I have 2 years of experience, I worked for verified businesses and my character has worked for enchanted quill publishing. I have a lot of play time so I will most likely thrive in this position and be active and if I'm accepted I'll perform the job to the best of my ability. I have 28 weeks + play time so I'm pretty much alergic to inactivity as a whole.

A Librarian is supposed to stay in the library making sure to maintain cleaniness of books and the area and focus on the ability to help students find books. When it comes to books usually it costs money so each student is charged a certain amount because books like that are usually rentals and need to be returned however school roleplay likely keeps them permanently. They are charged money for students to keep permanently and study with them with no return date. Librarian is a roleplay orentated role just like every faction on this server and it needs people for it to function as an actual job.

How come whe need a librarian on school roleplay?? We need librarians, because with out a librarian, Its not really a school. Librarians are one of the most important and least valued jobs on this server. Not much roleplay happens in the library but when it does its more valuable and earned. The Librarian is there to help students with reports and hand out books to those who need it for study. Librarians are there to help out and roleplay with the community in unique ways hopefully getting a positive impact on the community as a whole when it comes to roleplay.
Cleaniness
Libraries are supposed to be cleaned and dusted yet who does that. Most likely the librarian they clean shelves and equipment all over the library to make sure everything is nice and sanitary. Nobody wants to go to a quiet place just to get sick. They are tasked with dusting shelves cleaning computers and sometimes mopping acting as a defacto janitory when nobody is around so that you don't have to deal with dust and alergies.
Help Students
Librarians are needed to help students if theres no other adults around they are the go to help to make sure everyone is safe as a whole. If trouble is being done it has to be solved through punishment they help out by either giving out detentions to aggressive situations and de escalating chaos before its too late. They also can help on reports if need be helping out faculty catch trouble makers to give the slip to them.
Give out books
Giving out books is one thing to help out with some studying issues. Though its not just studying some read just for the thrill of it and librarians are usually readers who recomend good options. If a student needs a book the librarians the man or woman you go to and thats what it is. a Librarian runs a library efficently and helps out students with recomendations and they charge money for each book making sure the school gets its cut
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have experience in roleplay as a whole. I been here for 2 years so it would be embarrassing to not have some sort of experience. I have experience in Criminal Roleplay and in certain jobs from verified businesses. I never really been in anything more than a sub faction and i made creative ideas for roleplay even at the cost of running out of ideas I kept going. I been in Enchanted quil publishing the Church of Karakura which i quit becauise of inactivity and I was in cooking club but I was kicked out during a member purge. Mostly all of these included detail roleplay and coming up with ideas to develop my own characters. In total I have 8 years of experience in roleplay outside of school roleplay or at least when i was less known as a member but only 2 of those years I have been truely experienced in it.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to Join the employee faction to boost my opertunities beyond what I am doing now. I Want to try something new even at the cost of my own characters. I'm not just motivated by money like most applicants. I'm motivated by character development and I want to expand my characters career because she has experience outside of school working for a public library and she has the experience to be a librarian at karakura high school. I want to Immerse myself in roleplay opertunites that I never had before this application and be the best I can be. I feel like The Employee faction would be fun to be apart of and I could make some sort of connections and friends being a member of it.

♡ Situations ♡
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Rosa being called out for being pathetic and being sworn at would hurt her feelings but she has been quiet used to it for the longest of times enough to hide the pain of the swear words and herself being called pathetic. She'd likely form a grudge for like a day or 2 then forget about the kid entirely though she'd treat them like any other student her belief is that unfair treatment shouldnt work and that everyone should be punished equally.
Rosa is going through a quiet shift in the library wiping down books with a sanitizer wipes. The air is earry no noise in site. Rosa felt a tap on her soldier looking behind her it was a student angry likely distressed. The student said "Why the fuck you wiping books isnt that the girl that gave me a detention a day ago." Rosa said as she looked obviously hurt by his words as she sad abandoning wiping the books and said "Language did your parents even teach you the decency to respect human beings." The student looked her dead in the eyes as he said. "Go fuck yourself." Rosa looked at the student nobody around not even a human life except him she stated. "I don't wanna hear no words again how about you go away." Hopefully it deescalated some things. Later Rosa that night is in her room silent as she looked at her phone before passing out on her bed forgetting about the kid entirely.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Rosa takes fights seriously. It could endanger others she would likely be a third party but not to attack to break up the fight and hand both the fighers detentions. Rosa loves each and every student but she knows if you fight eventually it could lead to a grave and it would be a form of protection in her mind. Rosa would walk around the library finding a task to do as she saw 2 students
fighting fist raised likely a grudge or a rivalry as she walked up when they were in the middle of the fight. 1-2 punches in Rosa would jump between them and keep them apart so they wont throw hands as she would say. "Stop now and cool off." Trying to help them calm down through deep breaths after she hands the detention slip "Stay calm now you see me after school alright now walk away from each other" Rosa would likely watch over them for the rest of the day to make sure they stay safe and out of confrontations.
