the bunny. Artists will submit an originally created logo design through a discord channel that will be set up for the event. Since creating art takes effort and time, this event will be announced a week in advance so that artists will have enough time to plan and be creative. The top two entries will be selected and members of the official Kirapon discord server will have a chance to react and vote to which one they think should be first place. The winning art piece will become Kirapon's official logo, used across our platforms and social media. They will receive a cash prize as a thank you for their contribution and talent. They will receive public recognition on our discord and ONRAIN page. The art piece that makes it in second place will still receive an honourable mention. This event is significant because it empowers our community's digital artists by giving them a platform to showcase their talent while building community pride. It also promotes inclusivity and encourages the idea that Kirapon cares about the creativity and ideas of the town.


✮EVENT: Christmas Carollers✮
Join us in gathering outside of Kirapon as a group of singers will be singing Christmas carols and classic holiday chants. More than just a festive gathering, it is a memorable celebration that promotes generosity and community spirit. The outside of the store will have twinkling fairy lights wrapped around the windows, a wreath above the door, golden pinecones and mini potted plants surrounding the side of the store. This is the perfect time to stop on by and purchase any last minute gifts for your loved ones and friends, all while listening to lovely carols happening right outside the store. I wast thinking to collaborate with a sports team, perhaps the cheer team to volunteer and prepare detailed actions in advance, giving them a mini event they can get fun and creative with! My store employees will be running the shop as usual, while our mascot will be handing out candycanes to anyone that donates or tips. This Christmas is all about being generous and helping new players. I want to support struggling players as winter can be a tough time, and those who've had trouble settling into the city. This is why all funds will be given to a lucky chosen winner who needs financial help, to help them with money towards getting an apartment for the cold winter. We will help them with a few months rent. We want Kirapon to be a place that takes care of it's people, and encourage the town's support and creativity by letting other factions take part in hosting events with us. We want to make this a memorable tradition, where the cheer team comes down and sings Christmas carols for a charitable reason. This event will create pure holiday cheer, making the town feel more inclusive and alive.

Spring:
For our spring raffles our theme will be about coloured merch, bows, and floral themed accessories. The store will be decorated with flowery garlands, and light colours creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for any customers. Our spring raffle prizes will offer exclusive spring collectibles. In order to enter the raffle you must buy spring themed products like flower crowns, floral themed accessories, bunny ears, and pastel coloured items.

Summer:
For our Summer raffles our theme will be about beach items, sun hats, and anything tropical.
The store will be decorated to match the season, garnished with tropical plants and breezy decorations. Our summer raffle prizes will offer exclusive limited summer merchandise. In order to enter you must purchase seaonal items such as beach bags, Karakura's Beach In A Bottle (custom item explained later), sunglasses, and pool floaties.

Winter:
The store will be transformed and decorated with winter decorations such as blue decorations, snowflakes, and fairy lights. In order to enter our Winter raffle prizes that will offer exclusive limited winter merchandise, you must buy winter items like scarves, hats, and mugs.

You look to the side of the store, where you see racks of stylish and affordable outfits perfectly coordinated to match with the accessories being sold throughout the store.



Introducing… Matching merch!!
Here at Kirapon, not only do we sell accessories, but we provide free outfits that match along with the accessories. We will design and tailor t-shirts, sweaters, one pieces and hoodies that pair perfectly with our store's accessories. They will be updated weekly to provide uniqueness and for people to want to grasp a hold of one of these must have outfits! Not only will we support local tailors and pay them well for their work, I myself can create outfits as well and would love to be able to create free outfits for new players that may not have enough to purchase their own skins yet. I want my store to feel very inclusive and supporting of whoever enters.

Pon the Bunny
Pon the bunny is Kirapon's charismatic and huggable mascot. He will entertain customers throughout every opening with riddles, little free candies to pass out, singing, recommending store items and helping customers! He will greet customers with a warm smile and wave, and be heavily in charge of handling our ONRAIN account with updates and creative posts that will make users want to interact and stay actively involved. Pon will be a huge part of advertising Kirapon's brand. His friendliness and appearance will gather a wide audience from children to adults. Community connection is extremely important here at Kirapon. Pon will help us build deeper connections within the community by heavily interacting with customers and making the store's atmosphere friendly and welcoming.


