Describe your activity on the server:
Honestly if I can remember right, I have been apart of srp for 6-7 years now, and throughout that time, I have been stupidly active, dedicating countless hours to playing SRP, in fact it destroyed my sleep schedule for 4 years straight. While although the past few years have been me mostly being online for HOURS this year is a little different, I have joined more IRL teams and clubs, im busy with work, school, gym and my little brothers activities- I will still make time for srp whenever my schedule will allow it. My schedule can be unpredictable at times, so my availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays depends on my workload or whether I am needed online. That being said! I strive to balance real life with srp so that I am both committed to my hobbies, friends, school, work and more while also being committed to staying engaged on the server. I'd rate my activity a generous 6.5/10, with the intent to stay as engaged as possible!
Listing what factions/roles I've been on:
Hs-Council - I was on council for a month or two before leaving for Col-track!
Col-Track - I was on Col-track for a while, around 4 months!
Hs-Fem football - I was also on this team for 5/6 months!
Teacher - Three months at best

What is your motivation for applying?:
As I was reading through my past application for Lawyer I realised that my motivation hasn't change too much from then to now, and if I were to be honest, it's growing. And fast. All the years, days, hours, minutes, and seconds I have spent on this server reflect into who I am turning into today, I wouldn't have made it this far if it wasn't for my friends now. These incredible people not only fueled my want to be apart of the government faction, but they also helped me go beyond, think past my creative box and lock in for this application! As i'm sure you've already read this before but, I am motivated to apply for the government faction because of my pride in helping others feel at ease and get heavy and mental draining things off their chests. I feel so much joy and happiness when I've been told I'm a great friend for listening and giving advice, so why not try and be MYSELF on srp? Why not help people, even if they aren't real people. I have taken the advice from my past denied applications from other factions and got into more roles like teacher and baseballer, which I did enjoy, but it just didn't hit me right, the way my passion of helping people does, aka, being a lawyer. I like to engage myself in different factions in the server, but if I had to pick the number one, it would have to be the government and EMS. I love the roleplay, and I want to be apart of it, I want to be able to have an excuse to detailrp. My outlook on the factions community as a whole helps me understand the motivation of others to want to make them be apart of this group. In the past, and still today, I'm constantly being told about how fun and welcoming the community is and just by knowing that makes me yearn to be apart of such said community. But, wait...There's more? Well one could never have just quite enough motivation for something if its their known passion, Oocly and Icly. Apart from all the detail roleplaying, and the community, there's opportunities that lay deep within the governments walls lays a non-related family, where everyone helps each other.
OOCLY:
Law has always been so fascinating to me, and once I finished school, I plan to go to college for criminal justice, and later on pursue it as my career. The intricacies of the legal systems, problem-solving, brain use, planning, and advocating for justice genuinely interest me and always will. I'm excited to try to get into government faction... just to get a taste, even if its not like the real world its still something to start on.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
I like to believe I have an understanding of Karakura's laws and Constitutional Rights. Though I am still currently researching and learning.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
My goal is to gain quite a thorough understanding of the way the government factions functions, not just for my own benefits but to assists others as well. Becoming a lawyer would be such an invaluable thing in handling complex situations quite effectively. For example, if I were to encounter an issue requiring legal intervention, i would be able to step in with confidence and be able to apply my legal knowledge of the Karakura laws and constitutional rights, that way I can resolve conflicts swiftly. It would also help me a lot when my own characters are jailed.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
MAYOR:
The mayor. The Mayor is the head of the government faction, holding the utmost final says on laws and town affairs. They are the ultimate authority in the faction and the primary point of contact for quite major issues. To simply put this role into perspective, they are the "Big boss." of the faction.
DEPUTY MAYOR:
As the second-in-command to only the mayor, they Deputy mayor oversees government operations and steps in whenever needed, or if the MAyor isnt available. They ensure smooth running of the government fact and serve as a key contact for important matters.
JUDGE:
Even though lawyers are the one fighting for their clients innocence, judges are there to oversee the law and put it into place in Trials. Judges have quite a handful of jobs, well same as the others, but more complicated and important. Judges have to attend Trials, issue warrants with a probable cause, review cases, officiate marriages between two partners, file restraining orders, front desk work, and approving adoption paperwork. Judges share similarities with the other roles but also hold authority in the courtroom after hearing the lawyers.
LAWYER:
Lawyers are the symbol of Law. They are advisors who fight and represent their clients in court, during arrest, and well any legal matter that requires a lawyer. The Lawyers responsibilities include, Attending trials, or being apart of a trial, Attorney calls, Client meetings for things like Restraining orders, Suing and more, managing Front desk work, and Build client lists. They are one of the voices of the courtroom, representing and defending/fighting for their clients rights.
GOVERNOR:
Governors, the ones that are always mostly seen at the front desk handing out ID cards. They too has quite a few responsibilities just like the lawyers and judges. Their responsibilities may include, Officiating marriages (just like the judges), Attending trials, surveying the public recording their opinions on things, approval of adoption paperwork (Again like judges!), And lastly perform shop inspections to make sure all boxes are ticked.

Stared at the interviewer for a good five minutes, thinking, maybe?
"What makes me a good candidate? Uhm well I can work really well under pressure and not break into cold sweats front of others, I'm resilient and open minded in cases involving criminals, marriage, etc etc."
He paused, smiling at the interviewer. He took a deep breath and continued speaking.
"However, not all candidates CAN work in many different situations such as myself, I can work in any environment to get the job done. It's definitely not about haste, you need to be resilient, willing to dig deeper into the truth behind whatever is going on, like criminal cases, think beyond, ask the police for camera footage, get a statement from the detained person. Then think logically and politically before giving them an answer. Brain power, mental capacity, patient, understanding, all these things are what is needed to be a great lawyer, of course you can grow from being small and timid to confident and outgoing. I myself am very outgoing!"
