Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are the embodiment of a school's foundation. Teachers are entrusted and trained to educate children and prepare them for our futures. We are to guide them toward their futures and callings. Without teachers, we won't have essential personnel such as politicians, mayors, scientists, school faculty to govern, teach, and improve global innovation and make our lives better. Art teachers help our students become the next Butch Hartman or Dan Povenmire, or to just develop new skills and find their callings and hobbies. We wont have anyone to heal our sick and injured if we don't educate young inspired doctors. We need history teachers to make sure we do not forget how society came to be. It is also said daily that "History is to repeat itself" as one of the reasons we need to remember how not only Japan, but the entire world began. We must remember the important events that brought governments together so we do not make the same mistakes we made in the past. Science helps us to understand how things work such as gravity and why it rains. Culinary prepares us for learning how to prepare meals so we can take care of ourselves. Gym teaches us to take care of our bodies and be healthier. Who would protect us from criminals and other dangerous people if we don't inspire them to become part of the police force? Math is essential for a lot, such as when building homes or even just furniture, we need math equations to get the required angle or cut to finish the job. As teachers, we need to set them up for a bright future. No one cares more about the future than the older generations. As their elders, we are responsible for preparing them in doing their part in running the world. Not to mention they need to keep the students safe and protect them from any harm. You never know what may happen during school. These kids' lives are in our hands. Above all that, we must set examples of what roleplaying is all about and how to do it properly on this server. Being role models on the server for new players is important for growing the server's population and growing the SRP community and helping them meet friends and find their calling even out of character. I know I did!

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
Teaching is my passion. I love to help educate and guide our next generations to come. The smiles on the kids' faces when they finally understand the material or pick up a new skill or technique being taught. When I come to work and see students ready to learn, even if they aren't my students, my heart is filled with joy. The students who aren't ready or just don't want to be there, I take that as a challenge to help them understand the importance of learning the material and wanting to learn and better themselves. Ever since I was young, I have loved to learn and understand the world more and how it works. I want to help students achieve that same want and help those that already have that same want to pursue learning, reach that level of understanding. Children need help and guidance achieving their goals. I aspire to be the positive role model kids' need. Well at least to the best of my ability. Seeing students fail is my worst nightmare. I will make it my mission to prevent any student from failing. I desire to be apart of the education movement teaching kids how to be productive members of society.

Nadine is a blond girl with blue eyes and glasses. She typically wears outfits that are light blue or pink. There is always a cheerful smile on her face showing she is ready to get busy. Her bouncy walk tells others she is in a good mood and ready for the day. She always focuses on the positives and prefers to hide the negatives. She is almost always smiling and loves to hug. She will stop you in your tracks if she suspects you might be having a not so great day and will attempt to turn that frown upside down. Nadine is a fun loving girl who enjoys bringing happiness and joy to others. She wants to see her peers and students thrive and enjoy life. The way she carries herself tells others there is something about her that shows that she is a down right loving person who cares more about those around her than herself. She will put herself first before others. During work she will be wearing two of her favorite blue dresses. She values a moral dress code that shows others she is ready to get to work. A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Nadine will stop, smile and approach the student. As she approaches, she will kneel down to the student's level and take a minute to help the student 1 on 1. She knows what it is like to struggle in school and never forgot that feeling of helplessness. She is destined to help those in need who struggle to understand. Nadine will tell her students each class to speak up when they are stuck on a problem. She implores them to raise their hands and tell when they are in trouble. She will offer extra help if needed. She will create an activity or game to help them next class to further help this student to understand her lesson. If needed, she will even have someone else help the student in need. Having the students help each other is important for their problem solving skills. Nadine wants to help students reach their full potential. Just 1 student who finally understands the material she teaches brings a tear to her eye.

Nadine is a stern woman and will introduce a set of rules for the students to follow and will set up a 3 step warning system to try to help students pay attention and participate in her classes. She may have her happy attitude about her, but she does not play around. She will frown and clear her throat to get their attention and say "Excuse me! Pay attention! I am here to teach you are here to learn!" This will be her first warning. Step 2 will be a detention, This will give students the incentive to stay in their seats and pay attention. Step 3 will end with the student kicked from her class. Nadine will tell her students if they can't follow her rules they cannot participate in her fun activities. A swift disciplinary action before moving on. She will not play around, she has work to do. Nadine knows discipline is part of the job and accepts her role not only teaching but guiding students to become better members of society. If being the bad guy and risking students hating her is what it costs. Then so be it! She's proud of her job.

I think I'll try using a room or a big space as a giant board game. Everyone is involved and the game will be like a chess game. Each team will start with a specific number like 50. The students who represent different pieces will be a certain number. For example, your king and queen pieces will be higher numbers like 10 and 12 and your pawn will be 1s or 2s. When capturing a player, you need to solve that equation for points added to your team. When a player on your team gets captured , your team loses points. So a rook on one team with 7 points captures an opposing pawn with 2 points gets 14 points and the opposite team loses 14 points. The losing team with 5 points has a chance to come back. When playing, both teams have a chance to collect Fruit Boost. These allow you to add 10 points for your team. Acquiring these powerups is fairly simple, capture a certain amount of players for certain amounts of points. For example a cherry will require 2 captures and it gives you 5 points and an apple gives you 10 points.

This one came from the top of my head and I can revise it later. I will choose 2 students to face off and think of a number. On the count of 3, both students will blurt out their number and whoever can solve the equation fastest wins that round. Each round will be a different category, Round 1 will be Addition, Round 2 will be Subtraction, Round 3 will be Multiplication and so forth. I can implement teams and whichever team has the most points will win. Competition makes the brain think. Students forced to use their heads to win a game will help their integrity grow.

I'm thinking of implementing races. I'll have students race to see who can complete math equations the fastest. Whoever can solve long multiplication the fastest wins! I will include a point system using cookies. Everyone loves cookies! (Cookies will be used in other stuff I'll do as well.) 3rd place will be 5 cookies, 2nd place will be 10 cookies and 1st will be 20 cookies. Those who didn't win will receive 1 cookie each for trying. It's all Nadine can ask for. Participation awards are important for keeping students interested and inspired to keep going. Keeping them wanting to learn more helps.
