I'm able to be on regularly, below is an attached timetable of the times that I will be avaliable standardly through the week, I plan to spend around X hours on weekly, with the summer holidays. And when college comes, I will personally send over a new timetable that will show what will happen going forth from that point. My only responsibilities at the moment is my OOC job and a musical career that I am starting up. Whilst this sounds entirely time consuming, it isn't and I still have alot of time in the evenings and mornings to make this server work! I plan to prioritize my activity during School Time, as to make it fit this faction more as well as my other time spent in CrimeRP, but that character is an Adult so school time will never affect this.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Of course I do. Inactivity can bring down the reputation of the faction and the fun of it, I'd rather someone else take the position I have if I cannot live up the activity standards of this faction.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying for the role of being a Chef!
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Let's start with the obvious. Now the Chef role is something very very easily known for the serving, making and providing food to students during the designated times during school. Breakfast and Lunchtime. The main standards here are being able to have some form of knowledge about what food you're cooking, how you cook it and the general idea of what you're doing and how you're doing it. There are a couple other things deemed necessary within this role, one of which being your general attitude and way you go about this role. One of the many things needed for this is a constant professionalism and your appropriate attitude when interacting with both students and other faculty members, at least when you're on shift. You must patrol the school as well when you are not behind the cafeteria. Answering calls from the radio, handing out detention slips and attending detention - and giving out general disciplinary manners and an orderly attitude to the rest of the school. It's very important to know your food, know your attitude, and know the rules.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Academic Roleplay:
Throughout my time in SRP, and through my time on this server I have been in Academic factions. The first of which was - alike most - Highschool Councillor in June 2024. With this I learnt some rather valuable things that I don’t think are seen enough, I learnt the way that things like discord, logs and channels go about when in a faction - as well as some basics about expectations and twisting your characters to fit the faction you are joining. Next, of course I joined Professor, back in late June 2024, I didn’t stay here for long however as activity matters alot to me, and not being able to do anything with my role and faction, and not having anyone attend lessons was becoming more and more draining. The same story went for around Mid-October 2024, I tried to expand to the more active side of Academic roleplay, moving towards being a teacher as there are more grade-12 students and more people willing to go to class there. Being in this faction taught me ALOT. From time-management skills, to scheduling and to making sure that logs and things like planned out lessons commands and events were held to their best abilities. Overall, whilst it was short lived my experience in Academic Roleplay meant that I could improve on skills that I barely had at the time.
GovernmentRP:
In terms of Governmental Roleplay, I have small experience in terms of factions, but vast on my knowledge and time spent there. First off, I worked back in mid 2024 as a Governor. This job role allowed me to fully experience what it felt like to be pressured by quota, that was entirely based on the activity of others. Being in this job meant that I had to be on when active to allow myself to be the one that people come too. One of the hardest things about being a Governor was that it was being basically a public representative of the Government and Town Hall, asking questions and things like that and advertising the Town Hall and asking questionnaires. Without other players on, my job could not function and I had to make use of scheduling, time planning and being on when called on to make sure that I could last here. Sadly due to a huge decrease in my physical health I left the faction, whilst this was sad, it did teach me alot and heavily motivated me to move to my next one, KPD. Now, KPD deserves it’s own story about how much it helped me in the scene but I think that KPD was the perfect match for how I was in terms of roleplay, and building on my skills. Now, whilst I’m not here sitting saying that if I could go back to KPD I would, I am saying that it helped me out largely to become the player I am today. KPD helped so much with things like logs, understanding rules, etiquette and ways to go about roleplay that I couldn’t have seen before, as well as expanding to things like remembering commands, codes and laws at a constant. This meant that KPD highly engaged my knowledge and meant that I could be constantly put to use for my brain, as well as still carry out one thing I always will be passionate about, CombatRP and utilising weapons. After this, I spent a short time in EMS. This wasn’t particularly suited to me, nor was it within my normal regime of roleplay, and so this only lasted a couple months but I do think this gave me far more experience with DetailRP, hands on experiences and alot more to deal with than I did in factions before - that I found exciting.
