Out-Of-Character Information

What is your Minecraft username?:
Dompiedom

Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?):
Yes! dompiedom

What is your time zone?:
CEST

Describe your activity on the server:
I’ve had a very consistent activity throughout the server since I started playing in 2021. On average, I’m on for a couple of hours per day. On the days I’m not, I’ve definitely made up for it through playing much longer on other days. So I’ve built up quite some time on the server. Most of my time had been spent hanging out with friends and meeting new people through simple roleplay. But I’ve also been in factions before for a good while because I wanted some new experiences.
For my future activity I hope to keep up what I’ve been doing now. Try new things and meet more people. As well as getting more experience when it comes to stuff I haven’t dabbled in yet

When it comes to availability. I’m available. I’ve got a very clear schedule, and I’m on my computer a lot. Unless I’m asleep, I’m usually able to log on anytime if asked to do so. I can easily make quota, show up to events, etc. I’m unfortunately unable to share a specific timetable due to me not having one to follow.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yup! I completely understand. Spots are limited and other people would love the role too. It’d be selfish to hoard a spot like that.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Chef

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The chef's main purpose is to prepare and hand out meals throughout the day. Usually Breakfast and Lunch unless there’s a special occasion. They have to prepare such meals with great love and care, putting as much attention they can in every tray. When the bells ring, it is their responsibility to be there and hand them out to every student, keep track of who gets what and make sure no one is eating anything they shouldn’t, due to allergies, preferences, etc.

Outside of the kitchen they help out by keeping watch of the building. Patrolling to hopefully prevent any situations like fights, vandalism and general disagreements. They contribute to keeping the peace. As well as respond to any calls for help from any other faculty through the radio.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In the past, I did not have too much experience when it comes to roleplay. I mean I did dabble. I played roleplaying games with friends on other platforms, as well as did minecraft roleplay through survival servers. But never have I dedicated as much time to roleplaying as I do now.

I like to imagine I’ve got a fair amount of experience on SRP though! As I’ve mentioned before, I started playing back in 2021 where I first started roleplaying with more experienced roleplayers. I joined a family pretty much on day one, and they took the responsibility in teaching me the very basics needed to roleplay. How to do actions properly, how to initiate things, how to keep things fun for everyone involved. They also introduced me to other branches of roleplay to help me get started on doing what I wanted to do. Once on my own. Over the years I got significantly better of course. I started learning to put much more detail in my stuff, but also a lot more life. I try to prioritise substance over detail in my actions. But I’m still always trying to improve! I’ve been really enjoying myself, just getting better.

I’ve also been in the faction before. I joined the Faculty faction back in June 2024 where I stayed until October 2025! I spent all this time as a Chef, so I had daily interactions with pretty much everybody. I got a lot of experience dealing with people this way, as well as a good understanding of how people (Especially students) operate! This helps me feel pretty confident in applying for the chef role, as having the patience to deal with any type of person is important I personally feel like.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
The school is where most people spend their time. Students, faculty, etc. I feel like having a role here is great for me to build more experience, but also a lot more fun due to the amount of interactions to be had in a day. It’s also a place where you generally interact with a bigger variety of the playerbase. You get to meet and talk to all kinds of different people here. Also, having the adult role, I hardly really spend my time in the school unless I’m on my college character to hang out with friends, hardly doing much else. Joining the school employee faction would be a great way to spend more time in the school part of the server. (I understand how ironic that is considering the name of the roleplay).

I also like the bit of freedom that comes with this faction. There’s clear times when to be there and when not to be there. It’s easy to envision what to do, and the schedule is easy to keep up with. I also imagine outside interactions as the role could be very fun as well! Seeing how my character would interact differently with the world.

In conclusion, I like the simplicity of the faction. Easy to understand, not too hard to get started on. As well as the opportunities the faction has to offer when it comes to the people. My past experience has confirmed this to me personally. (But I understand it’s different for everyone :D)

Situations

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:

Before anything else, my character would try to de-escalate the situation immediately in order to gain back control of it. In order to do this, my character hopes to be able to talk to them calmly, be patient and understanding so the student doesn’t feel the need to make themselves bigger and louder to be heard.

Though always hopeful for a better way, she understands some people don’t want to be helped. In these cases, it’d have to be a bit more long term. So as a temporary solution, she’d have to go through the usual means of dealing with the situation. Such as official warnings, detentions, etc. Before trying to have a chat with them and hopefully being able to understand where their behavior comes from, and try to change their minds and ways of dealing with things.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Immediately run over and step between the two fighting. It’s important no one gets hurt any further than they already have. She completely understands the physical risks of this, but it’s essential for her to make sure all goes well. In this scenario, simply talking them out of it is simply not in the picture. She’d try to de-escalate the situation and have them separated and looked over for a while. As well as giving them detention slips.

When everything has calmed down, she’ll go talk to the students and see what’s going on with them personally. What feelings may have occurred to cause them to resort to violence, as well as checking if they’re well overall. She’ll try to look deeper than just seeing what the situation was about.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Try to get through to them personally. To her, there is no need to immediately resort to official means if it can be simply talked about. If she can successfully get through to them, and they start acting appropriately for the job, all is well.

