In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
School counselors play a vital role in helping students navigate the ups and downs of academic, social, and emotional life. Think of them as a mix of an academic advisor, a life coach, and a trusted advocate right inside the school. They also can help the students with helping with classes, finding classes, and much much more! They help guide students towards a good life. They also use confidentiality as their method on being a good Counselor!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have a pretty good experience in roleplay. I'm pretty active, I also tryout for a lot of sports on my other character too. Plus my character is really active with people so I get the advantage of having an experience in roleplay.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to join the School Employee faction because I feel like my character and I in general can make a difference. I feel like as being a counselor, I can help students find friends ICLY, and lead them towards success in life! I also want to join the School Employee faction because it seems like loads of fun to be in, and experience. It'll help me get a great experience in adulthood roleplay, by having a job, going to work at that job, and much much more!

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character, Kumiko would react very calmly, and respectfully. She is a respectful, calm, down to earth, responsible and a nice, caring human being. She never brings others down. She would just simply tell them to knock it respectfully. If they still don't than she would easily give them detention, or get other employee's involved for backup to help sort out this situation, if it occurred.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Kumiko would walk up calmly, not wanting to cause a huge yelling scene from a faculty member, and simply tell them to stop. If they don't stop, she'd either get backup and drag them away, not causing scenes. And than give them detention for causing such behavement!!
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
If this were to happen, my character Kumiko would tell them that they should not do that, and that they should be more mindful of what they're doing! If they still are causing such a scene, she would yet again tell them to stop, but in a more harsher tone, trying to get them to stop. Than Kumiko would tell a higher up member, to get them under control.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character would act calmly, not destroying anything, and just does what she's needed to do, needs to get, etc... She wouldn't yell or make such a huge deal that she's in a break room, or yada yada.

/me She'd glance briefly at the clock on the wall, noting the time before bringing herfocus back to the client. She gently transitions them toward the end of the hour by guiding them through a slow, deep breath, maintaining a steady and grounding presence as they prepare to leave
/me She would lower the volume and pitch of her voice, speaking in a calm, rhythmic tone to help soothe the tension in the room. She gently slides a box of tissues across the coffee table toward the client, keeping her movements slow and non-threatening so as not to startle them.
/me She'd step calmly into the crowded hallway as the warning bell rings, spotting two arguing students. She positions herself between them at a safe, non-threatening angle, raising her hands slightly with open palms to de-escalate the tension while speaking in a firm but quiet, reassuring voice to diffuse the situation before it escalates.

Backstory
"I was born in Hong Kong, China. My parents were a very very happy couple, never fighting or anything! I have 3 siblings. All three being brothers. I sadly was the only girl other than my mom in my family. . . And am the youngest too... But anyways, when I was around 2, before I started to really speak yet, only knowing a few words, my family and I moved to Karakura Japan, where my grandparents lived. At least before they died..." Her tone told of sadness... clearly showing that she missed her grandparents. A lot. "When I was around 6 years old, my parents dyed my hair to blonde, because they wanted to have a, golden blonde child. I have no idea why. But I was clearly the golden child." I grew up learning Japanese since I now live in Karakura, Japan. Than when I was around a teenager, no idea when. I had an idea on being a counselor. The counselors at the school were always very nice and helpful! They introduced me to my best friends, and even the love of my life that would soon to be later on in life. I really enjoyed helping those around me. My parents raised me to be a calm, respectful, nice, caring, and down to earth girl!"
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"My motivation for joining KHS, was that I love the teachers and everyone there! I met amazing adults, and people around me! Also I need a job, but mainly because I need the experience of work life. I think that I can help those students around me succeed in life by helping them out!"
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
"I think that I should be accepted over all of the other applicants because I am very hardworking and respectful. I am a very nice and caring woman, who loves people and working at schools! I love to be around kids. Kids are my life and I even have a few of my own! I love love love kids and just working at schools in general. Helping people is my specialty. Especially since I worked in Child Development. This would be a great experience for me to have, because I'll be socializing, helping others around me, and for that it'll show me what work life is like!"
