What's the title of your suggestion?: CRIMERP - A fix to an issue for smaller gangs and beyond.
What's your suggestion?:
How will this benefit the server and community?:
This will benefit the server, and all communities involved for several reasons:
1. There'll be better co-existance between the Reporter Faction and the Crime Faction further than Reporters being associated with gangs behind closed doors.
2. Smaller and Larger Gangs will be able to have a more lenient way of getting their public stunts and small-scaled endeavours out there when put in front of the public eye.
3. Showcasing the new direction CrimeRP is going to the server through a way which they can take In-Characterly could no-doubt sway the way it's going participation-wise. People could find it more appealing and get further involved with Crime and Gangs.

twenie's suggestion for CRIMERP
I believe that it isn't newsbreaking that people was rather upset with the CrimeRP Update delivered the other day. And, after taking a good day or so to look through all that was said, complained, and feedback given. I'd like to make a suggestion to the problem I saw come up A LOT.
This issue I saw was that smaller gangs struggle to gain a foothold on the server both presence-wise and constantly missing opportunities simply because people want to join gangs simply because they are "bigger". I can somewhat relate to this as I understand this struggle; that is in no way a dig at the bigger gangs out there, I think I've hopefully found a way to combat this.
The Reporter Faction and the Crime Faction SHOULD go hand-in-hand, since CrimeRP is one of the biggest things to actively happen daily amongst the server. And, it's also out there that there are only specific things that Reporters can report on when it comes to Criminal Activity, mostly when it's server-wide events. I believe that the faction should be given more leniency in what they can report on regards of Crime. Instead of only being able to report on the big server-wide events between gangs, and other factions, speak about how a night full of Street-Racing happened. Speak about how two Gangs collided (even if it isn't server-wide nor a huge event). Actively mark these gangs as threats to Karakura, be more on it with them. As a lot of people read the Reports, it'll be a good way to give people a good idea of what happens with these gangs and the communities, whilst also being able to take that knowledge In-Characterly.
This is just my take on it, a way I think could work to bring more light on smaller gangs, and all gangs out there really.
