/grade not working

Hi. Ive been trying to rank up multiple times and everytime i do so it says "maximum grade". My age in game is 16 (grade 10). I have tried /grade multiple times and it tells me the same thing of being at maximum grade. Is there anyone out there who can help me fix this? Or bump my grade up to 17? Thank you!

I've been having the same issue. I'm stuck at 17 and every time I type in /grade it tells me I've reached the maximum grade, it's been like this for two months now. If there's a way anybody could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure to head to this forum thread, and you can request to be aged up to Grade-12!
Follow the format shown pinned to the top of the list, and fill it out accordingly; The most important part is to include a screenshot of what /grade says. An admin+ will respond to it as soon as they are available too!
