Out-Of-Character Information
What is your Minecraft username?:
BirdRP
(My main account is Cinnamon404, but since I have a track character I assume it’d need to be on my alt?)
Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?):
I do have discord, incredibly active on it! @Cinnamon404
I also have a working mic and am incredibly comfortable with joining any voicecalls if it is needed at all!
How old are you? (Optional):
I am 20!
What is your time zone?:
Australian Eastern Standard Time // (GMT+10)
Describe your activity on the server:
I’ve recently returned to SchoolRP and am incredibly active, my hours fluctuate since I’m employed on a casual basis. (as is common in Australia!) I work 2-3 days a week, changing depending on what days my work needs! Busy for about 4-5 hours on that day, I spend the rest of my time on SchoolRP, when I’m not recovering from my work!
My activity on the server ranges from about 2-12 hours per day depending on that work schedule. My activity on BirdRP is low at the moment, as the only interesting character I have there is my bird character! However it will absolutely jump in activity once I have this thought out character over there! I’ve also unfortunately been incredibly sick over the last few weeks but I have just fully recovered and have returned!
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I do yes, by demoting inactive players it makes room for more dedicated workers and I believe this is important to upkeep a quality roleplay environment.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Librarian.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Firstly, even just being a faculty member brings numerous responsibilities on its own. My character will have a strong duty of care over each and every student's wellbeing and safety, whilst also being there to help them when she can with her own expertise. The responsibility for students safety details that they must make sure to keep an eye out for anything that may bring harm to others or the image of the school itself, if someThe librarian role that I’m applying for means that my character’s responsibility would be to maintain the library’s organisation and make sure it is usable for teachers and students to locate what they need. Some of their duties may be to keep track of what books are checking in, what books are checking out and what’s left still on the shelves. Patrons often enter a library space with an idea of what they’re looking for, whether this be vague or strong, my character’s role would include assisting them in tracking down titles they may be interested in, or even catching the interest of a new reader with their suggestions. They must ensure that the library stays an open and welcoming experience for everyone that may enter, to be someone that students and the like can turn to for knowledge and any questions they may have.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
SchoolRP was one of my first official introductions to proper roleplay, I did mess around with it prior to joining amongst friends though.
I have been on SchoolRP and around the community since sometime in 2019! During my first year my activity was incredibly low, just exploring the map every now and then with a friend of mine. I then revisited SchoolRP in 2020, which is when I found myself able to introduce a bunch of people to the server and could be seen online all throughout the year. Every now and then I was taking breaks, eventually leaving for a while in 2024. My main focus throughout my time on SchoolRP roleplay wise was FamilyRP, with the Lavigne family consisting of a huge number of my friends, making it much easier to become comfortable and fluent with harnessing how I wanted my character to be!
During my break I took up a new hobby of GTA-RP, on popular servers such as NoPixel and Prodigy, on their public servers and occasionally whitelist servers. I found that through this medium of VoiceRP I was forced to really get into character, as now I was verbally portraying them. Throughout my time there I not only stayed true to my character but also found myself tasked with fairly important roles, from working in player-run businesses to navigating social dynamics within organisations, which I find to be a lot more stressful through this speech medium! Upon returning to SchoolRP this year, I decided to finally work on improving the quality of my written roleplay! Through my first few weeks back I met a new player, Bloodvymassacre who seemed to not be having a great first introduction to the server. I soon quickly took them under my wing and taught them everything they needed to know! In return, I got to watch them flourish so much and I came face to face with an incredible writer. I’d say interacting with them has to be one of the main catalysts that kept me inspired to keep improving, to keep interacting with them and creating amazing roleplay experiences. They eventually gave me the courage to have my main character Esme try out for track, getting through those tryouts has opened up so many new opportunities for me and those around me.