CrimeRP:
Obviously the most important part of this segment, CrimeRP has always been something I’ve either listened out for or been actively engaged in since late 2022 when I joined. First of all, throughout the first year of my time in CrimeRP I moved around in gangs quite a bit, spending time in Scorpio, Bonten and Valhalla for the first major part of my activity. These I gained nothing but low ranks due to my activity, but they all taught me plenty on things like how to act, rules, large situations and displaying activity and showcases. After this, I moved to Black Dragons, gaining nothing but mid-tier ranks but learning how to do things like large-scale detailrp, (Something I still pride myself on) working through situations and allowing myself to better my characters to deepen roleplay. One of the longest gangs I was in after was Parabellum, a gang still active today. Around this time I began being a Bounty Hunter, I believe for a short period of time I worked as Fight Club Security and I communicated more with BMD’s. Within Parabellum I was Defense Captain of the turf, making sure that people and recruiters were working to the best of their abilities to defend the Speakeasy turf post-capture, and to make sure no-one else was still interrupting us. With this I would hold trainings, meetings and everything else in-between to keep this gang as active as possible, communicating with other higher-ups and vice-captain to make sure this gang ran as smoothly as it could. As well as this, after leaving Parabellum to join KPD (failing at this time BTW) I would continue onwards to what I see as my greatest achievement, being BMDA. I worked alongside Cap and Koly as a BMDA for a short amount of time, I believe being hired by Cap and more roleplaying with Koly. Within this time I did quite a few little bits of roleplay, things like getting stabbed by Koly and little sidequests to help them around. In Mid-March 2026, I continued to try fufill out this dream, leading to me working alongside Koly with some intel, getting closer to DarkEclipic with KA Auto’s and being a part of it! I think it’s very safe to say that CrimeRP has had a huge impact on my roleplay style, and is somewhere extremely homely to me.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Specifically with the School Employee - and even more with the chef. Is that it's a place I haven't yet explored, and seems completely fitting for me! What I found with other factions is that I'd have to be on late, all the time due to my timezone (BST / GMT) and I couldn't do that consistently as a student who tries to care for their sleep scheduele. Being in this faction means that I can contribute and be active, as well as fit my timezone more as it is more based on when School times are, rather than when so many people are on! As well as this, I enjoy detailed roleplay and I feel like with this faction it is more demanding to have valuable roleplay and interactions that mean more than just the activity you do! This role would be brilliant for me given my experience as well as the character I wish to make for this role!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character has enough of his own ego to know, he isn't pathetic. He'd be taken aback for sure, but not hurt - he was rather easygoing in the way that he handled these situations. The first thing that Souta would do is warn the student of their actions, telling them it is inappropriate to be talking to anyone on site like that, faculty or student. He'd ask that they didn't bring insults to a professional environment, and warn them of their immaturity. If they continue, he'd instead question their actions. "Are you feeling alright? Why would you say that?" and continue to hint at them that if their behaviour continues, there is the consequence of detention. His tone serious, and leaving no room for any more insults. If an apology arises, there is no need for a detention slip to be handed out, and instead another reminder of the rules and etiquette towards any student or faculty member during school hours. Of course, if the behaviour continues a FINAL WARNING is issued of detention, allowing the student to hopefully calm down, yet if not - a detention is subsequently handed out with a polite reminder of the rules, and a reminder that actions do have consequences within school times and hours. A radio is often kept in hand, and if the situation escelates beyond that point, Souta has complete right to warn of a SLT report given after the detention, as well as if any additional staff members being needed to help him on scene.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Often within his patrols when not behind the cafeteria, there is the chance of seeing two students fighting on school grounds. Immediately when seeing this, Ebihara called for any other additional faculty members to arrive at the scene, as well as allowing himself to remain calm, and approach the two individuals fighting. His first call of order would be to ask the two to break it up, a second command for any other students to clear out of the way, not loiter and to not engage or add to the fire that the two students clearly felt. If the two students continue to fight, Souta would get in the way of the two, moving them away from each other and telling them to stop fighting directly, Other faculty on-scene hopefully also assist in the separation and with the de-escalating of the situation as a whole. No matter the reason for the fight, whether it was frankly deserved or not - fighting on school grounds is against the rules and is given with a detention slip. He would then ask if any of the two needed medical attention, and would quickly radio for a nurse to come down, or a warning of the office needing to be free for a student to come and be seen. Souta then explains the rules regarding fighting, and gives the reasoning behind the detention and tells the two that there are other ways for conflict to be dealt with, and that it is a safety issue to the school and other students for there to be a fight on site. Of course, Souta would attend the after school detention and watch over the students after, as well as keeping an eye on the two over the day to assure another fight isn't reinstated.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Given the situation where Souta directly recognises this, he would ask to meet with the individual in person - rather than over the radio as to not bring too much attention or embarassment of the scene. Souta approached the individual as if they were naively unaware of their actions, and would warn them of their inappropriate activities and tell them it is unprofessional to be acting like this, and instead give guidance on how to instead approach these actions. There was no hostility and of course professionalism was kept completely in this interaction. Ebihara would then request that the staff member either approach a HOD or SLT with their actions directly, or a report will be made by Souta. He would make it clear he had nothing against the employee, and instead held a concern for their wellbeing. With this, Souta would very quickly ask that this report was made sooner, and that it was not up to him what happened. If he noticed the behaviour continueing, reports would be made without warning and a report was made either way incase the other employee did not honestly report himself.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
