I have participated in or am currently participating in many different roles on the server. I am very active within both roles that I hold. Currently, I hold roles in the Sports Faction and Teacher Faction. I also have experience working in other stores and am still doing so. As of the time of this application, I have been on the Bobcat basketball team since November 2025. I always make sure to attend all the practices that are posted as best as possible. Additionally, I participate in team bonding, and I also do team rivalry. I believe this experience is very helpful for the type of shop I wish to run. As for Teacher Faction, I have been a member since January 31st, 2025. As a teacher, I have experience in running events and engaging roleplay. As of January 15th, 2026, I have been given the opportunity to become a higher-up and run my own department within the faction.
Right now, I am available 5 to 6 days a week and spend most of that time playing on SchoolRP, participating in active roleplay. I am usually always online from 5 PM to 2 AM CST. However, I also find myself online from 2 PM to 4 PM occasionally. In a couple of months, I will have to start studying for school, but this should barely affect my time online.

Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
I have been playing SchoolRP for around 4 years, and within that time, I ventured into different roleplay opportunities such as the teacher faction and the sports faction, and for the longest time, I’ve been wanting to expand my roleplay horizons to gain more experience within a different side of SchoolRP. I have been lucky enough to already work alongside amazing shopkeepers, and I’ve always had an interest in their role and how it contributes to SchoolRP and what it brings to the server and its players. I believe that by becoming a shopkeeper, I will gain valuable experience within the new setting of roleplay that will benefit my roleplay overall, and be part of that contribution to the server.
I also understand how valuable the shop experience is to newer players as it is the most accessible to most who have newly became apart of the SchoolRP community. I hope that by becoming a shopkeeper, I will exceed the expectations of those players with the intention of providing a welcoming environment so that they will want to keep playing SchoolRP. I also believe that with this shop, I will be able to provide more players with more roleplay opportunities in a way to gain a respectable server reputation.
During the time I spent in various factions, I’ve further envisioned where I want to take myself on this server, and that is being a part of this faction and having my own store. I’ve had an interest in the athletic side of the server for the entirety of my 4 years on this server. That being said, I want to showcase this interest and provide a way for the entire community to also enjoy and further benefit from common interests.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
Athletics are a big part of SchoolRP, but there is no market for it yet. That's where Hayabusa comes in! Hayabusa is your one-stop shop that every athlete needs. Here, our goal is to provide top-quality items to anyone looking to get more active. We'll sell useful equipment as well as decorative furniture and occasional accessories. Headed by our own native Peregrine Falcon, Tenkai is the shining beacon of Hayabusa. Their speed, grace, and agility are qualities that our business stands for, established right here in Karakura. Backed with our high-quality equipment and reputable employees, customers and regular citizens alike will recognize Hayabusa's contributions to Karakura, making the Hayabusa name synonymous with athletics.
I intend to sponsor both Bobcat and Spartan sports teams by providing them with the opportunity to wear and/or use free gear with company branding, in exchange for promoting the company by posting on onrain. Additionally, Hayabusa will sponsor sports tournaments (with faction approval) and create fundraising events for the teams. For example, I would put a dunk tank outside the store before a scheduled tournament and have one member from both the Bobcat and Spartan teams participate in the event. Then I will charge a fee to customers if they want to try their luck and dunk one or both of their choosing. This will help promote Bobcat/Spartan rivalry before tournaments. Adding on, with faction approval, I plan to get in contact with a music group and have a sponsored halftime performance with the group. In the same way, Apple sponsors the Super Bowl halftime show. Finally, with faction approval, I also plan to open a small booth during events like sports day or similar events to sell Bobcat/Spartan-themed gear, and by doing so, further assist students on what team is their best fit.
I also have plans for the interior and exterior of the shop. For the exterior, I have in mind a modern, sleek, and simple look. For the interior, I want to incorporate a small track onto the floor to guide customers throughout the shop. References will be posted below.
What will you sell in your shop?:
Framed Jersey
Different sports jerseys, ranging from Bobcat/Spartan jerseys to Japanese baseball jerseys. I think this will be a great item to be a part of my shop since it matches the theme of the shop.
Mini Hoop
I plan to have this as a furniture item that players can hang up on their walls in their respective places of residence. It will be a great addition since most athletes have one, and it'll be a cool addition to a customer's place.
Tennis Racket
A holdable racket that introduces new roleplay opportunities.
Crossbody Backpack
A wearable multi-purpose athletic bag that holds every item that an athlete could need.
American Football Helmet
A decorative headpiece with a hard shell to replicate what athletes in the U.S. wear.

One Shop-Owner
My role as a shop-owner is to oversee all of the operations that are made from my managers and employees. I will have the final say in everything. And that includes restock, purchasing new items, opening, partnerships, and event participations. I will also be selling items on the floor along with my employees if need be.
Two Managers
This role is considered my second in command, and will have permission to open the shop on my behalf under my approval. I will be the one to message other shopkeepers about putting in an advert to announce that the shop is open and ready for business. I will coordinate with my managers on reviewing applications. They will also help other employees administer proper work procedures and will help handle difficult situations. These will be employees who have demonstrated responsible and trustworthy traits.
Social Media Manager
This role will primarily be in control of the shops onrain account, though they will still be an employee and able to attend openings.
Seven Employees
These employees will be taking orders at the cash register. The number of employees may fluctuate due to demand. They will report any incidents to the manager or me, depending on who is on duty.
For the hiring process, I will create a Google Form for applicants to fill out first. As an alternative, I will also offer in-character interviews held by both myself and my managers. I will still make sure to ask them important questions out of character, such as availability, Discord, etc. I will then post an announcement of those who got hired.
