In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A Janitor is someone who keeps the property clean is simple terms! But if we were to go into definition a Janitor is the person who keeps the building pristine and basically a healthy environment I don't know about you but I'd not be able to focus if there were to be bugs and muck on the walls and floors.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Currently I am a professor on my main account as I stated above, Trying to learn the aspect of teaching itself is very fun! I'm growing my Role-playing skills by the minute! For in general I have previously been a Janitor for the span of 2-3 months. Then I was a Nurse for SRP; which that in itself was challenging but I always enjoy those. I learned quite a bit from both experience's that I brought with me to my Professor career!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Sung-hyun would keep a calm demeanor on his face, simply even if it hurt him deeply there was not point of acting out towards the student since he was the older one and the adult in the situation. As the student was being verbally violent, Sung-hyun would not just skip past this and go on with his day, he'd state to the student something along the lines of "If you were to be going through something I'd understand, everyone goes through something but- there is no need to take your emotions out on a person whether that be a Employee such as myself or a fellow classmate. I won't issue you a detention if you quit this behavior out. Take this as your first warning, not many kids get just that." If the student were to yet stop he'd ask a fellow employee to hold a detention for the student. (If the rules have changed for Janitors where they can issue out detentions he will do it himself of course.)
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
He injects himself between the two rumbling students in attempts to break of this fight, even though there'd be a possibility of him getting hurt. Of course since this is a fight there'd be an onlooker he'd state for them to get another school employee or some adult to help him if he were unable to break up this fight. If he were to break it up himself he'd send one at a time to the nurses office and of course issue a detention; as they had broken a major school rule.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Being to bold young male he was, Sung-Hyun would trudge over to the employee asking if they could go somewhere private for a moment incase if they were around the younger folk . Once they were in a private, secluded area; He would then question them for knowledge of the whole situation with their actions. Mustering up the courage, he'd inform the employee how their actions are inappropriate and quite honestly immature if they were to not comply and continue said actions he'd go to an SLT; informing them from his Point of view of the situation.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
If there was another Janitor on the premises of the school he would indeed be in the break room, most likely just for a few moments to power back up with a half Luke-warm coffee (Which to be honest he'd take a few sips of before dumping the rest into the sink and tossing the cup out.) from hassling all the students and such... it can be very exhausting! He feels the sense of always keeping busy so he'd start picking up and dusting off the break-room before heading back out to most likely yell at the students in the trees!

/me Grasped his hand around the wooden pole of the broom, he removed it from the wall it was prompt against. As a soft thud could be heard from the broom falling onto the ground, he quickly scurried towards it picking it back up, swiftly he pressed the bristles sideways against the floor, removing the dirt and grim from the surface.
/me Spun the bottle between his fingers; resulting the container to hit him upside the head! A yelp protruding from his mouth "OUCH!" He moved his hand up towards his head, his brows furrowed downwards. He shaked his head side to side like a dog whom just got out of the bath before spritzing the contains of the bottle onto the surface fiercely he moved the cloth in circle motions . . . almost as if he was taking his anger out on it-

To explain Sung-Hyun Jun earlier life before Karakura, It'd start off with the time and place right? Anyways he was born in a hospital in South-Korea right on the dot of midnight on valentines day! This resulting Korean to be his first language, let's skip a bit to the years of puberty and young puppy love (Sometimes); Teen years!
Sung-Hyun did not have any idea what he wanted to do, whilst all his friends were getting partners and applying for colleges he was sitting around in his little home, sometimes taking in stray animals not taking account their aggression leading to some small scars on his hands and face! Yikes, Anyways back to the main point stated above he did not have his life together and his mom was nagging him about it. Sung-Hyun had always been a clean freak, always picking up around him and for others wearing medical blue latex gloves 24/7 unless he was in his little studio or in bed sleeping. While he was living in Korea he met his first love, it was snowing! He always believed in true love so when it was snowing he thought this was the person, They were together for around 4 years his life at the time was not very eventful; Surprise! It was not the 'right' person, you'd imagine his shock when the girl threw a slushy from the Convenient store into his face, It was not just only being heartbroken that made him break down to the floor it was also the fact there was slushy all over him! And worst of all from the dirty convenient store, He just could not handle any of this, they do say love makes you crazy. Well Sung-Hyun's crazy is running away from Korea and ending up Japan! Specifically Karakura, He was now around 25 almost 26 with no job, no home, no lover! This always can take a toll on a person it certainly took a toll on Sung-Hyun. He was running past the gates of the local high-school before stopping dead in his tracks as he peered at a dirty crumbled up piece of paper; being the neat-freak he was he was internally panicking boy was he... he decided towards the end of it just to ignore it. He did not spoiler, he had restless nights from just that single paper thinking about what if's! What if there was more trash scattered around that place, oh the horrid!
Now he has decided he wants to keep that place as clean as he could make it! And lucky him there was a job opening!
Motivation for Joining KHS:
Well, Honestly I have always envied I think would be the right.. word? The employees there! They all just seem to contempt to that job and they enjoy it most of the time, I hope at least, It's not more so the fact I enjoy cleaning random stuff but the school is quite big and I take pride in saying I enjoy keeping myself busy quite often! And what's a better way to keep yourself busy besides cleaning! I know if I were to be there and I notice trash or notebooks on the ground I'd be very uncomfortable in the building just for the lack of care people have for buildings and other people.

Honestly I think I should be accepted over the other applicants as It'd give me job opportunity's, I know it seems selfish but I could use some experience!
