Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I want to join the School Employee Faction because it would give me the perspective of a School Faction Employee and what they go through kind like real life.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: If a student starts cursing at me for being pathetic, I would politely ask them to stop, that would be their first warning. If they don't stop my character would say "Would you like a detention?", if the student doesn't stop, they get the detention.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: My character would react by, running up to the students, Next he would take one of them to a corner and then he would ask "Why were you and Akari throwing punches at each other?", If they don't respond he would go to the other student asking the same thing, if the second student responds the student who ignores him will have a detention, if they both ignore I will contact a Higher-Up.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: When my character sees another school employee acting inappropriately, he would run over to them and ask them "Can you please stop, if you don't, I might have to contact the principal or a Higher-Up". If they don't stop police or principal will be informed
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?: When in the Employee Break Room my character acts very calm like it is his home, he would usually have a coffee and his phone with him in there.

Backstory
Baek-Hyeon was born in Jeonju Hanok Village in 2004 into the Li family. Fast forward to 2007 when he was 3 years old Him, His mother, and his father moved to Guangzhou, China for his father's work. His father worked for a music production company called Spaceship Entertainment. Fast forward 5 more years, Him and his mother moved back to Jeonju Hanok Village with his mother for his father's funeral. His father has passed away from Lung Cancer. Baek-Hyeon's father was a very heavy smoker. Fast forward 5 more years, He lives in Kakarura, Japan by himself since his mother has passed a year before he moved. His mother has passed away from an alcohol addiction. He has had a very rough life as a child. When he was 14, he was adopted into the Kikumoto family by Asahi M. Gato, he changed Baek-Hyeon's life when she adopted him. Fast forward to grade 12 he was adopted, but he still sometimes uses the last name of Gato in memory of his guardians from the Gato family. Now present day he has been put in charge of a family named "The Myung Family".
Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation for joining KHS is that, when I was a small child, around the age of 7 I have dreamed to work in a school, my mom was always supportive of this wish as she worked as a Elementary School Math teacher. I haven't stopped thinking about it since the age of 7, and maybe soon this dream will come true.