ONRAIN
With this store, I want to promote as much roleplay as possible so I would love to involve and support Karakura’s social media account, Onrain. I believe this will help promote promotions and upcoming events which will take place in the store. Our Onrain account will be extremely active, reposting posts with our hashtag made by customers, our store mascot posting selfies with our favourite new merchandise, and posting exclusive coupon codes! We will be posting photos from our events and deals if you comment on our posts. We want to post highlights of our staff team’s fun interactions, collaborate with influencers to take pictures with our accessories, and gain as much support online as well as in person. Our store Mascot will be the star of our ONRAIN account, posting funny daily updates much like the duolingo mascot.



Shop Discord
We will have a shop discord that will promote openings and votings for new custom items! We will also provide channels for free skins as merch to match our accessories, and host fun giveaways to promote activity. There will be reaction roles for people to receive ping roles, where customers will be pinged in advance to a shop opening, or special event. If you react to the membership program, you will receive exclusive access to a channel that has special coupon codes and our secret store newsletter, as well as magazine promoting our items modelled by hired professional influencers and models from Karakura.



Customer Ratings and Reviews
In order to improve and hear our customer's voices, we will be having an anonymous form link on our discord which players can access at any given time. This form will allow players to provide feedback with any concerns, ideas, or what kind of events they would like to see in the future. This will not only help me as a shopkeeper to keep up with what the town wants to see, but it will also make players feel heard and included. I care about people's opinions and ideas as it can always help improve and make something even better!

Kirapon is unique because it offers new and immersive ideas and events that attract customers to keep wanting more! I would love to bring this idea to life and be able to showcase it for everyone to get involved in. This shop can really benefit roleplay in Karakura as people will be heavily involved in the shop’s interactive Onrain posts, updates on exclusive events, making the store a roleplay hotspot, and having a unique style to interacting with customers and employees. The Karakura Beach in a Bottle is a hand sized memory of Karakura’s very own beach. It is filled with really colorful seashells, real sand from our beach, and ocean water. It represents how peaceful and beautiful Karakura can really be. It is a miniature representation of our beach and holds significance to the town. By having it in Kirapon, we are offering for you to keep a memory of our town’s beauty. Buy it for yourself to keep in your room, or gift it to someone you spent a memorable day with by the beach. Meet the KPD Plush Pal! A soft and small plush toy dressed in Karakura Police Department’s uniform. A plush tribute to the KPD which supports the idea that they are heartfelt and hardworking. One special officer from the Karakura Police Department will be selected as the face of the Plush Pal. Their dedication, service, and story will be heard by the town with this plush in their hands. We will also be making an honorary ONRAIN post of why we selected this officer and who he is, what his background is and how he came to become a police officer. This will create community love by showing appreciation to our very own KPD and a growing symbol of heart and service in Karakura. Inspired by the Beanie Baby plushies, this plush will come with a little note that states the name, age, and a fun fact about this officer. Any KPD officer who purchases this at Kirapon will receive a 50% off discount.



To represent our one and only Karakura Hospital, we will be selling a custom octopus nurse plushie. Her name is nurse Tako, which means octopus in Japanese, is a squishy octopus with eight tiny arms always ready to help out. Need a comforting cuddle? Nurse Tako has got your back! She has sparkly eyes, sports a nurse cap with a red cross, and represents how warm hearted and kind the EMS are. This plush is being sold to celebrate our hardworking healthcare workers in Karakura. Nurse Tako encourages support to a healthy loving community. This is a perfect gift for thanks, to a friend, nurse, doctor, psychiatrist, or even yourself to make your hospital stay feel more comfortable! Any EMS member who purchases this item will get a 50% off discount.



