    I do use them. You just have to use them for almost a week and then you'll start naturally avoiding the road and heading for cross-walks.. So unless I'm chasing to stab someone, I use them.

    -1 - They don't usually fine new players far to my knowledge but ask them out of the road. - It doesn't make exploring the map any harder because there are pedestrian lanes almost everywhere and every few blocks. - You hardly ever get caught jaywalking and if you do it's just 10,000 Yen.