It’s led me to interact with such a variety of new people and overcome that nervousness behind my own writing. I now find every experience to be so much more meaningful and I strive for constant development. I truly believe that this last year has been the most important to my own personal growth and I can already see that it’s just going to keep getting better.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
By joining the school employee faction it provides me with the opportunity to hone my own roleplay skills in a newer environment, creating a better experience in my interactions for not only myself, but also those around me! I find that the importance doesn’t just lie with improving for yourself, but also improving to make other people’s experiences improve with you. Quality comes from how your roleplay can mesh with others to create a whole picture. Being able to work with what you’re given has proved to be a really useful skill that I've witnessed in so many great roleplayers over the years. Another thing I've come to notice is that as an Australian, I find that in my comfortable hours there aren’t always a lot of school employees, especially librarians. I’m commonly around at very quiet hours on the server, and I hear quite a few people that are looking for these sorts of employees and don’t have the advantages like myself, to be able to be around throughout both the quiet and more popular times. It will also assist me in interacting with a different group of people, as someone who currently has a character on a team, and spent a lot of time prior to that without joining everything, a faction would allow me to experience a completely different environment.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Tequila Baudelaire’s eyes darted up from the book that had taken her interest as of late, landing upon the rowdy student. “Please do mind your language, I’m sure we can talk about this, right?” She asked simply, pushing herself up from the desk and back onto her feet. The woman's head tilted ever so slightly, her sunny disposition remaining as strong as ever. “Whatever has led you to have such disdain towards me? Or, is it that you have a problem with our processes?” Her brows furrowed as she looked around the rest of the room, scanning for any other students.
★ Tiki’s main goal here is to try to calm the student as much as possible, for that much hate to begin to spill out, she believes there must be something at the root of it. By asking questions, she’ll try to get to the root of it, or at least as close to it as she can if the student were to calm down. If it’s not something that her department can answer, she’d aim to send them in the right direction to speak with someone that will be able to help them more than she can! If there were many students waiting and the troublesome student seemed to have calmed down enough, she’d ask them to wait politely on the side as she tended to the others, circling back around to their worries as soon as she’s able to. In the case that a student did not quieten down after her initial attempts, Tequila would need to take a much more refined, serious approach to the situation. Still, she’d try her best to resolve it as peacefully as she can, she’s had plenty of experience with teenagers being overwhelmed with feelings much bigger than they can handle, as was quite common through her agency’s work.
With a flick of her wrist the woman’s hair makes its way over her shoulder, cascading down her back, her posture straightening at the students' stubbornness. “Again, watch your language, it’s not appropriate within the school and I imagine we’d both like this to be resolved without a detention, right?” She gave a small nod to her own offer. “Now, is there something I can help you with? There are plenty of other measures that would get your thoughts heard a lot better than this, I could even help you with writing them down if you’d like.”
★ In her new approach she plainly states that the behaviour is unacceptable while indirectly warning the student what the consequences are if they were to continue down the same path they’re currently taking. By giving them the option for a peaceful resolution, while also hearing their feelings, there’s usually a higher chance for descalation! In the case that this didn’t work, she would have to move onto her third and final warning.
“That’s it, I’m giving you one final chance before you’d earn yourself a detention, I’d suggest you quit before you’re too far” she let a quiet exhale drift from her lips. “Drop the language, speak with me instead of shouting.” Her eyes narrowed, an expression that almost seemed unfamiliar to the golden haired girl, but yet she still stood tall, comfortable in her own stance.
★ The final warning is supposed to be a lot harsher, stating directly that the student will be reprimanded if their behaviour was to continue, once again giving them an out from that fate. Since the student is only being verbally disruptive, it would take these three warnings before she gives up trying to resolve it, instead pulling out a detention slip and explaining to the student what’s expected of them.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Tequila squinted a little, getting a look at the commotion in the hallway while her hand reached for her radio, calling in a possible fight. Her stomach drops as the students make a split second decision to start throwing punches. The woman rushes as close as she's able to manage, weaving around the bystanders. “OI!” Her voice is loud, prominent enough to compete with the noise, while her hands waved in front of her to visually catch attention. “ENOUGH, BOTH OF YOU, THREE STEPS BACK - NOW.”
★ Tiki would need to intervene immediately, with students' safety at risk she calls in on the radio to ensure that someone else will be able to help her out here in the case that she’s not able to deal with it on her own. Her initial thought is to shout loud enough to grab the students attention, hoping that the authority she has will be enough. In some cases, it will be! In others, it may require a bit more from her. In the case that the students do back down, she’d now need to handle repercussions for them, hopefully by this time if there’s another faculty member around they could be there to assist with either party, however this could also be handled on her own if needed!