SPARTAN
Are you a visitor who dreams of one day attending Karakura College? Or are you a student that takes a lot of pride being one? Well we offer a blue and white backpack that sports Karakura College’s Spartan pride. The design is campus styled and has a custom embroidering of the Spartan patch on the front pocket. It works perfect for repping your pride, everyday wear, or holding a message that you visited the one and only Karakura College. Much like how when you visit a university, there is a gift store that sells merch. We offer that here in Kirapon for any tourist or local to grasp hold of a memory with style!

BOBCAT
A dashing black and red backpack, for locals, tourists, or students who want to represent Karakura High. The bobcat mascot is patched handsomely on the front pocket, the word BOBCAT embroidered on the back, while the red and black stitching gives a sporty and cool look. Not only does this bring current pride and support to Karakura High, it creates moments of nostalgia for former students or adults who love to grab a memory or little piece of their school years. Kirapon helps the school become part of a legacy.

Owner 1/1
The store owner takes on a variety of responsibilities that allow things to run smoothly in the store. They will be in charge of hiring employees, and promoting those that seem dedicated and hard working. They will train new managers and make the financial decisions. Handle restock by ensuring the store is up to stock on their most popular products, and set store goals. They will handle any concerns or issues while creating a positive customer experience.

Manager 0/2
The managers at Kirapon will play a key role in the store. They will assist in training new employees, promote following shop rules and the code of conduct, solve any disputes that occur, and ensure customer needs. Managers will first go through training to ensure they are right for the spot. Managers will also get exclusive perks such as an employee discount.

Retail Sales Associate 0/16
Retail sales associates will create a welcoming and fun experience for customers. They will be expected to greet every customer, handle cash transactions, report to store managers and work with the claw machines.

Store Mascot 0/2
The role of the store mascot is to entertain customers. They will be in charge of showing up to each opening and walking around chanting riddles, singing, handing out treats, and making sure customers have a great time. They will also play a heavy role during store events and promotions on ONRAIN. The hiring process for the mascot will be heavily based on detail rp and creativity with ideas. We may have to hire multiple candidates so that we can make sure people can show up to different openings at different times.

What will your hiring process look like?
The hiring process will be held with in character interviews inside the store, and applications in the shop discord. Half of our employees will be hired through the interviews which will help my character understand a sense of each interviewees personality and professionalism, and half through applications so that people with different time zones can show up. During the interview process, they will be asked multiple questions regarding how dedicated they are to work, why they want this job, what they have to offer and what makes them different from other candidates, as well as a couple ooc questions regarding activity. The application will contain the same questions however require a little bit more in depth so that I can fully understand who I’m dealing with icly. Once they are hired, after a few openings or when deemed reasonable I will proceed to promoting two staff members who fit the criteria to become managers of the store.

How will you communicate with your staff?
I will be making all means of communication through the shop discord. We will have private channels for store employees where we can communicate regarding ideas, activity, and openings. I will make announcements for when I need to recruit staff for an opening, and employees will have the ability to sign up to take an upcoming shift.

Example:
"Hey Kirapon Employees! We will be doing an opening in exactly 3 hours. Please react below if you can make this shift. I am looking for 4 employees and 1Mascot. I need one employee by the claw machines at all times, and 3 on cash. For our lovely mascot, just do what you normally do, entertain and engage with customers. Try to show up to the store 10 minutes early if possible. Thanks!"

5 minute meeting
Before every opening there will be a mandatory 5 minute meeting which will go over the store budget, goals, and duties for the day.

Example:
"Good afternoon, lets get started with this speedy check in. Today our budget and goal is 400,000. Mascots make sure you are on the floor ensuring customer service and give me a heads up if you see any suspicious or concerning behaviour. Today we are hosting a special discount of buy 1 get one free so the store might be a little more busier than usual. I will also be on a register today to help out. Any questions? If not lets get started!"


Uniforms

The Kirapon employee uniform gives a balance between stylish and cozy, much like the shops welcoming environment. On top we have a fuzzy brown sweater that fits comfortably while keeping a professional look. On the bottom we have a black skirt or black pants, tailored for a clean professional look. To top it all off, we added a striped tie to give a sophisticated look while staying classy.
