Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are the embodiment of a school. Without teachers, school can't exist. Teachers help and guide students toward success. Children never have any idea what they want to do when they leave school and teachers help them not only figure out what they want to do, but how to get there.
This server is called SchoolRP for a reason. Without teachers you don't have a school. Teachers teach valuable information to those who are willing to learn. Teachers are their mentors. Their job is more than just teaching at times, they protect, they provide fun ways to learn, they provide discipline.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes

Describe your character:

John is a very loving man who prioritizes others before himself. At work he focuses on doing his job and making sure others are situated. His students are at the top most concern in his book. His niece is his top priority in life. Besides his morals, he wears a suit and tie and carries a cane. John is a man of integrity and can sing.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
John tends to blend in with his surroundings, yet tries to socialize. He tries to get to know as many co-workers as he can and is willing to help in any way he can. His outlook on students is that of a positive one, always encouraging them in their desired endeavors. In class he studies his students and tries to find anyone he can help in any way possible. If It's just one child he helped, he will feel very accomplished.
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
John acquired his love for teaching after being inspired by his favorite teacher in junior high. This teacher was kind and compassionate, not to mention patient. He picked up these qualities from being in class with this teacher and would assist his sister with her school work. His sister Emily raised her grades, thanks to John's help and patience. If it wasn't his sister as a kid, it's his niece as an adult. John kept those qualities I mentioned before throughout his life. His niece had trouble with her school work just like her late aunt Emily. It was his teacher all those years ago that sparked his love for teaching and acquired those same wholesome qualities needed for teaching.

Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
As stated, John is a patient man. He believes it is necessary to hear what the student has to say when assisting the student in distress. He encourages all to stop and think if one is stuck on a problem. He would go over the problem over and over until the student understands the material. If the problem persists, he doesn't give in. He will try a different approach. However if all else fails. He will permit the child to take a break and try again later or the following day. That night he will ponder over how can help the child understand his material and put it into action the very next day.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Again, John is a man of patience. He will simply put into action the points system before the start of every class. Once a student misbehaves in any way, shape or form, he will remove a point as a warning system. Once any student loses all 3 points or stars, they will be removed from the classroom with a detention. If this doesn't work he has the option of using the student's piers against them in order to behave. One can achieve this using classroom rewards. Once removing the class's rewards, all the children will turn on the child in question. Henceforth the child shall change his/her priorities. (In other words: behaving)
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Point system games can go a long way. I will put everyone in teams of 2 or 3 and have them solve multiplication equations and see who gets the answer quicker. The 3 quickest will receive rewards of my choosing. Games like this will change and get more complex over time.
Finger War!
I will put students in pairs and each student will think of a random number. On the count of 3, 1 team at a time will say their number. With 5 seconds on the clock they will add, subtract, or multiply those numbers.
