TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council and what do they do?:
The student council's goal is to create a sense of balance and order, watching over the student body and making sure everyone is following the rules. They aim to secure the futures of young people, filtering out delinquency that they may encounter across campus. They are the faculty's helpers, patrolling school to de-escalate any situations that may potentially spiral out of control and cause unnecessary conflict.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
I am applying for council to seek new roleplay opportunities and to boost my motivation to play the server. I am excited to try a new style of roleplay and the responsibility that comes with a more prominent role in the server. It would teach me skills that are important for real life too, such as how to adapt to a leadership role and how to stay motivated in day-to-day life. Additionally, the notion of being able to take a hands-on approach to different events is very appealing to me and I would love to contribute my own ideas to help boost the sense of community in the server.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
I am and it would be a pleasure to refine these skills among the student council.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
President: The president oversees the council and makes sure everything is in order. They maintain a respectable school environment and work with the faculty, clubs and teams.
Vice-President: The vice-president cooperates with the president in their task of leadership, stepping up for their higherup when they are not around to enforce rules.
Councillor: The members of the council ensure that the school is a safe environment for students and remain vigilant of delinquents who seek to break the rules.

SCENARIOS
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
"In the case that a student is behaving disruptively, I would walk up to them and try to civilly explain that their behaviour is not okay and that they should stop. If the warning is not acknowledged, I would hand them a detention slip as they were already given a clear explanation and there is no need to ask them over and over only to receive the same result. This is to eliminate unnecessary arguing and to wrap up the situation efficiently and in the shortest amount of time possible."
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
"Rather than pointlessly chasing after the student, I would resort to either using the intercom myself or having the faculty do so in order to call the individual to the front desk. In the event that the student does not report back to the front desk, I'd make the appropriate faculty aware of the situation so that further action could be taken. From there, the student would be reprimanded and even handed a suspension if the faculty sees it fit."
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
"I would listen to the teacher's concerns and go over all of the details, alerting the SLT too if need be. Then, with a teacher we would discuss the student's wellbeing as well as the peers who were affected by their threats. It would then be ideal to speak to the student in private to go over their actions and feelings, maybe involving counsellors to help support the student. If the student poses a major threat to themself and others, it would be best to report it to the appropriate authorities and take it from there."
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
"I would first listen to their reasoning and what they want to protest as it is only right to give them the space to speak their mind, however if they were to protest it would have to be done in a non-disruptive and peaceful manner. After determining whether their cause is appropriate, I would set out guidelines for them to follow as they engage in their protest, ensuring the safety of all students and staff as it commences."
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
"I would stop what I am doing and listen to the faculty member carefully. Instead of getting defensive or arguing, I would talk it through with them and understand what exactly I am doing wrong and why it is a problem. If I am at fault, I would admit to my wrongdoings and immediately correct the error of my ways. If it is found that I was executing my course of action in the right way, I would calmly explain to the teacher or receptionist that I am following my training and I would assure them that no rules were being broken. If there is still confusion surrounding the issue after my explanation, I would contact the higher-ups to get their opinion on the matter and we would settle it from there."
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
Event Structure:
Opening Ceremony:
A grand parade, where each team (Bobcats and Spartans) create lanterns to mark the festival's kick-off. The lanterns would represent a sense of ceremonial joy that reflects the school spirit. Their creativity flourishes from themes inspired by "Legends of Karakura", a futuristic design, to one that alleges cultural identity. The parade peaks with a performance on the main stage, with each group displaying their anthem or a choreographed cheer routine.
Team Challenges:
Over the course of the day, a number of competitive activities will intermingle here. To mention a few:
Legends Relay: A three-part relay in which students will solve riddles, work their way through an obstacle course, and answer questions based on Karakura's fictional lore.
Art and Craft Battle: Both teams collaborate to realise the huge murals or sculptures built on-site are based on the theme of unity through rivalry.
Talent Showdown: Group or solo performances from each side will allow students to be able to show their talents in whichever entertainment form: music, dance, stand-up comedy, or special acts — everyone's ratings will determine which side's act wins.
The Marketplace and Food Stalls:
Students and clubs can have booths where they will sell handicrafts, food and offer some fun mini-games. Spartan culinary arts students might offer some more upscale creations while Bobcats can prepare some easy-to-make, fun carnival-style snacks.
Evening Concert and Fireworks:
At the end of the day, there is a concert that features student bands and performers from both teams. The night finishes with a synchronised fireworks display in the school's colours.
The purpose would be to assert pride in the school while displaying students' talents and instilling a perpetual tradition of bringing the student body together.
Personal Information
(in character)
Name:
"Trivia Vanille."
Gender:
"Female."
Age:
"18."
Phone number:
"030-324-8618."
How would you describe your personality?:
"I would describe myself as a reserved individual who likes to mind her own business. I can stand my ground despite being voiceless, my attitude making up for my mutism. Rest assured, I would not let my quiet nature get in the way of my duties, aiming to use my communication tools such as JSL and text-to-speech to comprehensibly bring across my points and concerns. I can be quite sarcastic at times or even dry depending on who I'm dealing with, but more often than not I try to be inviting and a good listener to friends and those who need a support system."
Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):
What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
"I would say my diligence and perfectionism sets me apart from other applicants, where I seek to make sure everything is in order and balanced. Despite my physical and mental restrictions, I still believe I can commit to this role to the best of my ability, showing my perseverance in the face of obstacles. I am a very good listener, meaning I can tend to the problems of others with nuance and genuine care, only giving my advice if asked for it. If I am granted this role, I would do my best to do it justice and handle various scenarios in the calmest yet most assertive way possible, boosting the reputation of the school."
Why do you want this position?:
"I want this position because I want to be a contributor to the betterment of Karakura's school. It has been a pleasure of mine to study here since I moved from England, and I thought what better way to show my appreciation than taking up an active role in the school's improvement. I also want to join for personal development, feeling as though my social skills could be drastically refined through this role, such as my communication skills, confidence, connection building and more. I want to prove to both the school and myself that I am more than just Trivia — that I can do more than just look out for myself, instead actively improving the world around me. I want to leave a positive mark on the school through my dedication and involvement, not be a shadow that is forgotten, aimlessly wandering."
What interests you the most about student council?:
"I am most interested in the new opportunities being a part of council will bring, what new friends I can make and how I can leave a significant impact on the school after I graduate. I am in awe of the current members representing the council, wanting to be like them, representing the student body in ways that makes everyone feel included, seen and heard. I am particularly drawn to the idea of self-improvement, practicing my collaboration skills which is a feat I always needed extra work on. I want to be part of the movement that brings people together and create an inclusive, welcoming place for all students to thrive in!"
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
"I could contribute a sense of comradery and make the atmosphere a safe, non-judgemental place for students to be in. I would put the students' needs before my own, making sure I am a listening ear for them to always rely on. As a keen observer of others, I could introduce an extra layer of security over the school, always on the lookout for potential conflict which I could swiftly solve. I would actively help plan events with club members to enrich the student social life, encourage good-natured rivalry between Bobcats and Spartans, secure the health and safety of students and offer moral support to those who need it. In doing all of this, I hope to set myself apart from the crowd and become a helpful member of the council who creates a respectful environment for everyone."