The woman slides a slip of paper over the edge of her clipboard, fixing it in place with a hushed sigh. . “Alright. Now what was goin' on?” Her gaze shot up from the paper harshly, landing on the student in front of her. It was clear this was definitely not something she quite enjoyed taking the time out of her day to do, but still she softened her expression. . Fighting fire with fire was never the answer, she knew that much at least.
★ Here she prepares a detention slip, due to the students getting physical with each other she'd automatically get one prepared whilst the student can give her a rundown on what happened if they wish, if she gives one side the chance to explain she'd obviously give the other side the same chance, as well as any possible bystanders that want to provide any information on the situation at hand!
Baudelaire seemingly scribbles something down, filling out a slip. She tears it from the clipboard, ensuring to rip the very edge before handing it over to the student. “Okay, under no circumstances should you be fighting with anyone on school grounds, you understand this right?” she pauses, giving them a moment more of her time, her usual enthusiastic behaviour returning with a spin on her heel “You'll need to make it to the detention room at the end of the day! If you need any help finding it, feel free to let me know.” With one last wave, she was off!
★ This sort of idea would be repeated with any other party involved!
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
The Librarian swings around the doorway of the classroom ready to reel off some random string of unimportant words to her fellow colleague, opening her mouth yet seems to get cut off by her own bewilderment. Tiki stopped in her tracks, her eyes landing on her fellow faculty member. . what exactly.. were they doing? Her mouth stayed slightly agape as she surveyed the scene before her, judging the severity.
★ Tequila would first make a judgement on the level of hazard and risk from whatever the employee was doing. Obviously depending on what it was some situations would need to be handled much quicker and intervened differently. By identifying what is happening she can determine how to handle it, for example, if the hazard wasn't that severe; could be a misunderstanding, posing no threat to her safety, she could have a little bit more time to react!.
She cleared her throat rather loudly “Heyy, so what are we doing in here exactly?” her voice bouncing its way through the empty classroom, the curiousity actively battling it out with her need to take the situation seriously. Upon hearing the scrambled explanation, she raises a brow and subsequently her jaw. “Right. . you do realise that's not something we can do, yeah? I thought you would already know this” she brought her hand to the bridge of her nose, pinching it with a sense of frustration.. “I will have to make higher ups aware of this behaviour, I do suggest you quit it before it has to go further.”
★ Even if it isn't severe, since it's obviously behaviour that is not fit for school grounds, Tequila would still let higher authority know just so they are aware and can make their own judgements on it. If it was more severe she'd immediately inform someone higher than her so that they can handle it and take appropriate action, in the case that it's something that could harm her, others or the employee themselves, she'd contact the appropriate authorities immediately!
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Baudelaire had found herself in quite the rhythm, moving books from one spot to another with a gentle hum. “Hm.. been at this for awhile. .” she quietened, her thoughts trailing onwards as she placed the last book down, raising her head up. Huh. . It's oddly quiet.. The moment the clock caught her eye, she gasped! “BREAAAAK TIIIMEE” Her face absolutely lit up, her eyes as ardent as ever as she bounced her way around the little corner, picking up her belongings. She wasted absolutely no time making her way to the employee break room, trying not to drop anything as she held it all closely to her chest with one arm, the other grabbing onto the doorway. . In that split moment the girl had to make the very very totally important decision on whether or not to hit the top of the door frame ooooor the option that was decided on in the end, swinging herself around the door as gracefully as she could manage, rushing in! She was an absolute bundle of excitement, taking in all of the features of the break room, a place foreign to her despite her other line of work.
Her interest was caught by the coffee station, the cogs in her head began to turn before she looked back down at her arm full of things.. She b-lined for a table as quick as possible, dumping everything down with a satisfied grin, that's it Tiki, you did it, you made it to break! She gave herself a subtle nod before turning to give a quick wave to those that had already made it to their break. “Heeey guys!!” She didn't want to bother them too much in their free time so she brought her focus back to herself, that smile fading almost as quick as it had appeared, her brows lowering.. determined! She began to pile everything closer together, not wanting her rush to be seen as some sort of mess by anyone else. Now what was. . Her mind buffered as she looked down at her belongings, having finished anything she intended on doing with them. “RIGHT- coffee!” the words slipped out before she could stop them, luckily she instinctively filtered it, lowering her voice down to almost a whisper. In the moment of realisation, Baudelaire would totally be one to put her finger up as if it were an animated character with a lightbulb moment, but she stopped herself, holding her own wrist down as if it had a mind of her own.
