- We ordinarily return up to 10 items of the player's choice, however weapons cannot be returned without video evidence.​

- Administrators will return any items of value if your inventory was lost to a major plugin bug (i.e. Baseball or Basketball), however weapons cannot be returned without video evidence.​

- If a custom item belongs to you directly it can be reclaimed/returned to you on top of the 10 items of value stated above.​
