Screenshot 2026-03-14 134159.png

I am currently part of the sports faction, roleplaying as a high school dodgeball player. I actively participate in rivalries, practices, and both large and small events, consistently engaging with the faction and broader SRP community. In addition to the sports team faction activities, I actively explore the lore and backstories of other players’ characters. This is not limited to close friends, but also to new faces. Whether through spontaneous interactions or a simple post on Onrain, I intentionally seek opportunities to expand character dynamics and deepen roleplay. I believe meaningful roleplay comes from initiative and engagement. By stepping forward and interacting with a diverse range of players, I aim to create memorable experiences while continuously developing my own roleplay skills.
Outside of roleplay, I am currently learning 3D modelling within the community, presenting my work, and seeking mentorship from experienced modellers. I plan to submit my 3D modeller application once I am confident that I have met the required standards. Overall, I am a creative, active, and community-driven player who consistently seeks to improve and contribute positively to the server.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS

What is the student council and what do they do?:

The student council is a group of committed and responsible students who represent Karakura High while actively contributing to the improvement of the school community. Council membership requires dedication, accountability, and initiative. Members act as a bridge between students and school administration, ensuring that student voices are communicated clearly and effectively.

One of the council’s primary responsibilities is maintaining a positive, safe, and productive school environment. This includes organizing IC/OOC events that encourage participation and Karakura spirit, supporting students when concerns arise, maintaining order, reinforcing school rules, and handling after-school detentions when necessary.

In certain situations, council members may collaborate with higher administration, for example, the Dean or the Principal, to address more serious issues professionally. Council members must demonstrate maturity, fairness, and strong communication skills to represent the student body effectively.

Beyond daily responsibilities, the council also participates in activities that strengthen the wider Karakura community, such as fundraising efforts during extreme weather conditions, community service projects, and student welfare programs. Ultimately, the student council promotes unity, responsibility, and growth, helping to create an environment where all students feel valued and safe.

What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):

The council has always been one of my favorite factions since I began playing SRP. It offers opportunities for meaningful encounters and interactions during school hours, a great place for character and community development. On the other hand, the council allows members to host and organize student-body events, which is something I genuinely enjoy. I was previously part of the student council, though only for a short period, as SRP has implemented a new rule that prevents players from sports teams (I was the HS Baseball Captain at the time) from being part of the council simultaneously. Now that I am no longer restricted by that rule, I would like to use this opportunity to create enriching roleplay experiences for both the community and myself.

I have also met several inspiring council characters in-game who motivated me to reapply. I would love to have the opportunity to work alongside them and meet more members within the faction.

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):

Yes, of course! As mentioned earlier, this is one of the main reasons why I am applying for the role of student council. I am confident in my ability to plan, discuss, and present event ideas regularly. I understand the faction’s boundaries and, if ever uncertain, I would consult other members or the faction lead directly. I am also passionate about listening to others' brilliant perspectives and contributing respectfully. With strong teamwork, I believe the council can consistently produce high-quality events that students can enjoy and participate in.

Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Historian
The President is the main leadership role within the student council and is responsible for overseeing the activities and initiatives of the organization. They are expected to carry out a number of tasks, including managing meetings, organizing applications and event ideas, reviewing current rules and regulations, and overseeing council members, both IC and OOC. The President serves as the heart of the student council, leading the team while working alongside its members to achieve success and maintain the council’s standards.
The Vice President is the second-in-command of the student council and typically assists the President in carrying out their duties. They may take on leadership responsibilities in the President’s absence and are expected to support the President whenever necessary. The Vice President also serves as the second advisor when important decisions need to be made. Furthermore, they also help coordinate council members and ensure everything is progressing according to plans. Finally, they are also responsible for training the newer members when they first join the council faction.

The Secretary is responsible for maintaining records and documentation for the council. This includes taking notes during council meetings (both IC and OOC), recording member attendance during meetings and school days, and ensuring important information is properly documented. The Secretary also assists in planning council events, including school-wide activities and internal council gatherings. In addition to these responsibilities, they help maintain the council room by keeping it organized and presentable, creating a comfortable and productive working environment for all members.
The Historian acts as the milestone keeper for the student council and Karakura High. They are responsible for documenting event photos, recording new lore developments, and tracking changes within the student body. Their documentation should be organized and presented professionally in a way that reflects the style and standards of the student council. These records should also be accessible so that players across SRP can review and appreciate the history and development of the school community.

IC SECTION
SCENARIOS

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?

Straightened his back against the chair as he listened to the question. He rested his fingers beneath his chin for quite some time before answering that question

“If I must say-”

Raised his right index finger slightly

“I shall first seek a solution to resolve the disturbance without drawing further attention to it. It would be such a shame to let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. If it is their first attempt, I shall issue them a verbal warning… HOWEVER-”

For a brief second, his tone hardened

"Should the student persist in disrupting the assembly with that warning, I would then follow proper procedure and contact a teaching staff member or execute the appropriate disciplinary action myself. Order must be upheld, though it need not be enforced with spectacle."