Finally, she decided to get arouund to that table ! “coffeeee? Oh I might juuuust have some!” Letting out an ever so quiet chuckle. . “If only I. .” No way, there's no way this girl DIDN'T know how to make herself coffee. . Right? The horrifying truth dawned on her as she stood there, overwhelmed and quite honestly.. lost. But then, there they were, her saviour in that very moment. A fellow colleague seemed to have entered the room and had also decided on coffee, she moved herself to the side, watching as he pottered around, filling his cup with coffee and then sugar!. . Two sugars. . Three. . Four.. Five! He seemed to have stopped at five.. for now. Was this the normal amount of sugar to add to coffee? Well I mean it is usually bitter. . She blinked, staring at the male who also seemed like he was deep in some sort of contemplation. She studied his movements like she was back in high school and it was time to prepare herself for finals or something.. Tequila’s eyes narrow as she picks up on the faint mumbling “6” something.. “emotional” something.. The words couldn't help but bring a soft smile to her face, the fact that something so simple could bring someone comfort. How beautiful!
The girl took the newfound information, no matter how wrong it may be. . And began trying to replicate it in her own cup. She swung her sunflower mug under the coffee machine, letting it fill up to around three quarters before tossing.. six.. sugar packets straight into it, filling the rest with some milk. . Surely that somewhat saves this poor girl's coffee .. right? She set on travelling herself back to her table, she had sort of separated herself from any of the others for now, despite her usual warmth when it comes to social interactions. She wanted to at least let herself settle in for the moment! The librarian raises the mug to her lips, this was it, this was the moment of truth, the coffee she was so proud she finally made- the moment she tasted it her face fought against the urge to seem somewhat displeased, truly the most intense poker face she'd ever have to pull. . Something definitely wasn't right here, but she didn't know any better when it came to making it herself, so she just continued to reluctantly sip. Occasionally the chatter from nearby tables caught her attention, the lovely nature of those around her never ceased to brighten her day. Despite how chaotic it looked like faculty could be, it seemed organised. Organised chaos was something she admired, was it something she could ever obtain? She lifted one of the books she had piled onto her stuff from earlier, opening it as she held the pages down with her left hand, it was more than time for her to get lost in some good literature!
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
⋆
/me raised her arms high above her head as she leaned herself backwards into her chair, pressing her neck against her arm as she gave herself a few moments to stretch, to take a second for herself. Her gaze dropped down to the pile of returned books she had neatly stacked in the corner, ‘Better to get through these sooner rather than laterrr’ her words were drawn out with a light sigh, almost as if she was trying to convince herself instead. It had been suuuch a long day but she only had to get through a little bit more of it! Baudelaire moved her hands down, finding themselves drifting through her hair, letting the strands slip through her fingers like threads spun from gold itself, just a small habit she’d picked up through the years when she needed to bring herself back to the current moment. Eventually her hands dropped down to the chair, pushing herself up from it, her few steps leading her to the stack. Her hands met the first book, tracing its way around, finding the tag to scan it back in. She glanced around, looking for something. . ducking her head down to look under the desk, biting the inside of her cheek as she held onto the hope that it had just been misplaced. She spun around on her heel, her hand landing on the scanner. . Aha! There it iiiis! The woman chuckled, lifting the scanner to the first book, after putting it through the system once, the rest flowed through in a pretty easy rhythm. Soon enough, the entire pile had cleared, the books neatly stacked and ready to be returned to their rightful positions. Now all that was left was to get them onto the cart aaaand back onto the shelves! Easy, riiight? The thought brought a smile to the woman’s face either way.
