Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server is a huge benefit for me. I spend the majority of my days on the server, and I roleplay in all sorts of things. Ranging from JockRP to being a teacher and helping students, or even punishing them in a fun way. Right now, my hours at work are very short, so this gives me more time to be online

What is your motivation for applying?:
I have only been a teacher and on the basketball team for my 4 years of being here on SRP. I think it’s time for a change and to expand my horizon of roleplay experiences. I have participated in JockRP and GangRP, so I've learned many things from those. Along with being a teacher, it has taught me many things that I did not know before becoming a part of the faction. I have been craving something new in SRP, and this is the perfect opportunity to get that craving. I want to see the different side of the server from KPD’s point of view. And it all looks really fun to be.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
I don't have much knowledge of police work, except for the information that is released to the public. I have dedicated effort to studying and memorizing the rules, ranks, duties, and equipment. I'll list the rankings below.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
With new criminals coming into Karakura, police are crucial because they maintain order and prevent criminals from becoming completely disorganized. The server would not make sense if there were a criminal faction and no police to help stop them. Additionally, this would shelter them from risks that might become problems later.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
Yes

Rocco has dark brown hair with dark hazel eyes. A fairly tall male sitting at 6'3. Rocco has a slim figure that would help him in any situation that requires agility or running. As you walked past him, you would smell a scent of Moncler Pour Homme coming from his presence. His voice would have a light Italian accent, and every time he spoke, it would be hard to understand since Rocco spoke fast. He walks into dangerous situations very confidently, almost like he is being ****y. When everybody is panicking, Rocco stays relaxed. During normal hours, Rocco jokes a lot and teases. That's what makes him unique.

How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
"Professional? You could say I am."
In a professional environment, Rocco would remain calm and relaxed, doing his best to keep the situation de-escalated rather than escalating. This would prevent further issues from growing. He will talk a little trash to the culprit that is being arrested, as that is a part of his personality. In a casual setting, Rocco has a personality of teasing and joking around. Therefore, he'd walk around the building and crack jokes to other officers as he walked by. Rocco is very understanding and friendly to whoever decides to interact with them. He isn't the kind of person to talk to his co-workers in a confrontational voice, as he wants everybody to like him. He wants everyone to feel safe and relaxed when he is around.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
"It takes everybody to have a successful team."
With only one brother, Rocco understands teamwork really well. He and his brother always worked together. When Rocco wants to work, he would rather have somebody by his side working with him. He isn't the type to do much work alone. Although that can be annoying, He can go out on his own and do his duties by himself. Rocco's flair is what makes him Rocco, and it would be extremely easy to bond with and become friends with him. No matter if it's co-workers or strangers.

