Describe your activity:
I'd like to think I'm very active on SRP spending any freetime I get playing! I am free most of the time and am able to get online late at night aswell. School is coming up so I will be unavailable during the mornings but the rest of the day I can be on and roleplaying! I have around 12 weeks clocked on SRP at the moment and have multiple characters that I play on actively. Most of my activity is spent detailrping!
I usually log on from around 10 - 12 PM EST to 1 AM EST every day. However, when school comes up, I'll be more active during the weekends.

Teacher Application (Not Reviewed)
What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:
I spend most of my time on SRP detailrping, and I've been looking for more recently. When I heard that reporter applications were open, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to fulfil that need for more. Alongside that, I would like to engage myself more with the SRP community and applying for a faction is in my view, one of the best ways to do that. The reporter faction seems like one of the more time consuming and tedious factions, but I think that the reward and feeling of publishing a report is one of the most satisfactory things you can get out of SRP. I also love lore and world building - yet I've been unable to actually create a world for my stories to take place in, so- getting the ability to take the already detailed and imagined world of Karakura and use it as a writing utensil for my stories would be so, so fulfilling. I've always wished that I could have an outlet for my writing, a place to put it for others to see - and now I can finally get the chance to do so.
Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:
I have been writing for most of my life. Since I was around 10 or 12 I've been invested in creating a story, making something that is of my own. I love creating things, it's my passion. I just have never had the tools to do so and make something tangible. It's a very emotional topic for me, really, I absolutely adore everything about writing. The scenes, the characters, the details, everything. I want to pour my heart out into every word I write but I just have nothing to do it with. I've only ever been able to write short stories, and a format like reporting would be the perfect space to let that grow and expand. I want to fill my text with details and personality and everything in between. Writing is more to me than just words. it's a tool to express my emotions and sprout creativity.
Are you aware of - and will follow - the set of rules provided to you?:
Yes, I am aware of the set rules and will follow them.
Why should we accept you over others?:
I have more than most at heart. I'm not applying for an adult tag, or to be a part of a faction, I'm applying because it's emotional, and it means something to me. As I've said before, writing, to me, is more than just words. Reporter faction will mean so much more to me than some others. It would be a family, a chance, opportunity. I will be an active and dedicated member to the faction and make my reports mean more than just fulfilling a quota. I don't have much to say here, as I think everyone is equal in applications, but what I can say is, that if I'm accepted, I will strive to be one of the most hardworking reporters you have seen.
Do you understand you have to stay completely neutral with all reports? (Your report can't have any OOC or IC bias towards a specific group.)
Yes, I understand I have to stay completely neutral with all my reports.
Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?:
Yes, I will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota.
Summarise what you imagine work as a reporter is:
Work as a reporter will be hard, it will take time, lots of it, but it will be even more rewarding and worth it. Work as a reporter is more than writing reports, it's also attending to the front desk, keeping up with the news so that - we can publish the news. It'll include going out and about and interviewing people, finding creative and worthwhile stories to publish that people will want to read. It will be long nights staying up, reviewing reports and interviews, making fun and stylish pages for people to read and look up. It may also include peer reviewing and helping around the station, allowing co-workers to achieve their peak performance.

Full Name:
*The male would click his tongue, sitting down in the desk and looking straight at the interviewer. He would straighten his tie quickly before flashing a smile and responding to the question,* "My name is Vlominkier Kasnov."
Preferred Name/Nickname and Title (e.g., Ms, Mr)
"Just call me Kier, my title? Ah- don't bother with calling me that stuff.. too formal for me. Although - if you must, Mr is fine."
Current Age (25+):
The Kasnov sat up firmly in the chair, keeping his posture up. "I am 27 years old."
Past job/work experience:
He put a finger to his chin, looking up a slight as he drifted into thought. "Well, that's a list ain't it.. uh- lets see, we'll start with this..." The male would look back towards the interviewer, placing his hands onto the desk before he continued, "When I was, lets sayyy, 16? I think, I was working at an old writing firm that my dad owned, nothin' big, but it got me some experience. I was mainly just helpin' around the place and peer reviewing documents 'n shit." He thought on for a moment longer, "Other than that - nothin' else really, unless yah wanna count working at a gas station when I was 17."
Degree/qualifications:
"I majored in Journalism and minored in Communications. I got my bachelor's in that." He smirked, seemingly proud of this accomplishment.
Nationality and born location:
"Born and raised in Russia, meaning, I'm European by descent. I think I also have some.. German, in my lineage? Not sure though. Ah, Volgograd though, for the city." He spoke, the light Russian accent that had been trailing over his words becoming more apparent now.
Phone Number: 030-952-3478
How would you describe yourself in under 150 words?:
I'm bold, first of all. I'm dedicated, and can get the job done quickly. I don't start somethin' without finishing it, y'know? I'd also like to say I'm fairly respectful, I always try my best at least. But yeah, I'd say I'm like minded, I get along with most and I'm really.. laid back, really - Although I don't mind telling people when they're wrong. Everyone needs a little nudge in the right direction, don't we? I'm empathetic. I'm always professional yet I don't mind making a little workplace friendship, that only helps in the job, eh?'
What are you interested in writing about? How will you achieve this, and would you consider going out of your comfort zone?:
He cracked his knuckles, leaning forward. "Well, I enjoy writing about mysteries, secrets, things that people don't often hear about - You'll find that in here-" The man would tap his finger against the folder that contained his resume and reports, sliding it forward. "But anyways, I'm more than happy to expand my view and get outta my comfort zone, yeah."
What are your expectations for the job?:
Well, I expect it to be tough! But it's also gonna be fun, it'll be a journey. Something really new that I get to unfold. I'm excited, really. But I expect to be at the front desk for most of my time starting, atleast I think that's what'll be - I'll have to climb the ranks of the place before I get onto the streets and start pumping some actual good stuff out. I expect people to be supportive though, and make friends here."
Do you have a criminal record? If so, list the crimes below:
He sighed, deeply. His shoulders tensing up for a moment before relaxing themselves. Here it was, the question that had held him back time and time again. A criminal record. The male would deliver one sharp nod. "Yes. I do, I uh- was arrested for Evasion and Assault with a weapon when I was in college." He sat firmly, deciding it was best not to add any more comments onto that or make a joke that could hurt his chances.
Fluent Languages (Underline your native):
"I speak Japanese and Russian."

