I agree that this would be cool, I just doubt that this would just be denied again so I don't see too much of a point posting it anyway, so technically I'm not -1 nor am I +1 on this

-1 The only reasons that we have KPD rolling 200 is because they have been physically trained and worked hard to this, unless if the government has some sort of physical training for some odd reason, I don't see why this should exist.
