Genuinely just reply to stuff in general messages, in suggestions and react to stuff.

this is 100% not the right way to go but the authorization team gets copius amounts of XP from responding to language applications

You have to reply to copious amounts of suggestions, almost every thread you can get your hands on in the general category, and start your own forum trend here with like a QOTD or something so you post even more, and you can always make some BANGER lore project that requires too much updating so you get a thread with 2k views and 4 pages of replies.