Opened his hands slightly, shrugging his shoulders

“I do believe that in most cases, if one wishes to maintain order efficiently, it must be achieved through firm actions since words merely have impact in those situations, especially when dealing with-”

A faint expression of disgust flashed across his face

Undisciplined!

A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?

A confident grin appeared on his face, as though he had been waiting for a moment when he could finally put his knowledge into practice
"A wise man once said: 'The greatest victory is that which requires no battle.' Pursuing them would only lead to unnecessary conflict, potentially damaging our reputation at school, and risking harm to individuals involved. Therefore, it would be unwise and discouraged."

Adjusted the cuff of his right sleeve absentmindedly before continuing

"I would remain calm and make my way to the nearest available CCTV or school radio. From there, I would describe the student's appearance and inform everyone in the school regarding their unacceptable behavior through the intercom publicly. On top of that, I shall announce the consequences they may face should they refuse to present themselves at the front desk."

Paused for a moment, listening carefully as the interviewer spoke

"What if the student fails to obey, thou asked?"

Offered a harmless smile, though there was a faint chill behind it…

"That, I believe my friend, is precisely why we have the Dean for… is it not?"

A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?

Leaned slightly forward in his chair
"My, my… this is no light accusation. Let me think…"

Tapped his fingers lightly against the side of his arm as he debated on the matter

"Before proceeding further into this situation, I must have a greater understanding of the full situation and determine what support I may offer. As they say: 'If you know your enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles.'"

He relaxed his palms, resting them neatly upon his knees

"If the situation appears to be merely a jest between friends, then a supportive conversation or a fair warning may solve the problem. However, if the situation involves serious threats, cyberbullying, or even physical harm, then a more severe punishment may be required. In such cases, disciplinary measures or even suspension could be recommended to the higher authorities."

Frowned slightly as a faint seriousness settled across his expression

"If matters were beyond ours and the school’s ability to control, then the situation could potentially be passed into the hands of the KPD… though I would very much prefer to avoid such a result unless it's necessary ."

A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?

Sat comfortably in his chair, almost like a mentor sharing wisdom with his disciples

"Well, first things first, one must know the difference between a protest and a riot. It can be explained rather simply: one truly seeks to express their thoughts, while the other creates chaos in the name of justice."

He cleared his throat

"If thou truly wish to communicate peacefully, I believe it is our obligation as members of the student council to listen to what thou hast to say. We shall welcome them with open arms into our council room to avoid further conflict and disruption on the school grounds."

Wiggled his index finger

"However, this does not mean we must agree with their opinions entirely. We would ask them to submit their concerns or complaints formally, and give us some time to discuss the matter in one of our meetings so that we may reach a solution that is acceptable for both parties.”

He picked up a small tin cup, removed the lid, and calmly took a sip of the hot water inside

"However… should the protest turn out to be disruptive, risking other students' safety, and the protesters prove unwilling to act reasonably—"

Snapped his fingers

"Then we have no other opinion but to turn them down… One cannot negotiate with Chaos."

A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?

"These questions…"

He sighed

"I suppose council work is no light duty after all… very well."

Tightened slightly

"I would begin by investigating the matter. When did the incident occur, and why were they acting in such a way? Before confronting someone with such an accusation, it is important that I have gathered all the solid evidence."

Leaned back into the back of his chair

"I understand that my authority has its limits. Overstepping into matters beyond my responsibility is something I strongly discourage. In most cases, I would report the situation to their higher-ups, submitting the evidence officially so they may review it and take the necessary action."

Gave a small nod

“However, on rare occasions, if the teaching staff is known to possess good character, I may choose to approach them personally. I would speak to them respectfully and hear their side of the story before proceeding with any formal report. Perhaps they had a good reason for it… and I trust my judgment."

A grin appeared on his face

"HEY… I am not entirely heartless!”

Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):

“I thought you’d never ask!”

Pulled out an A4 sheet of paper, the plans written neatly with sections highlighted with a colored pen.

Event Introduction:
Unlike the usual in-school get-together events, this is a small-scale, long-term activity focused on online interaction under the theme of “Beautiful Moments and Bits of Life in KHS.”

Recently, I have noticed that the Student Council does indeed have an Onrain account; however, it has never been used, which is quite a shame. The purpose of this event is to bring activity to the council’s Onrain account and put it on trend, drawing attention from the community. At the same time, it will introduce Karakura’s Onrain platform to newer students within the school who may not yet be familiar with it.

Through this event, students and teaching staff will be encouraged to share small moments from their daily lives at Karakura High, allowing the community to connect through photos, stories, and memorable experiences. The resource requirements for this event are rather simple: a KHS Student Council Onrain account, a couple of advertisements to the school community, the collective judgment of council members to determine the winners, and prizes for the participants.

Possible Award Categories:

Best Cinematography — 25,000 yen
Best Picture — 25,000 yen
Best Art — 50,000 yen
Most Heart-warming Story — 30,000 yen
Most Entertaining Story — 30,000 yen

Best School Spirit — 30,000 yen
Most Creative Post — 25,000 yen
Lucky Draw Prize — 50,000 yen
(Total of 290,000 Yen)

At the end of the event, we will post another announcement revealing the winners and invite them to the Student Council front desk to collect their prizes.

