I’ve mostly taken a break from the server after an incident regarding a friend that i won’t go into; But i am willing to get back into playing for this faction, i honestly can’t really give an exact schedule, more of an approximation as (surprisingly) i have friends that i really enjoy hanging out with.
With that said i also have school and sports which i have to worry about (that i can also change times but that seems unlikely because i already run on a pretty tight schedule); For now this is the best i can give as a schedule but depending on holidays and other things i may be free on times where i said that i won’t be available:

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Other than a bit of roleplay experience on the schoolrp server i haven’t really played other minecraft rp servers, most of the experience i have in roleplay is from the 8 months i spent in a roblox milsim group as a combat medic, being part of a bigger group the medical unit had pretty big numbers (about 3.5k members if i remember correctly) which helped a lot in events where MEDlarping (or medicrp, whatever’s better for you) was the main show; During my time in the unit i learnt a lot, mostly because the things they taught us were based off real treatments as the First in Command is a paramedic IRL and i had past interest in medicine.
Mostly i know how to treat things quickly as i like more pressure on my shoulders during treatments, reason why i mostly played in fast paced positions as soon as i got the chance to, i am aware that in this Hospital Faction i won’t be able to do it immediately but my objective currently is to get to a point where i can be trusted with the position of paramedic and hopefully get back into a fast paced spot as i was in the past.
What is your motivation for applying?
To be completely honest i got bored of the school life, as fun as it is, it starts getting repetitive after a while and i would love to have a change in ambiance, another thing that i mentioned in the last question, i have a personal interest in medicine, other than that i really enjoyed my time in the medical unit i was part of and i generally really like both support roles in games and really anything regarding medicine; Other than that i will say again that i really enjoy fast paced environments and situations, which are as i noticed very common when using medical roles and in more roleplay based factions or units, reason why i deem that applying to the faction is one of the best things that i can do currently in this server to have fun.

Well, i don’t know much other than what the Information section provides and i’m not just going to sit here and act like i know about it just because i have done medical rp in the past but i’ll do my best to write a little bit with my personal skills on it ^^

Doctors Doctor as a whole is seen as a more practical role, being able to do standard check-ups, normal treatments ranging from sc****s to lacerations and in worst cases surgeries and organ transplants. Becoming a doctor means having your hands into physical diagnosis and in certain cases even getting your hands dipped into a mental diagnosis. | Psychiatrists The psychiatric team is seen as a bit more laid-back approach to medicine than doctors, tasked with diagnosing mental disorders and offering advice on them, they are directly responsible for therapy sessions of various types. Becoming a psychiatrist means having to be more expert on the aspects of psychology but there’s definitely less blood involved. | Paramedics Part of the Emergency Department, Paramedics are tasked with the crucial objective of administering first aid and making sure the patient is stabilized before anything else can be done such as transport to the hospital (Depending on if there is a doctor online i’m going to say but ofc just an assumption). Becoming a Paramedic means having to deal with a fast-paced environment as they are essentially the first responders. He’d lean back from his previous position, still staring suspiciously at the interviewer “And i speak italian too”
Character Backstory (Optional):
Isaac was born in japan but his face doesn’t carry only japanese aspects but european ones too; Isaacs father is italian while his mother is Japanese, being the second born of four children he was mostly raised by his brother before having to step in to help raise his two younger sisters, while this didn’t really trouble his studies or his life overall it did leave him being more shy than his peers but he tends to be more outgoing depending on what vibe the person in front of him gives.
Isaac learnt italian after being awed by the beauty of italy and the feeling that he needed to go there more when he grew up, that feeling helped him get the courage to ask his brother and his father for help in learning it which they both obviously were very happy to do so (knowing his brother he was probably forced to but wtv), after he learnt it he tried to be more outgoing but that didn’t really land him anywhere so he kept going with the thought that making more friends would just be a waste of time and that he should just focus on working towards the career he dreams of.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Emergency Medicine, Isaac chose this focus because he likes fast paced envirorments, preferring that over having to spend hours diagnosing things, in fact he'd rather be quick with his diagnosing, believing that every second counts when someone is sick or injured.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Other than the obligatory junior residency, no.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Isaac overall is a pretty normal guy, he’s got black hair with almost gray eyes and he's just a little taller than normal but the thing that would make him more unique other than his suspiciousness of anyone who asks a bit too much is his clothing style, preferring to wear more elegant clothing rather than anything deemed normal; Why is that you may ask, well, that’s because he deemed running away from detention slips something unworthy of a nice guy like him (unlike his brother that ran away for a solid 10 mins once, and yes i clipped it), though by his name he may also be recognised by the infamous frog mask he loved to wear to annoy teachers (that landed him in detention like 20 times), while he was a bit of a troublemaker in school he is an overall pretty nice guy, never getting into fights even when his brother wanted him to, though his shyness doesn’t really help to show the nice side of him.
How does your character act around the hospital?
When not checking up on patients Isaac isn’t really a fan of wandering around aimlessly searching for something to do, while it may help others he finds that other people could just ask him for help when he’s not doing much. He’s more of a fan of sitting in places that he can be seen in case someone needs his assistance or he needs to check up on someone.
He won’t really talk to others in his free time as he finds that he could distract others from their tasks and end up scolded for it once he does.
When checking up on patients he’s more prone to talking with other medical staff to better treat the patient but it’s mostly him just trying to do his job better (workaholic much?) and trying to keep the patient calm while doing so.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
He doesn’t mind working with other people but prefers working alone, he finds that working with others slows down the whole process while working alone allows him to not have to ask a second opinion on everything he does and makes split second decisions easier; While preferring to work alone because he doesn’t want to ask second opinions makes it seem like he thinks that he knows more than everyone there, it’s not what he actually thinks, it’s more that he doesn’t like having someone hanging around asking about everything he does and always asking if he needs help but he prefers asking things himself if he doesn’t know something, obviously he also partly thinks that other people should get themselves busy with something else rather than hang around him and ask about everything he does while doing almost nothing but he’s too nice to say that to someone’s face.