⋆ ⋆
/me brought her hands to the base of the stack of books, she pulled them closer to herself, balancing them as she brought them up and over to the library’s book cart. Thereee we go Tiki, see you got iiit. The girl grinned to herself, pushing the cart over to one of the shelves, the wheels made a small clack noise each time it rolled over onto the next floorboard, perhaps there was a piece loose in the cart? Since it was fairly quiet today other than the carts sounds, the girl could make light work of getting everything done in a pretty timely manner, no rush. . just her and the books! Her hand rose to the shelf, gently shifting a few spines to the side as she made room, slotting the new books up into place. There were quite a few to get through, it seemed as if they had been left there over the weekend. . No matter! She hummed softly under her breath to herself, admiring how well kept some of the older volumes were despite their age. Her fingertips lingered briefly on the worn covers before moving on, bringing a book from the next pile onto a lower shelf. Once that row had been tended to, she continued on, trailing the cart along with her. She took the small step stool that had been resting on it and slipped it under one arm as she slowed in her tracks, reaching a higher shelf. Baudelaire set the stool down carefully before bringing one foot up to stand on it, she pressed it down testing the strength of the stool before hopping up onto it. Her brow lowered in concentration as she spotted a book out of place, she nudged it back to its rightful position, continuing on with the rest of the books in the cart.
⋆ ⋆ ⋆
/me paused herself beside the front desk, drifting her hand over the counter with the all too familiar click of her own nails against it. Her attention had been caught by the nearby student, her gaze watching over their oddly confused disposition, of course she noticed them immediately. Her posture straightened but her warm easy smile offered some comfort in the otherwise intimidating room. “Hey there, welcome in!” The smile tugged at her lips until it became more of a grin. “Can I help you with anything?” She noticed the students timid nature, the way their hands clenched around the book they were holding. When she wasn’t met with a reply, she simply nodded, piecing together possible things they could need. “Lookin’ to return that one?” Baudelaire offered, gauging their response from their body language. That wasn’t quite it, right? “Hm. .” the woman let out a quiet hum. “Perhaps you’re looking for something like that?” She gestured to the novel in their arms. Bingo, she successfully read the student like a book. She glanced towards the shelves before gesturing for them to follow along, guiding them to one of the quieter aisles. Her fingers trailed lightly along the spines as she scanned the book’s titles as if she was made for this very situation. The woman stopped suddenly, a soft little ‘aha!’ escaping her lips. She reached up for a book that was tucked neatly between two others, almost hidden away. “This one right here could be a great place for you to start!” she placed the book in the students hands and watched as their shoulders seemed to ease. “And if it’s not quite right. .” Her smile softened. “We can always try something else!”

Backstory
Tequila Baudelaire was raised for nothing but perfection.
The girl was born in France, her name chosen half as a joke, half to hide the feelings that her mothers life had been slowly slipping out of her control. To put it simply, her Mother was a drunk, though somehow made it sober throughout the pregnancy itself. The moment her daughter was born, the bottle was picked back up, alongside the name that would weigh on her shoulders for the rest of her life. Her father on the other hand, had left before she even had a chance to understand him leaving. He built a new family elsewhere, whose children were boasted about for their good behaviour, high successes. Her Mother, scornful from the divorce, used these children as a comparison for Tequila, heights she could never reach in such a household. It was a constant battle to prove herself, to prove she was worth raising. Tequila grew to hate her name, it was a burden forced upon her from the moment she entered the world. She hated the pauses people would take when she introduced herself, the raised brows, the jokes and laughter, it was as if an idea of her had already been created before she even had a chance to shine. So she became Tiki, a name that nobody took a second glance at, something that was her own.
She wasn’t the only one born to face her mothers wrath, she had two siblings; Clementine, her fraternal twin sister, and Kari, her younger sibling. Clementine was kept at high expectations, but not quite as high as Tequila, the two were extremely close from the start. Kari was young enough to escape the initial divorce scoldings, she unfortunately grew up with the need to follow in her older sister's footsteps. With two siblings that depended on her, Tiki rose up to become the pillar of the family; She was responsible, scheduled appointments, kept track of financials, smoothed over family conflicts, learned how to control rooms before they crashed into a burning mess. High school became easy for her, dominating the social hierarchy of her high school simply by looking the part and putting the pieces into place herself. She understood people, the insecurities that drive behaviours, the constant seek for approval, how each person had some sort of ambition. Popularity definitely wasn’t an accidental route for Tiki, it was planned. She had the looks, the outfits, that untouchable energy. She knew the ins and outs of everything, from who dated whom to who she didn’t want to keep close to her, if something happened. . she knew about it. It wasn’t surprising that teachers somehow trusted her, students looked up to her and she didn’t even have to raise her voice once to make it happen. She thrived in the structure, it was a system she could control. Once you understood the flow, you could manage it, similar to social hierarchies! Nobody questioned her place at the top, she never allowed them a reason to.