IC/OOC Announcement (Discord / Onrain / In-game):

The sun is up, and another day goes by. Look at the time flies! At Karakura High, we have all shared moments of laughter, tears, love, and excitement along the way. As your Student Council, we would love for you to share your story with us on Onrain!

Whether it is your favorite place on campus, someone you appreciate, a heartwarming moment, or simply a glance into your daily life at Karakura High, we would love to see it. You may include a photo, artwork, or even a short video to accompany your story.

Don’t forget to follow the Karakura Student Council Onrain page and include the hashtag #BestOfKarakura in your post to enter our prize competition, with several categories chosen by our council members, and a chance to enter a lucky draw offering rewards of up to 50,000 yen!

Personal Information
(in character)

Name:
Varen Wolffort

Gender:
Male

Age:
18

Phone number:
030-1995373

How would you describe your personality?:

“Normally I would let a third person judge me… but it is what it is, as some would say.”

A faint breath escaped him. The interview is pretty long...

“I prefer to keep things simple and efficient—reason before emotion, evidence before words. If something is important to me, I am willing to pursue the matter to its very bottom, by any means necessary.”

Adjusted his sleeve once again, stretched his back slightly

“I would claim that I am quite a reasonable person. One should be able to speak with me normally, provided they show the same respect they expect from others. Treat others as you wish to be treated—what goes around comes back around, as they say.”

Took a deep breath, eyes locked onto the interviewer again, hyper-focused

“Some might argue that I am a little old-fashioned… perhaps even too strict. They may say I should stop bothering them about the smaller matters.”

A short pause followed.

“Nonsense.”

A smirk appeared on his face, as if he thought those comments were merely some hilarious jokes

“How can one achieve something truly great if they cannot accomplish something as simple as maintaining their manners?”

Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):
concept art.jpg screenshot-1773005730909.png
The picture is rather ancient; perhaps it was taken a while ago?
What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:

Binked with his Heterochromic eyes
“My sister and I have just moved from Great Britain to Karakura to stay at our grandmother’s house while our parents are away on holiday. Oh—speaking of my sister, hast thou seen her around? Her name is ****ise. I do believe she mentioned wanting to submit her application for the student council as well. She is rather excited when hearing about the vacancy. I hope she has not forgotten about it… Anyhow—”

He opened his school bag and carefully brought out two old books whose pages had clearly been flipped too many times
“I would like to recommend two of my favorite books. The first is The Art of War, and the second is called The Thirty-Six Stratagems. I happened to discover them in a small Chinese secondhand shop by accident. Some might argue that they are merely war manuals for the politicians, but upon closer study, one can apply the strategies within these books to many difficult situations. It is a collection of wisdom that no one should not mis—”

book2.jpg

Glanced down at the watch on his wrist
“MY APOLOGIES! I fear I have taken up too much of thy time. As I was saying, thou may throw any paperwork or troublesome duties my way if the others would rather avoid them…”

He hesitated slightly
“…so long as they are not related to… dealing with… deep water.”

Gulped

Why do you want this position?:

“To put this shortly, I seek this position for personal growth, as well as having the opportunity to apply the knowledge I have gained from my readings into practice. I believe this role presents a valuable opportunity for me to challenge myself to become a better person, learn from real situations, and contribute meaningfully to the council.”

Rubbed his lower chin before continuing

“Oh yes… perhaps this experience will look quite impressive on my future résumé. Who knows, perhaps one day I may very well become a corporate lawyer or a governor, thou never know.”

What interests you the most about student council?:

“Manners maketh man.”

The words echoed through the room

“On the contrary to the sports teams, the council represents the more sensible side of Karakura High. Authority and discipline aside, we must set an example within the school and promote a positive influence for students who strive to become better individuals every day.”

A faint smile appeared on his face

“I also find great interest in dealing with drama and problematic students. Why bother spending time on them, you might ask? Perhaps it is a calling, perhaps it is our responsibility. Some students excel at causing trouble, and we excel at guiding them toward becoming respectable members of our community here at Karakura High.”

What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:

“The foundation of a safe and enjoyable environment is built upon mutual respect and trust. In my opinion, school is rather like a large card game. The game is only fun and entertaining when the rules are followed, and the cards are played correctly. Rule-breaking behaviours such as hiding cards up one's sleeve, peeking at another player’s hand, or even flipping the table in frustration are something we must prevent from happening. After all, no one enjoys a cheater around.”

He sprang to his feet, his left hand waving energetically while his right finger pointed toward the sky, as though he were delivering a grand speech before every student in Karakura High

“We must reinforce students on the importance of our school rules, while also identifying early signs of troublesome behavior from certain individuals. We shall guide them to understand why our rules exist, and ensure that the same mistakes do not repeat. As a reward, students who follow the school policies and protocols strictly should be permitted to explore anything, including fun activities with their creativity, giving them a sense of freedom and control while enjoying their learning experience here at Karakura.”