What's your character's backstory?
Rocco was originally born in Milan, Italy, where the Milan Cathedral is located. However, he was born into a family that wasn't financially stable, and his life kicked off in the suburbs of Milan. He attended an elementary school the size of his neighborhood, with a student body of over two thousand children. Starting out in pre-K, he began the hard process of learning Italian, taking many months to become proficient in it. After school one day, Rocco was walking down the streets of Milan, and he witnessed a robbery going on at a local cafe shop, he heard sirens in the distance, and he stood nearby to watch the Milan police force respond quickly to the crime. Rocco was truly impressed with how they performed and how quickly they got the robber arrested. Soon, he continued his way home after school that day, and he told his parents that he witnessed a robbery and how the police handled it, and he was truly amazed. The Milan Police Force became his idol. The next day at school, the police were all that Rocco talked about that day. He was truly inspired by the police force and really wanted to join the Milan police force. Little did he know that things would change for him and his future.
A couple of years later, Nicolo, his younger brother, was born. Rocco's family had begun to work extra hours to provide for themselves and the children. One night, the entire family was eating dinner, then suddenly, air raid sirens went off. This wasn't a crime that the police force could stop; it was war. The parents hurried Rocco and his brother to the basement and told them to remain there until the sirens stopped blaring. Rocco held Nicolo in his arms as he started to shake from being terrified. Large booms were heard in the distance, and suddenly the sirens stopped. His parents opened up the basement door and signaled Rocco to come back up, and it was finished. He mentioned to his parents that he wanted to leave Italy, and it wasn't safe for anybody. His parents agreed, and they quickly packed up their essentials and bought a plane ticket to Karakura, Japan. That night, they rushed to the airport and quickly got onto the plane. Rocco was still holding Nicolo during the plane ride. Nineteen hours passed by, and Rocco woke up to a slam on the runway of Karakura. He opened the window beside him, looked outside, and smiled brightly. Rocco and his family made it out of the war and were now safe on an island in Japan. When they got off the plane, it was very difficult for them to read the signs that would lead them through the airport. Sooner than later, Rocco and his family made it out of Karakura airport and headed to their apartment that they are renting, pulling out the air mattresses from their bags and inflating them, immediately going to sleep.
Rocco attended Karakura High and was doing very poorly with his grades. It was really hard for him to adjust from a school that had two thousand students to a tremendously smaller school. His friend group went from 7 people to 3-4 people. One day, Rocco woke up from his sleep to a yell outside. He sat up and looked out the window to see three individuals in blackouts and wearing ballistic masks along with katanas. He quickly lay back down in his bed and grabbed his phone to dial 110. The call went like this. .
"110 state your emergency."
*in a quiet, quivering voice. It was clear he was nervous*
"H-HELP! THERE ARE THREE PEOPLE TRYING TO HURT THIS PERSON! OUTSIDE OF HOUSE 1010! HURRY PLEASE!"
"Thank you for the report. We are on the way."
Rocco watched the line hang-up, and he slowly lifted his head back up to look out the window. Turns out KPD is already there? But how? He just called! Rocco watched the police hold up their weapons from a distance and smiled. He watched the criminals drop their weapons and fall to their knees, along with KPD running up and placing them in cuffs and putting them into the back of the car. Rocco was smiling from ear to ear. He saved somebody's life, and the feeling of that really got to him. And with Rocco seeing how quickly KPD showed up to the scene right after the report really inspired him and made him aware that they know how to do their job and they take it very seriously. He finally got out of bed as he saw the time and entered his closet, putting on one of his many stunning outfits. Rocco arrived at school at 8:30 am and met up with his friends at the same spot they would always meet up at. The library in the non-fiction section. He mentioned to them that early in the morning, he saved somebody's life from criminals. Rocco would be persistent with protecting others, whether it was inside or outside of school. Inside the school, he would grab the faculty to save the person who was being jumped. Outside of school, he would call KPD and witness them arrive quickly and do their job. All throughout school, the feeling remained with him. Years later, Rocco was in the 12th grade, and he was about to walk across the stage. His mother, father, and brother were all in the crowd watching and cheering him on. Rocco took the diploma from Doug Brown and smiled at the camera. Many years had passed by, and all of his friends had left town due to the crime rate being very high. Rocco was now 27 years old, and he didn't have any of his parents anymore. His life took a dramatic turn. He had nobody and nothing for him. He'd keep that great feeling of saving people, and he wanted to be like them. He wanted to do the same. He walked up to KPD and asked the officer at the front desk on how to join the force. The conversation went like this. .
"Hey! What can I help you with?"
*As he approached, he fixed his posture, lifting his head high and looking directly at the officer who sat behind the glass*
"Yes, I would like to join the force, and I was wondering how I would do so?"
"Yeah, of course! Just grab an application over by the door and fill it out. Then you can hand it to me, and I'll take care of it."
*Rocco glanced over to the door he was talking about, seeing a pile of empty applications*
"Thank you!"
He walked over to the door, grabbed the application, and sat down on the bench outside. Rocco came prepared and put the application on his clipboard, and he clicked the eraser on his pencil to bring out the graphite. He began to fill out all of the information. Rocco then held down the eraser and pushed the graphite back into the pencil. He got up from the bench, went back inside, and nodded at the officer as he slid the paper through the little gap at the bottom of the glass. He gave the officer a smile and a wave as he walked out. This was it. This was Rocco doing what he always dreamt of. Joining the force and saving lives.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
"Great question. . If I witness a co-worker mistreating an inmate, I would look down at my body cam and see if it is turned on. If it is not, I would switch it on and make sure it is ready to record. Next, I would step in and start to intervene in the situation. I don't want to be at risk of losing the job that I worked hard for. Next, I would get the inmate and my co-worker separated, then radio for other officers for further assistance. Next, I'd walk towards the inmate once backup has arrived and examine his features, checking for any injuries that needed immediate medical attention. If the inmate is severely injured, I would begin first aid and radio EMS to the station immediately. My entire motto for being an officer is to serve and protect. I don't want to be responsible for the death of an inmate."
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
"You guys have some great questions, I love it! Thinking ahead that I'm on duty, my body cam would already be on. The situation depends on how many attackers there are. More than one, I would talk over the radio. I would tell them my location and how many attackers are present. If it were to be one person, I would grab my stun blaster from my utility belt and aim it at them. Warning the culprit once to quit or they'll be tased. One warning is all I need; failure to obey the warning, I will shoot my stun blaster at them and place them in handcuffs, arresting them for assault on a government official."
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
"What would I do if my co-worker were being corrupt?
I would gather some evidence of them being corrupt or admitting to things that they have done. Going in alone to gather evidence is no task to do on a solo trip. They are helping criminals, and if I get caught hanging around, my life here on this earth could be cut short. Next, I'd head to the station and talk to a co-worker who specializes in detective work. KPD can't be successful without teamwork. Teamwork is an important factor in this field, as it is needed to get the job done. After, I'd keep myself on high alert with other officers who could be affiliated."
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
"I wouldn't touch the money that the criminal is offering. Who knows if that money was received legally? I would pull out a small notebook and flip to an empty fine page. Filling it out for bribery and giving it to the criminal. I don't even have to teach the criminal not to do that. It's common sense, and they can learn from their actions."