#1 - General report. Report about a topic, informing players about an event or significant issues to Karakura.

#2 - Interview. It's important to have well-rounded questions. Create your own interview with ten questions or more. And answer them yourself.

[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - Well, I'm not one to get out often so I don't know much.. But the mountains in general are a calming place for me to be, I climb them in silence and look over the forest when I need to clear my head. - [!] A quick pause would be taken. [!] - Yeah, that's pretty much it!
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - Right, right. Well hopefully we can change your view a little bit after this interview - [!] A soft male chuckle would be heard. [!] - Anyways, next question - You said you have climbed the mountains before. . . You must know about the awful condition that the path up is in.. How do you feel about the safety concerns that climbing that mountains pose?
[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - I think it would be a real good investment to get that path fixed up - people could get real hurt on that.. I've seen the bridge - and if that's the path.. sheeesh.
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - For sure, it's very dangerous up there - When me and my team made the climb - we had to make multiple stops to make sure everyone was alright. - [!] The sound of paper rustling pushed through the microphone; a gentle hum being heard. [!] - Ah, adding onto your answer - You said that it would be a good investment to rebuild the path.. Would you be in support of the government rebuilding the pathway, maybe adding something new there? A ski lodge, for example?
[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - Me personally, no - I'd much rather enjoy the peaceful environment that the mountains provide - but, thinking of other people in the city? Yeah, we would benefit with something like that, gives people something to do.
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - Well, I know I would be in support of that - however, enough about me... While exploring on the path up the mountains, we found a small secondary path that led to a little shrine building of sorts... did you know about this building?
[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - I know about that! It's somewhere I go often - I don't know much about it, but it's quite peaceful. There's a little waterfall there that's just so relaxing to sit at!
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - Hm, yes - but what do you think about the past of the building..? I mean, we found very old pictures inside, do you think someone used to live here?
[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - Well. . . It sure is strange - I tend to look past that stuff though. But it's interesting! I would sure love to find out more about it.
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - Well, sadly we were unable to find out anything more about the building.. but do you think it may have been part of the actual shrine years ago? I mean, we all know about the fire that happened there, do you think this is something similar?
[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - I mean, possibly. You said the architecture looked similar, but back then all buildings looked the same, really.. I'm not too sure about that.
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - Right, right. Seems like a longshot with that one. - [!] Another chuckle would be heard [!] - Anyways, moving on - While exploring, we found a strange old chamber.. it led us into this spiraly tower inside one of the mountain peaks. It looked- oddly.. cultish. Did you know about this?
[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - Ah, I don't f*ck with all that cult crap. I heard there was a cult thing tryna summon a demon a while back - But I'm not sure, I don't follow up on that sh*t.
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - A demon..? Really? Who told you that?
[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - Just a friend of mine, not sure how trustworthy they are though.
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - Right.. well then - [!] The sound of scribbling could be heard through the microphone [!] - Do you think that the.. cult of sorts, could still be there? - [!] Audible worry swept through the male's voice. [!]
[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - Eh, maybe? I'm not too sure. Like I said, my friend isn't the most trustworthy, so - could be anything.
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - Right.. right. Uhm, we should wrap this up - [!] A throat being cleared could be heard. [!] - Do you have any closing thoughts on these matters? Has your prospective on the mountains changed any much?
[Kuroda, Kanzaki] - Well, the mountains are sure a mysterious place, but - I think there's some peace in that solitude. It's odd, yeah, but just - I'd say be careful.. tread lightly up there - and just stay safe in general!
[Kasnov, Vlominkier] - Alrighty then, thank you for having this chat with me, Kanzaki. I hope you have a wonderful day.
[!] The sound of a table creaking would be heard, before the audio cut off with another click. [!]
