Describe your activity on the server:
Being a relatively new player I don't have much time in total playtime but I think my activity speaks for itself with being able to get on early mornings and late nights. While I am not able to play every day because of work I am still able to get on and log hours during the weekdays and weekends whether it be during peak times or later in the day. Because of my schedule, I can open up at different times that suit different timezones so it isn't the same group of players every time that has the opportunity to come to my shop.

Shop wanted:
If Possible Auffallens old shop, if that is already taken any will work

Why do you want to own a shop?:
I guess the main reason would be to utilize my customs but I am also interested in providing a fun place for people to detailrp such as brewing alcohol and having that chance for them to mess up. I also think it would be a nice chance to really use schooling as an advantage with needing workers to have a certain degree in order to get a job. Having the shop split between a brewery and a small bar allows me to be creative with how I run it and when we open. I can be realistic by having us open with limited stock depending on how much is brewed by the brewers. So for example if I have a slow week and only 15 bottles are brewed then when we open that will be our stock. For me, I am interested in the history of alcohol and more importantly, the differences between modern alcohol and for example, late victorian era alcohol and how modernized the world has really become. Also being able to implement certificates that players can have will make it more realistic like an ABC certificate for brewing that would be required or would need to be gotten within your first 3 months of employment.

What do you plan to do with the shop?:
To start my plan is to split the shop into two parts

[1/2]
The first half of the shop will be a brewery where all drinks are brewed in-house. It will contain an area for importing ingredients and machinery for the brewery as well as an exporting area for global sales. While this is one of our smaller breweries Crystal Brewing Co. wants to also standardize the making of Japanese drinks like Shochu and Sake to expand and incorporate a broader audience.

This is what our brewery will be modeled off of a unique modern design that promotes safety and cleanliness within the brewery. The modern design will help to show we are here to offer a modern twist of brewing with drinks like an IPA or spiked seltzer water but that we also still offer the same great drinks that we have been making for hundreds of years like Gin, Whiskey, bourbon, and Vodka. Crystal will also use this location in Japan to capitalize on starting its making of Japanese drinks and there is no better place to get a time-tested opinion on the perfect sake than Karakura.

[2/2]
The second half of the shop will be a regular shopping area with a small sit-down bar for people to enjoy their drinks at. In the shop, we will offer wine tasting, a trip across Europe (drinks from different European countries), and the northern road (Drinks from across America). By offering a drink tasting people can get a taste of our different brews and find out which one suits their palette better. The tastings will also include a food pairing that will help to show off the flavor of each drink and what they go well with. The bar area will also offer seasonal mixers and special drinks only served in-house and never sold by the bottle. The shop area will have displays for our one-of-a-kind golden brews and will also offer a large counter for your ordering needs. The shop will have three cashiers fully ready to handle the smallest orders or the largest orders of our top clientele. Inside the shop will be a wine section which is divided by type as well as a foreign brew section and lastly a Japanese brew section for those just looking for a taste of home. For the younger audience, we offer non-alcoholic brews which can be purchased by anyone 18 years of age or older. Besides alcohol the shop also sells private and group tours of our brewery that end with a tasting and a dinner provided to you by Crystal Brewing.

How will your shop be unique?:
I believe having the concept of a shop fully dependent on roleplaying will be a fun experience to have. That means floor workers would have to come in when we aren't open to the public and roleplay out making the alcohol, cleaning the shop, and preparing for the next time we do open. By having employees actually brew everything it limits how much we can sell and make per week. It puts us on a balance beam of what we can actually make and has us rely on proper brewing like they do in real life. I can also implement safety teams and use them to enforce proper safety precautions to help avoid problems that may happen.

I also want to work with a few organizations to host events using my shop.

Event Idea [1/3]

One night while on the job the security office doesn't properly lock the shipment gate allowing for multiple members of a gang to break in and begin stealing drinks from the back area. Midway through the break in the security guard would notice them but it would be too late as they would knock him out and put him in a locked room allowing them full access to the entire shop.

During the event, they would be able to access the chests with our stock of alcohol and steal around 3-4 million worth of it to sell of the underground market. The types they steal would be completely dependent on what they want to do. During the raid, security cameras would see them and so a police report would be made on them. The police report would then be up to the work of the KPD but Crystal Brewing would also hire its own Private Investigator. The investigator would find part of the stash reclaiming around 500k worth, while the gang got away with 2.5-3.5 Mil worth of alcohol.

Event Idea [2/3]

Job fair

We can set up a small stand at a local event like career day at school where we will advertise our brewery and the current jobs we have open. This will give the students the ability to do an open interview and application at the fair. We could offer out bonuses to current employees to work the fair and show off some of the skills they learned while working for the company. To make it interesting for the students we can offer up a small contest where the students (20+) can give ideas for a new type of drink and the winner can get to design the bottle and gets a yen cash prize paid out towards the end of the event.

Event Idea [3/3]

Brewery Flooding

One day while loading up the machine like normal a worker accidentally puts in too much water causing the machine to flood the floor, with no way of stopping it the water would begin to flood into the shop area and then soon enough out of the shop causing the surrounding area to fill up with water quickly. As trained though the workers would safely get out of the shop before the water gets too high up to them. This would cause the shop to close down temporarily and have to rebuild the brewery area as well as lose 80-90% of the stock we had inside the shop area. The shop and brewery area could undergo a remodeling due to the flooding and a construction company could be hired to rebuild the new shop and add more safety features to prevent this in the future.

Uniforms:

This would be the basic uniform top for anyone working in the brewery section of the shop, it would show a logo of the company on the right side and a nametag on the left.

This will be the work uniform for anyone working in the shop front area.

What might an opening look like

/it As the doors to the shop open the air would begin to fill with the sweet swell of berries before a weak scent of whiskey would begin to overpower the berries. As the smell of whiskey would grow stronger the sounds of Irish music would begin to play reminding you of an old Irish pub

/me as they entered the store the male would greet them giving them a slight bow before returning up "Good Morning, and welcome to crystal brewing" as they walked past

/me as they approached the counter he would greet them with a warm smile before giving them a slight bow "Welcome to Crystal Brewing, what can I get for you today? he would say as he returned back to a standing position adjusting his posture as to not be slouching

A day working

/me As he let out a yawn he would flip the switch starting up the machine allowing for the water to flow in, stopping it when the water reached the line he would mix in some rice and cherries before closing the hatch

/it As the hatch closed a loud beep could be heard notifying everyone to not open up the hatch on machine #4 until finished as the water was being boiled

Thank you for taking the time to apply for a shop; however, we have chosen to deny this application.

- The event ideas are phenomenal! I thank you for putting the effort into them, though, you can only apply for a shop on the roster that is befitting of your shop's theme (e.g. you chose Auffallen but that is specifically reserved for a jewelry store). In addition to that, the roster for restaurant shops is currently full and we are not accepting anymore in the meantime. If you choose to apply once more slots are open, keep in mind that we are looking for greater detail rather than a mass of information that does not stand out from other applicants and does not include several images to take up space.