By the time Tequila was old enough to move out of her own home, she decided she’d never be unprepared again. She studied Business, earning herself a bachelor’s degree. Stacked that with a Diploma of Fashion-Styling to delve back into her high school love of fashion. Throughout her studies she picked up as many useful skills as she could, any pieces of degrees that could help her to control the future instead of letting it play out without her intervention. She didn’t want a future that was handed to her, no, she grew to be better than that, she wanted to earn her peace. The connections she had made led her to Hime-Studios Modelling & Idol Agency, where her career as a road manager for their team began. It was a role that fit this girl perfectly; she was constantly travelling, planning, making sure the talents were where they needed to be and cared for. Her past had let her to be a reliable fit for this position and so she became someone that everyone there could depend on, someone who seemed like she had everything put together.
Tiki had begun to allow herself to grow closer to the crew around her, eventually they had become a second family to her. But her journey always seemed to keep pulling her along, more roadtrips, more meetings. Airports began to feel familiar to her, the constant noise never quietened, that’s where books played quite the important role for dear Tequila. In the beginning she’d find herself stopping by libraries in between schedules, killing time. But she soon found that taking a moment to stop and read a book gave her the same feeling she’d sought from waking up early to watch the sun rise on a roadtrip. She felt like it was her time, no one else's. She grew curious of this feeling, but had dedicated herself to the agency. . so she decided to blur the lines a little with their own built-in library. The agency had been big enough to warrant its own library, though it didn’t have a huge variety of genre’s, it was a good start! Her weekly visits became daily, just reading during her breaks, occasionally putting books back into place. Her presence was noticed by the resident Librarian, an older woman perpetually swamped with work from their media department. She began to recognise Tiki, greeting her each morning, then eventually relying on her through small tasks. The girl jumped to help without even being asked, sorting returns and printing media-requests, all which led her to end up becoming the woman’s assistant throughout her spare time.
Even in those first few weeks of being a library aid, her exceptional skills never went unnoticed, she got tasks completed in record time and anticipated what needed to happen before it was even asked of her. Though, it wasn’t just efficiency, Tiki seemed to have a way that made the library feel lighter, she gave that moment of peace to others through the chaos. Soon, her actual role at Hime-Studios had a rare shift in her schedule. With Eleanor, the CEO taking her own scheduled time off, the agency entered a quieter period, one where her responsibilities were now shared with countless others. She remained a part of their core staff, yet her calendar now had space for her to fill. She decided to fill it with something that would ground her during this period of free time. The librarian position at KHS fit neatly into the gaps she had been given from her usual work. It allowed her to stay committed to the agency whilst being local to a few of their talent who had taken residence in Karakura. She set out for it, not departure. . but expansion.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
I want to join a team where it feels like I’m making a difference alongside others, instead of feeling like everything is moving by without me. By joining these school staff members as a librarian I’ll be able to make sure that the students not only have a place that they can go to seek knowledge, but also a place they can relax in their free time. A place that can bring comfort to them as it has done for me in the past. I treasure each and every moment I've spent in a library or bookstores in my travels. I would like to make sure students and other faculty can cherish it the same way I have, to find solace in the peace it brings. By cultivating this environment I can be sure that whatever a student arrives with, whether it be a question, a book in mind or simply the need for some quiet, that I will be there to handle whatever they may need. If I can help one student feel a little bit more at ease throughout their day, then I know that I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Because I’m reliable. I believe myself to be someone who learns incredibly quickly, I pick up skills left and right and notice things that other people may let slip. I take pride in keeping spaces welcoming whilst remaining functional, meaning the level of organisation and care that I’ll bring to this position already outweighs the initial basic requirements of a job such as this one. I have a solid understanding of organising systems, books, logistics and people, often facing handling these all at once. I’ve spent years supporting those in my travels behind the scenes, ensuring that everything is running the way it should be. I can assure you that I would be approaching this role with the exact same level of care and accuracy as I have previously done in my past and that I am constantly searching for improvement. I take constructive criticism incredibly well and am ready for the challenge of a new environment. Taking all of this into consideration, there leaves one last point. There’s something really special in being able to create a space that feels calm, welcoming and safe. I truly hope that I get to be a part of that.
