What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
I have a lot of experience with Detail Rping, I have been for SRP for over a year now and I've been on multiple teams that have needed the use of detailrping within. I've been on Dodgeball Team, Track team, and now currently running the high school swim team. These teams, if not most need to be detailrped out to fully live up to its expectations, I myself feel as though my detailrp is pretty good. Not only teams but I've worked/work in a lot of shops that need the works to do a prepared detail /me to great the customers.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our medical team?:
My motivation to join EMS comes from an assortment of things, firstly I've had multiple of my friends in the past and present tell me that EMS would be a good way to dip my toes into the knowledge of hospital doings as well as it's a great way to improve detailrping. I believe with being on EMS I can help improve other player's characters as well as my own, I can play my character's very well is what I've been told so I wish to expand my character's into bigger and brighter things such as being an EMS and helping other player's characters in need.

Psychiatrists can do an assortment of helpful things such as providing care for mental illnesses especially those who need it urgent, help and direct one through a long and or sort term mental illness or mental health condition one may be struggling through, provide advice for lifestyle changes such as relationships, struggles with work, and multiple other problems one may struggle through. Not only can they work with you individually they are also specialized to work through problems with multiple people at once, such as a person's significant, friends, or family member.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Doctor - People that work with many of the minor things such as the less serious surgeries and broken bones, and emergencies such as stab wounds. This position isn't allowed to work with things such as mental-health patients, but on the other hand, they are able to prescribe things such as painkillers to the patient.
Psychiatrist - They are to diagnose help the mentally ill, and they are also there to provide therapy for those who are mentally ill and need the assistance.
Surgeon - Surgeons are needed for major surgeries and for immediate emergencies. Surgeons are the main people that perform the most surgeries, though they can also do simple treatments such as doctors if truly needed.
Are you aware of the basic medical emergency colour codes? If so, with their meanings, specify all those you’re aware of:
Code Blue - Medical Emergency. Generally, a CPR team is required for these.
Code Red - Fire. This means that an evacuation must occur.
Code Green - Behavioral Emergency. This generally means that a patient is having an issue with a hospital staff member.
Code Orange - Hazardous Material. This means that there is some type of material that is not supposed to be released.
Code Yellow - Disaster. Overall, there must be some type of disaster happening within the hospital, natural or manmade.

Tell us about your character, how they look, what makes them unique?
Youta is a 5'10 male with soft swaged hazel hair, dark chocolate eyes that complimented his rosy-pale skintone, His build would come off as athletic while he smiled of a Nautic Voyage cologne. He would always have a constant outgoing and upbeat attitude when it came to any and everyone, he'd always wear a perky smile that's ready to do whatever he can to fulfill what deeds need to be done.
What he's like on and off the job?
He's both the same on and off the job as when it comes to a personality like, he loves to help who and whatever comes in his path. He's very sweet and sensitive to those younger than him especially the youth of the town, though he will become slightly more focused and dedicated when it comes to his job more so than when he is off duty.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?
His outlook on his co-workers is that he respects them all the same as he would anyone else, he believes that they the same as him has worked extremely hard to get where they are today. He's not judgemental towards any of them. As for his plans for the future, he hopes to have a blossoming relationship with someone he believes will be his forever, he hopes to have a loving wife with children as he continues to focus on his job and improve.

BACKSTORY

Masuda Youta was born on a sunny summer day in Osaka, Japan. He had one older brother, and a happy pair of parents - though a lot of the time, they seemed rather down. Up until Youta was a bit older, he didn’t quite understand why - but he realized that his older brother was very isolated and antisocial. Youta, unlike his brother, went to a large public school and learned to joke around and make stupid jokes with his friends. Around high school, he became close to his brother - and learned that he, just like Youta, wanted to become a part of medical school. Youta’s excitement for them being able to possibly work in the same field was enough - and he enjoyed studying with his older brother and learning from him, especially when his brother was in college. Youta was excited, and when he finally reached college, he could easily brag about having an older brother who taught him so much more than he’d ever know himself. Youta then moved to Karakura after finishing college and chose to apply for the hospital there.
