What motivates me to become a teacher is my sister in real life she had played Sep when I couldn't last year and she was a teacher in real life she always had thought of making some sort of application like this but wasn't sure but now that she's gone and I am back on srp I chose to do this in her name and also because of my experience and my relationship with multiple of the teachers on srp. Also my character has a lot of icly reasons for becoming a teacher such as her love for children her way of talk with people, she has ADHD and autism so it's easy for her to understand children with such disadvantages
I also find it as my goal to try new things and to also teach in multiple ways than one and try to make it as fun as possible so that the students don't lose interest in the topics we will be covering and what I mean by teaching more ways than one I mean you get visual learners Itc I will be doing weekly kahoots and also give them multiple tasks that they can chose from I'll take them on trips to learn more about the history of the lovely place we live in

Logs are proof that you had done a class it is very important so that people know that you are doing your job and that it when well, it's also so that they know your doing classes so you can get paid accordingly .

This is so that they can focus on the lesson and that no one can stop the rest of the class who want to be there from learning

This helps so that everyone can hear what each other has to say and I can hear what a student is trying to say or explain to me

This is so that everyone feels happy and can enjoy the lesion without worrying about being bellied or stressed or even mad

This is so that i know if they understand the lesion and that they know that history is a never ending debate

so i can help and explain the lesion or if they have a problem with my style of teaching so that i can try the way they like to be taught so they can understand the lesion

Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general:
Teachers in Srp's purpose is to teach students in simple but in more detail they provide them with engaging and interactive learning experiences. In the game, teachers are responsible for delivering classes on various subjects, including History, Art, literature Ict . They create lesson plans, teach students, and provide feedback and support . Outside of the game, teachers serve the same purpose by helping individuals acquire knowledge and skills that they wish for, Their goal is to keep students interested in the lesion, In there spare time they would plan lessons, Mark homework, try to get ideas from students on fun lessons and trips they could take. Newly Qualified Teachers start with a base-pay of ¥350,000, while Qualified Teachers have a base-pay of ¥400,000. For every 5 classes taught after completing the minimum quota, Teachers receive an additional ¥50,000 on top of their paycheck until the maximum amount of ¥500,000 has been reached. However, teachers are limited to teaching a maximum of four classes per OOC day. Quite on the contrary to the teacher centered instruction, this method encourages the active participation of said students. Students work independently in this method and teachers usually help guide them in the right direction. This teaches students to be independent and help develop problem solving skills. This also means that it is hard to implement such a class in larger classes, as the teacher still needs to prepare an immense amount of work, even if not necessarily the center of the class.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to a SRP because they are responsible for giving an engaging educational experience for players/students . They serve as the backbone of the server's academic system and help to create a realistic virtual environment. Teachers play a critical role in fostering a sense of community and collaboration within the server, as they make sure students to interact and engage with one another through discussions, group projects, itc. a SRP server wouldn't be complete and unable to offer the same level educational gameplay that many players seek.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The Karakura High School uses the MoSCoW lesson planning system, which means Must Have, Could Have, Should Have, Would Have.

Ashlyn has always loved children looking after her siblings as if they were her own and hopes to keep students safe educated and healthy, Ashlyn hopes to one day have her own family but would be hard for her to have her own children so and so she hopes keep students under her wing She'd have soft fair pale skin with a touch of tan, she would stand to the hight of 5,5 and would look round about 60kgs. Her soft moonlight blue eyes would glow and complement her skin tone and her soft flowy slightly curly hair beach blonde hair flowing with the wind, shining in the sunlight. Her curvy hourglass figure would make her look soft sweet and fragile. If you look close enough you would be able to see her light freckles going across the middle of her face, and the dragon shaped pink birthmark on the side of her neck. Ashlyn would have one black dragon tattoo on her left leg, a cat in a box tattoo on the back of her neck and a tattoo on her left arm with a moon and the saying under it "she is a Blossom in the wind".
She'd be kind/caring because of her giving and always helping personality.
She'd be golden hearted because of her way of think of others before herself but still makes time to focus on her self after.
She'd be confident because she makes sure that the only thing she is is herself and said to herself to never let anyone define who you are and if you don't like how she looks or how she acts don't look at her she would have a lot of self confidence that she took a while to learn and realise.
She'd be funny because of her ways to always try to make someone laugh when they feel even a little bit down.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
First I would see if any other students are involved then if there aren't Ashlyn would calmly ask them to not she always tries to stay calm and ask them to stop and then she would ask them to take a walk and come back when they are calmer. then when they return she would ask them why they cursed at them and decide depending on their answer i would give them detention, ask a higher up for advice and or give the student advice so that they dont do it again then she go snack on something to processes what happened and mark homework and or assignment
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Ashlyn will make sure to stay as calm as possible she will then either as a higher up for help or she'll Hadley it her self looking a little disappointed and would tap her foot and say something along the lines of "I'm waiting I can do this all day..." And would most likely take a snack out pulling a chair to the middle of the class and eating a snack or something then when they stop she will she will advise them to never talk over her again and would do the same after they leave and also to not do this with her lovely co-workers
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Ashlyn would simply stand there for a second and go make her coffee but will ask if they would also like some and if they do she will make some for her and the other teacher. She will also gladly grab a snack and ask to sit with them and start a conversation and ask how are they after than she will excuse herself to go back to her class room and walk out with a slight smile and go back to marking and preparing her next lesion