If they refuse, she’ll have to report them to their HD, hoping they can take over. But she’d try to avoid having to do this at all costs, understanding how important a clean record and a job can be to someone. But, in the end, all that matters is a safe environment for all, no matter what has to be done. She will not hesitate to do what’s necessary.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character is calm and relaxed, especially on her job. Even though she might be on break, simply changing her behaviour is not something she’s capable of doing. Especially after working with students all day. I imagine she goes to have something to drink, maybe have some food from the microwave or go read a book. Trying to replenish her energy, rather than just trying to kill some time. She’ll still socialise, just not as much as she would outside of the job.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me
Walked over to the tables, taking off all the stuff some students had left behind. After having collected it all, she went to grab some cleaning supplies and returned to clean them. Using her spray bottle, she cleaned the tables, getting them ready for the next time students want to come over and eat. Then, she walked over to the kitchen counter. Giving that a good clean as well.

/me Took the food she had prepared earlier over to the lunch trays. She laid them all perfectly, making sure they’re consistent over every single one of them. She put on her glasses, double checking them. She nodded in approval before moving over to the next one. Whilst checking it, she accidentally dropped it on the floor. Before the students arrived, she went to quickly make a replacement.

/me Patiently waited in the breakroom. She was sitting on a chair, tapping the floor with her shoe. Every now and then she looked down to her arm to check her watch. Her expression grows ever more impatient. Just by looking at her, you could tell she was pinched on time, yet she had to wait for someone. When someone walked in, she got startled and jumped straight up before giving them a regular greeting.

Full Name (First & Last only):
Kiyomizu Mizuneko

Preferred Name: Kiyomizu

Age (Minimum is 25): 41.
Gender: Woman

Academic Degree: Masters
Major(s): Culinary arts, professional cooking.
Minors: Bakery and pastry arts

Nationality: Japanese
Known Languages: Japanese, English, JSL & Russian.

Backstory
Kiyomizu grew up in a loving family with a cat. Though she was supported at home, she was never sure of what she wanted in life. So, when she was a young adult, she started experimenting with pretty much everything life had to offer for her. She started doing everything she could find, started experimenting with certain hobbies like playing an instrument or even baking.

During this time, she started looking into a part time job as well. Wanting to be more financially stable, she looked everywhere and tried all kinds of different things. She ended up working as a waitress in a restaurant where she’d finally become independent from her parents. Through this is how she started to learn some basic things you need to know to work in a kitchen, having grown pretty close to one of her coworkers who was a chef. Who would often teach her things when they were free.

Eventually, she realized she enjoyed the simple yet calming experience when it came to making stuff in the kitchen. So, she decided to pursue this as an actual job. She started trying harder at school, neglecting her social life as well as isolating herself from her family. Though this wasn’t great for her mental health, she got good grades and eventually made it into college where she started to learn how to put some balance in her life. During this time period, she made friends, reconnected with most her family and started living to the fullest. She couldn’t travel or anything like that, but she was happy with where she was at in life.

When she graduated from college, she started doing her best to find a job. Her old part time job simply wasn’t enough to get her through day to day life, so everyday she’d go online and look for places. It was difficult getting interviews, or even trying to be acknowledged. But yet she persisted. She worked at a few various places. She worked in restaurants, sometimes even bakeries, and eventually she started working in schools. Kiyomizu realized she loved doing this. Interacting with the youth, making sure they’re doing well and preparing meals they could enjoy. So she kept doing this for a while.

But eventually, that school had run out of budget and had to unfortunately close. So, she had to look for a new place to work at again. But this time, she was much more limited due to her wanting to work in a school again specifically. She looked, and finally sent in some applications to a few different options.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
I’ve been working in a school environment for some time, and I’ve loved every minute of it. I think my favorite part is being able to mix together my favorite things when it comes to the job. I love cooking, I’m good at cooking. And caring for the youth gives you such a blessed feeling, I can’t possibly choose another type of work. I worked at a different school for a while, but they closed. And I will be honest, I did not choose Karakura because it’s Karakura. I’m trying to land a job anywhere. As long as I keep working in a school environment, I’ll be happy. That’s why I’m applying for KHS.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
This is a difficult question for me to answer because everybody has their own strong qualities. But I’d be more than happy to list my positive qualities I think others could keep working on.

I’m good in the kitchen. I’m experienced, I know what I’m doing. I dedicate so much attention to every meal I make and I enjoy every second of it.

Last time I’ll mention it, I know how a school works. Especially in the cafeteria. I understand how to manage my time here, as well as what to look out for when serving the students. I understand the stress that comes with it.

I’m incredibly patient. You will not see me upset about any situation ever. I am good with younger people, and I can handle anything people have to say about me. In an environment like this, regrettable things are often said. And I think I can handle that a lot better than some others.

I work well with others, but also alone. I’m a great teamplayer, but I can also improvise well and work on my own.
