No. You'd be paying to receive an advantage that normal players cannot get, that being a higher roll. By the simplest definition, it would be p2w. If I'm incorrect, please elaborate on how this wouldn't be p2w.

i have mentioned in comment as well, so I agree with Ali, it is p2w. I would rather have p2l someone, and thanks to Yonio clarifying, I have ssed his comment and can now freely rp with bear not bothered by gang rpers
