TheyLuvSoraa (The one I'm applying for)
Kaisulol (My Main)

How old are you? (Optional): 16
What is your time zone?: CST
Describe your activity on the server: I’d like to say I am very active on the server, I log on almost every day to role play. On a scale from 1-10 id probably say 9, if i'm not online then it's probably due to real life activities, like school.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): Nope, I have never been banned on SRP.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: Yes, I completely understand the consequences.
School Employee Role you are applying for?: Receptionist
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A receptionist is normally the first faculty member you’d see arriving at school! They are there to help students and provide any information needed, such as:
Greeting and welcoming visitors: Receptionists make a good first impression by greeting visitors, giving instructions, and informing relevant personnel of their arrival. Especially with new players, receptionists can provide help on where to go for classes, studying or to eat, giving them a school schedule of when classes start and end. They try to help new people as much as they can!
Scheduling meetings: They maintain appointment calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings, ensuring that time and resources are used efficiently. This does happen! Students frequently ask to have a meeting with counselors, presidents, the dean and the principal.
Reward Tokens: KHS has the reward token system, meaning that for good behavior, students get a token which they can hand in for prizes! Receptionists have the job of taking in these tokens, and making sure the students get the prize they deserve. This can range from a plushie to 100,000 Yen!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I think everyone has had an experience in roleplay throughout their life. This ranges from when being a child, and pretending to be wrestlers, having a friend pretending to be a referee whilst you and a friend play fight, to also playing cops and robbers, being a cop and hunting your friends down, chasing them until they are caught and arrest them, reading them their ‘rights’ and putting them in an imaginary prison.
My favorite kind of roleplay when growing up was probably in school, in drama class. We would have to do drama scenes of the 1998 war film “Saving Private Ryan” which was a war film, showing the reality of war in all its messiness. We had to really display our emotion, showing how difficult and thriving it was being in a ‘war’, having to react and show emotion to losing loved ones. This really got me into drama, it felt very expressive and I’d like to carry this on with my character.
Roleplay has been in my life since young, as a child’s mind runs with creativity. I’ve been on SRP for a while now, and this has really improved my style of roleplay, teaching myself new ways to socialize and create new friends, whilst having fun on the server and improvising most of my days on it.
Of course, at first, my role play was pretty dry, but it has improved, learning off others and being able to make my character properly show development and emotion when playing. Using detailed actions and putting more effort into it.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
By working in the education industry, joining the school employee group can provide various benefits and prospects, such as:
Impact on students' lives: Working as a school employee allows you to make a positive difference in the lives of students. Being a member of the school employee faction, whether as a teacher, counselor, receptionist, or tutor, allows individuals to inspire, motivate, and assist kids towards academic success, personal growth, and general well-being.
Professional development: Schools frequently give opportunities for professional development, encouraging personnel to improve their skills, knowledge, and teaching methods. Joining the school employee faction provides chances for continued learning, training, and job progression, helping educators to grow as professionals.
And enormous fulfillment and happiness in what they do, knowing that they are helping shape the future and making a difference in the lives of their students. Witnessing students growth, progress, and triumphs may be quite rewarding, making joining the school employee faction a fulfilling career decision.

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Kaisu would give the ‘Really?’ expression, showing his disappointment in the student. With a serious and firm tone, he would state a clear warning, explaining that that kind of behavior is not acceptable and that manners should be taught, as just because he is an employee at school, doesn't make him any less of a person. He’d continue to state that this kind of language is disrespectful and he will not tolerate it from anyone. Kaisu would strongly mention that if this behavior is continued, a detention slip will be passed and consequences with the Senior Leadership Team will be involved if needed, hoping the student understands the consequences of their actions and makes them immediately stop this misbehavior.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Kaisu would immediately react, placing himself in the middle, breaking them up from fighting. He’d sternly say “Stop now”, allowing the students to step back, listening to his instructions. He’d remind the students that any kind of physical fighting is not acceptable on school grounds, he would swiftly pull out a detention slip for the pair of them, letting them know that they can not get away with it. He’d then ask how badly the students are injured and take them to the nurses office depending on their state.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Wanting to make his co-worker aware, Kaisu would pull them aside, reminding them of the school rules and that within school grounds, this kind of behavior is not tolerated. If the worker refuses to listen to Kaisu’s warnings, with not wanting to, Kaisu would unfortunately have to report this to the Senior Leadership Team, as he knows its for the best, not wanting to get his Co-Worker fired of course, but wanting them to learn from their actions as they could possible put themselves, and students in danger.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
Kaisu would show a friendly face as he walked in, walking towards the coffee machine, grabbing himself one. He’d sit at the table, sipping his coffee as he would wait for others to join him on his break. He’d socialize with others, getting to know them better and to make jokes to lighten the mood, as we all know being a school employee can run you down. He’d make sure to include everyone in the conversation. When by himself, he would look at the schools schedule, seeing who is hosting today and in what classroom, so he is ready to tell students at the front reception desk if they ask. He’d most likely use his radio just to double check what classes are being hosted, to get as much detail as he can!
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me would place his bag down, taking out his belongings such as a planner, the radio, and some stationary. He would swiftly tuck it aside as he sat himself down at the desk, overlooking ahead of the front reception, seeing everyone walk past. He would place the school schedules to the side of him, awaiting for any student to greet him at his station as he straightened his back, ready for the chaotic and filled day of his work.
/me tapped away on his computer looking at the school schedule as he saw in the corner of his eye someone approaching the front desk, he turned his head and removed his hands from the keyboard as he realized he recognised this frequent student upon him. &f&o”Good Morning Sarah!” &uHe smiled, happy to see the student. He continued by saying &f&o”What brings you here today? Anything I can help you with?”. &uHe’d look at her, waiting for her response.
/me listened to the query of the student as he realized how many reward tokens they have! He took the 50 tokens off of them, playing in a draw aside, as he smiled brightly. &f&o”WOW! 50 reward tokens?! You should be very proud of yourself, I know teachers do not give them away lightly!” &uHe gave a proud nod as he would stand up, making his way to the back of the office room, getting the 100,000 Yen the student earned, he would walk back to his chair, simply stating &f&o”Remember, this is only a one time allowance, You can not redeem another 100k yen again!” &uHe’d remind them, as he passed over the money.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining KHS is to provide a helpful and fun receptionist! I don’t want to be referred to as an NPC like most others. Giving students guidance is something I believe I could expertise on, making their school life easier. As we all know, in a big HighSchool, it can be difficult at first. Helping and supporting others is a big thing that is needed in school and I want to be there to do it!
KHS is a well known highschool in Karakura, having the best review’s, and I think it would be an absolute pleasure to work there.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
