'/Grade' Issues

Hi! My ign is 'gnokia' and I've finished the countdown to grade up for 'Grade 9'. Once again, the sever kept saying that I'm at Maximum Level (which I'm not). I approached the people at '/help' and there isn't anyone currently available to fix my grade.
