College student working multiple jobs looking for a room.

I am a 22yr male, currently in college masters working multiple jobs as stated, I just need a place to rest my head when school is out and my shifts are over. I can pay half of the rent — willing to discuss depending on location, I'm not allergic to any animals except for dust which I can help manage alongside general house chores. Non religious and LGBTQ+ accepting, gender doesn't matter to me.

My qualities are:

• Quiet

• Organized & neat

• Can cook

• Can clean

• Don't smoke

• Non-alcoholic

• Non-invasive

Please either text or email me if you have anything available at oushinatta@️karakura.com, thank you for your consideration.
