What is your Minecraft username?: Itz_James
Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?): FluffyBunnyRubRub#6449
How old are you? (Optional): 18
What is your time zone?: CDT
Describe your activity on the server: I'd say I am fairly active; I tend to play for at least 7+ hours a day depending on my schedule. Occasionally you will most likely see me online for 10+ hours scattered throughout the day.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): I believe I was banned back in 2015 for 30 days due to cosmetics abuse. The staff member who I am pretty sure banned me was Ryanark. Other than that, I have no recent bans.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: I acknowledge this statement.
School Employee Role you are applying for?: I am applying for the Receptionist position.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: As a receptionist you have many vital responsibilities. One of these responsibilities consist of cheerfully greeting students, faculty, parents and other visitors as they enter the building, and provide assistance if necessary. But that isn't all, you are also expected to schedule appointments, take phone calls, provide administrative support to staff if necessary, perform other duties as requested by the principal as well as supply school staff with crucial supplies that is required in order to get through a long school day. Of course, there are many more responsibilities that come with the role of a school receptionist, but the ones I have listed I believe to be the most crucial when it comes to this role.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have an extensive history when it comes to roleplay. Throughout the 7 years I have been on this server I have picked up a very good understanding of how to roleplay around the theme of the server, as well as following the strict rules you are required to abide by to ensure the roleplay is as realistic and enjoyable as possible. Granted I am not some roleplay professional, but I do understand the expectations of this server, and how to roleplay accordingly to my characters designated role.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: Prior to this application I was employed as a technician two times, and then on my second run as a technician I was employed as a Janitor due to the Technician role in the school being discontinued. Obviously, me applying now for a third time for an employment opportunity should be a good enough reason on why I want to be employed by the school once again. But of course, that is easy to say without providing a valid reason to why I want to be associated with the school once again. The moral of the story is that I really enjoyed my prior roleplaying experience as a school faculty member. It really gave me motivation to roleplay seriously, meanwhile it allowed me to have fun at the same time. My two times prior employment history with the school has truly motivated me into making another application for a different and more engaging role within the school.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: Eito would casually approach his fellow co-worker asking them to follow him into a more private location within the school and away from any unwanted attention. Eito would then address the situation with his co-worker and explain to them that what they were doing was either inappropriate or dangerous, and explain to them that the current situation that he witnessed was totally unprofessional and explain that their actions could get them in serious trouble and potentially cause them to lose their job. Eito would then begin to walk up the driveway towards the garage, and to his surprise the garage door would slowly begin to open revealing a 1991 Toyota Soarer GZ20 sitting undisturbed in the garage. Upon receiving this generous gift from his father, his life would change for good in result to having his own method of transportation that will bring him anywhere his heart desires, along with a new hobby that would transform that vehicle into one of his most prized possessions even to this day. Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation for joining Karakura High School has branched off since the first time I walked in through those doors as a Technician. Over the years of being employed by Karakura High School whether it was as Technician or as a Janitor I have truly enjoyed every moment of it. Whether that was just interacting with many of the students enrolled in the high school, along with several of the staff members, or just assisting here and there with school maintenance and cleanliness. Over those years working for a school with an inclusive work environment has kept motivating me into applying over and over again for an opportunity in working for this school once again.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"): Yes, I do have prior experience working in a school enviornment, like I had mentioned before I was a prior employee with Karakura high school working as a Technician as well as a Janitor for a couple of years.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: With my prior work history and reputation within the high school as a former employee that once was a technician as well as a janitor has given me enough reason to come out and say I should be considered as a good candidate for an opportunity of employment within the high school.
