Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Did you know that teachers are actually the most important faction on the server. Teachers are so important on school roleplay for many reasons. The foundation on this server is based on school and the urban life style of students and others around it. They are the most imortant faction because they make this server what it is. They add detail to the roleplays and lore across all characters and even people who are now adults have favorite teachers. Leadership makes teachers so prominent and good for the community leading players in the right direction including those of all players on the server nomatter who it is. Everyone is included and they influence character development and its frankly beautiful. It wouldn't be as realistic to not have teachers and call the server school roleplay.
We mind as well call them karakura town roleplay if we remove teachers or teachers suddenly become inactive. Most of the server is included of green tags and grade-12s making them the backbone of the server being that pretty much everyone has at least 1 student character. They make the server interesting in its own right. Teachers make School roleplay extremely interesting and improves the skills of roleplay for others. I even learned parts of detail roleplay in classes and it made the server lovable for me even when I had nothing to do there was always a class hosted. Teachers can do anything to their imagination host a class they want to plan and host. They can make the server better for all with their influence and roleplay including having families and living the life their character desires while having a positive impact on the server.

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:

My Motivations for becoming a teacher is very vast. Speaking of which to join all my friends in becoming a Teacher. I have people that have been my friends in families in other communities that ended up joining this faction. This will boost my ability to roleplay with them outside of gang roleplay orrientated styled roleplay. My goal is to make scenarios I hadn't done before on school roleplay through the acts of teaching Art class and come with creative lessons that will interest other players. My friend hotandhomeless is a teacher and has confidence that I could do well in teaching as well as multiple other faction members have noted that I have grown as a member on this server in the past and I look forward to working with the faction leads of the server taking a step up from working with gang leads, club leads, or verified business leads as a whole. If I become a teacher I would be working for something greater than what I have achieved so far on this server.
IC Motivation
Rosa Takeshima has been a delinquent through out her child hood. Looking to make a comeback she decided to leave delinquency and become a worker at a writing company to boost her career but she wanted to do more than writing. She wanted a job that pays better and garentee payment. She worked hard and eventually got a degree in arts looking to teach art in school just like some of her family did. She wanted to make the Takeshimas proud by becoming a Teacher after a troubled child hood and lead as an example rather than fall into a cycle of tragedy.

Rosa is going over surrealism art in class as she taught what she needed to teach the students. Ms Takeshima said "What I want you to do today is to draw a object and draw a unnatural enivorement as the background like a weird dream." A Student in the back ground looking confused at their notes nothing is on there staring at the board hopeless, Ms Takeshima said"What is wrong my child" The Student said "I don't know anything about art I cant even draw good." Rosa said "Thats what makes art beautiful, You won't get points off if you mess up as long as you try your best you will succeed." The Student looked less panicked and said "Thank you I'll try my best at what I learned in class today and see if I can make this work." Rosa said "Thats all that matters its better to turn in something than not turn in anything and get an F." Rosa smiled and walked back to recieve assignments from that day and grade them as best as she possibly could for each and every student.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Rosa is teaching a class "Now Today he're we are I'm Here to Teach the importance of Renaissance art. Artist has accurately studied the human body using it in poses on status like you see here. The Invention of linear and atmospheric perspective led to the invention of." Kai said "PAPI" Rosa said angrily after chalk screetched on the board "Who said that." Kai said scared out of his mind sitting at a chair "I don't know must of been her." pointing at lily across the class room a pink haired girl in the room. Kais friends were laughing together at the same table and then Rosa stated. "Thats your first warning don't proceed further." One of kais friends lily said "Wow thats funny come on watch this video." Rosa stated "Give me your phone." Lily said "No." Rosa said then get out of my class. Lily was kicked out of the class and Kai said "You're a bitch" Rosa said "Second warning last one before a detention." Kai instantly shut up and she got back to the lesson writing on the board. "The invention of linear and atmospheric perspective lead to the invention of 3d art. Now any questions about it." Rosa moved on from Kai after he was done with his antics not really caring now just wanted to get through the last period and go home to her family.

Hobby Auction
Everyone in class draws whatever they want for 1 period as they can draw from using pencils and crayons from any genree or thing that interests them as a person. Using a variety of colors they draw out what their hobbies are like or what interests them or what expresses them. Then They have to act like they are selling it for a lot of money like its a high value masterpiece others will be debating on the auction the buyers and the artists each and every art peice will be posted as homework and graded as such and if they are to buy it or not. This is a pretend auction with pretend money.
Original Character
Everyone will be tasked with coming up with a Original character that isnt real. Either hybrids or a entirely new species and explore the creation of creating something original. Everyone will work together to create something unique in teams of 2 tasked with doing certain parts of the project. Afterwards all projects will be presented to the class and turned into the teacher to view and then afterwards they can be taken home or kept in school to be displayed on the teachers desk as a cool decoration for the students to see.