/me Ashlyn would slowly walk into class with a few history books in her in hand slightly also on her arm and her coffee in the other the mug would say "I need more sleep" with a moon galaxy print on it, Steam would slowly blow out the top as she walked. Ashlyn would take a stop in her foot steps in the middle of the class turn and look at the students then smile and nod then turned and kept walk, she would place her coffee and books on her desk pull up a chair in the middle of the class and would cross her legs sitting on the chair and began to point at random students and ask questions.
/me Ashlyn would sit in her chair looking around her empty class and open her top drawer and take out a snack and then reached out for her bag placed on the side of her desk and put it on her lap and open it slowly, she'd then take out a cute water bottle that had pictures of her family on it and with a cute cartoon bear waving in the middle saying "hi Ashlyn" and she would pop the top lid off and took a sip of her water poped the lid back on and placed it on her desk then proceed to open her snack looking at the picture of her and her father on the desk and ate the snack, once she was done the would roll her chair to her cabinet and take out a few assignments and a red pen and start marking them with a smile on her face
/me ashlyn would walk into class with a funny full body swim suit and flippers with a snorkel on her and would take her hand behind her and pull out a black leather pirate hat and a plush parrot and the would say in a pirate accent "Who's ready to learn about the history of the deep sea" she would smile as she sow the joy and excitement on the students faces as she gave them all sailor hats to wear then opened the door and say once again in a pirate accent "Are you ready kids" referring to the intro of sponge Bob
/me ashlyn would slowly lean back in her chair and click her pen as she looked at the class full of random fun objects she had thought the students with, Ashlyn would stretch and look at her celling happy with how the class turned out then she'd face to the clock her eye widening in shock of the time then sighed as she got up and pack away ready to head home and found a little note from one of her brothers children and it would have a drawing of her crazy fun classes she'd smile and stick it on the wall with all the other drawing students have given her
Backstory
Ashlyn Sanbuono’s backstory
The beginning:
One stormy night in Spain the wind blowing though a hospital window with a little boy with blonde hair and blue eyes standing in front of it he seemed to be waiting for something or better yet someone. A man with dark blonde hair would walk out of the door into the room the little boy was in with tears in his eyes holding a little baby girl and said something along the lines of “this is your little s sister but. . . Mamas not coming home she went back to her magical land and one day will bring us too” he couldn’t hold his tears back and it would slowly roll down his face as he took the little boys hand and walked out of the door. He would but both of them in the car Ashlyn the baby in the baby seat and the boy on a pillow and would help him put his safety belt on then would shut the door and get in the passengers seat. The man in the front would drive and say “ we’re going on a little trip to grandma’s house. The little boy would yell and dance in the car then the man would say “ Asher stop it please”. Asher would stop and start playing with Ashlyn showing her his toys.
At grandma’s house :
Asher would jump out of the car the minute they stopped at a two story house with white concrete walls with a green metal roof and over grown plants on the side, a old women would stand at the door of the house her arms out ready for a hug her grey long soft hair and blue eyes would shin and complement her pale tan skin. Asher would run and jump at the lady giving her a tight hug the lady would smile brightly. The man would take the baby carrier out and put Ashlyn in it and the old lady would run with excitement but also sadness towards the baby and would take her in the house and Asher would take the man’s hand and say “lets go in papa” the man would nod walking in holding Asher’s hand.
Five years later:
Ashlyn would run around the house chasing Asher Ashlyn would look five years old and Asher would look ten years old. As the two were running they would bump into a girl with light blonde hair and blue eyes they later found out her name was Mika she was five years old and that she live next door. Ashlyn went the next day to see Mika and when she opened the door she showed Mika her toy because she was nervous to speak and Mika giggled and let’s just say they became the best of friends and would go see each other everyday and never went anywhere without each other.
Five more years later the fire:
Mila and Ashlyn were playing in a tree house in the back of Mika’s yard and everyone else was in the house but all of a sudden there would be a bang and a huge flame of fire would come out though the roof there would be screaming coming from in the house then Asher ran out and grabbed me and Mika and ran though a gate to grandma’s house and asked her for help she told us to stay in the house Mika would stand next to me in shock Ashlyn would grab her softly sitting her down hugging her Mika would still be in shock tears rolling down her face. A few minutes later the firefighters would come and grandma would walk in crying and would say “k-kids uhh you guys will be staying with me a little longer and Mika to your guys papa and Mika’s mam when to heaven and won’t be back anytime soon. I think it’s time I should take you kids to Karakura a nice place in Japan” then she’d mutter “it will be much safer”
Karakura :[
Then would walk out of the airport Ashlyn sleeping in her brother arms and Mika holding grandma’s hand. Asher would place Ashlyn down on a bench and Mika would sit next to her seeing the burn mark on her neck and would see it would look like a dragon but she wasn’t sure if it was a burn mark or birthmark but never asked, grandma would call a taxi and they would get in but the minute They arrived the house looked very off and suspension Mika would get out of the car and go inside the house then a bunch of men dressed in black would jump out and would try to shoot Ashlyn but Asher would jump into action and would push her to the side and he would get shoot grandma would scream and the guys would run after Mika came outside to see what was going on. Ashlyn would run to her brother and hold him in her arms crying and yelling “not like this no no no. . . Don’t you dare leave me”. Five minutes later a ambulance would take him. The doctors would tell them he would never be able to walk again and is in a coma they don’t know if he will ever wake up again. A few years ago Asher gave her a gift and said to only open it when she turned 16, she would hold the box tight stroking hair as tears fell down her face.
Two years later
Grandma’s unfortunately had to move to a different country for Ashers hospital treatment and wasn’t able to look after us anymore and me and Mika were put in foster care.
Foster care
Foster care wasn’t that bad or so Ashlyn thought. When the girls arrived at the foster care Centre me and Mika thought we would be adopted together I guess not Yutaro Munakata took her in and a man named Saint Sanbuono. Sooner or later actually in the spam of two days we found out they worked together and knew each other Ashlyn and Mika were so happy and that they would both be going to the same high school when that day comes they would be going to KHS Karakura high school.
First day of high school
Ashlyn and Mika would stare at the big gate in front of them in shock and excitement and both would mutter the words “KHS finally the moment we had been waiting for” if only they knew what hell this was going to be with there parents working at their school She first day Mika and Ashlyn chose to try and make some more friends and meet more of there family so they went there ways. Ashlyn when and was too nervous to talk to people so she hanged out with her dad in his class room till she had to leave so he could teach the collage students and stuff Ashlyn wasn’t really happy that Mika wanted to make more friends because it had always just been them two but she knew she couldn’t hold her back so she just sat in front of her dad’s class and watched since most of this stuff is boring we will fast forward to her….
Ashlyn’s 16th and the box
The sum would shine the birds would chirp and it kind of seemed like spring but hey it wasn’t Evan close Ashlyn would get out of bed in her small apartment that she shared with Mika’s sister Astoria Munakata. Astoria would have made cake and had the box her brother said she could open next to it. Ashlyn would smile and sat down and she would open the box slowly to see a gold necklace with a gold shaped rose on the end with a panda plushie
And with a phone with old photos of him and her and videos with a bunch of recording for her some had special dates like Only lesion to this on March 22 and stuff like that. Best birthday she could ask for
Three years later the day she meet Pluto
Ashlyn had just broken up with her girlfriend and found out that her favourite and oldest brother was getting married but she couldn’t come it kinda really hurt her but had to hide it cause she was with Mika who was having a panic attack so after she chose to just hang around plaza but what came next she would have never thought it would happen. She was just sitting playing some videos of her and her brother when he came Pluto Enatsu a boy with light brown skin with light brown hair with blue tips on the end and I guess Ashlyn knew everything could only get better. but in the end it hadnt worked and she had moved to spain for a few more years studying with her familys suport and studyed to become a teacher and had passed with flying colors and had taught in spain for a little when her family called and asked if she could come home and with a lot of thought she had chosen to come back and try to teach her along her fathers side