Souta was a rather reserved individual, and isn't someone who has to fill every silence or make himself the complete centre of attention. More often than not, he will be found with a radio in one hand, and a warm beverage like a tea or cheap coffee in the other - allowing himself to decompress from the kitchen. If he has his recipe notebook with him, he'd spend time sat reading through that, making small notes or planning the next few meals - he's quite possessive over this book, and doesn't let others handle it. That said, Souta isn't antisocial by any means. If someone starts a conversation with him or seems appeasing, he is more than happy to talk and is a very very good listener. He's far more likely to ask a co-worker how they're doing or how their day is rather than to allow for his own conversational matters to fill the room. He is extremely emotionally aware, and can notice if someone is tired, stressed or simply not themselves after a while of knowing them. But, he isn't a the****** and won't be asking directly what's wrong, but subtly show that he cares. As a chef, he is more than happy to make sure people have eaten, clear their plates or mugs and sneak or leave something edible quietly on someones usual spot, he'd insist it was just "not wasting food mate", but really he just cares for those around him! He may not be the most openly affectionate or emotionally expressive, he's attentive in his own quiet way and can spend time with those around him in a way that's close - and secure.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me moves towards the faculty room counter with a quiet, almost sneaky step - like every surface around him was stupidly warm and every pot and pan was a kitchen knife. He retrieves a clean ceramic mug from the cupboard, giving it a little spin and placing it down onto the counter before he reached for the kettle besides him. He'd swivel slightly, turning to the sink as he let cold water fill the kettle about a third of the way, setting it down and switching it on - allowing for this soft rumble of the machine filling this otherwise quiet room. Whilst he waits, Souta selects a tea bag from the cupboard, a peppermint flavoured one today! He'd briefly inspect the box, taking the bag out, giving it a little shake and placing it into his mug, then turning to the pot besides it and taking out two sugar packets, opening them and pouring the sugar into the tea pot, almost like some bar mixologist with an open wide pour. Once the kettle clicks off, he'd slowly pour the steaming water over the tea, watching the colour gradually gradient into a darker and smoother brown, watching it spread throughout the water. He leaves it to steep and brew for a few moments, before removing the bag with a smile, adding a small amount of milk to the mug before stirring it all together with a teaspoon. He'd carefully tap the porcelain with the spoon, setting it into the sink as he then took a careful sip, considering it for a moment before nodding and relaxing and leaning into the counter, looking up at the other faculty member nearby as he asked, "Did you want one?"

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Souta wanted work that felt like it mattered in a direct and uncomplicated way. A school cafeteria gave him that - a kitchen where the measure of success isn't a review score but it's whether you smile and eat my food well, and you have something steady to come back to every day. Souta wishes to allow for the children to feel a positivity and connection with food, as well as allow his own experiences and art to come through!
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
My main reasoning behind why I should be accepted is that I have more experience and a unique sense of roleplay when it comes to this faction. I've already been in Teacher and Professor and I wish to pursue an academic role without having the stress of classrooms and teaching! I think this would suit me really well with my roleplay style and with everything that works for me and my activity.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
Souta was a rather reserved individual, and isn't someone who has to fill every silence or make himself the complete centre of attention. More often than not, he will be found with a radio in one hand, and a warm beverage like a tea or cheap coffee in the other - allowing himself to decompress from the kitchen. If he has his recipe notebook with him, he'd spend time sat reading through that, making small notes or planning the next few meals - he's quite possessive over this book, and doesn't let others handle it. That said, Souta isn't antisocial by any means. If someone starts a conversation with him or seems appeasing, he is more than happy to talk and is a very very good listener. He's far more likely to ask a co-worker how they're doing or how their day is rather than to allow for his own conversational matters to fill the room. He is extremely emotionally aware, and can notice if someone is tired, stressed or simply not themselves after a while of knowing them. But, he isn't a the****** and won't be asking directly what's wrong, but subtly show that he cares. As a chef, he is more than happy to make sure people have eaten, clear their plates or mugs and sneak or leave something edible quietly on someones usual spot, he'd insist it was just "not wasting food mate", but really he just cares for those around him! He may not be the most openly affectionate or emotionally expressive, he's attentive in his own quiet way and can spend time with those around him in a way that's close - and secure.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me moves towards the faculty room counter with a quiet, almost sneaky step - like every surface around him was stupidly warm and every pot and pan was a kitchen knife. He retrieves a clean ceramic mug from the cupboard, giving it a little spin and placing it down onto the counter before he reached for the kettle besides him. He'd swivel slightly, turning to the sink as he let cold water fill the kettle about a third of the way, setting it down and switching it on - allowing for this soft rumble of the machine filling this otherwise quiet room. Whilst he waits, Souta selects a tea bag from the cupboard, a peppermint flavoured one today! He'd briefly inspect the box, taking the bag out, giving it a little shake and placing it into his mug, then turning to the pot besides it and taking out two sugar packets, opening them and pouring the sugar into the tea pot, almost like some bar mixologist with an open wide pour. Once the kettle clicks off, he'd slowly pour the steaming water over the tea, watching the colour gradually gradient into a darker and smoother brown, watching it spread throughout the water. He leaves it to steep and brew for a few moments, before removing the bag with a smile, adding a small amount of milk to the mug before stirring it all together with a teaspoon. He'd carefully tap the porcelain with the spoon, setting it into the sink as he then took a careful sip, considering it for a moment before nodding and relaxing and leaning into the counter, looking up at the other faculty member nearby as he asked, "Did you want one?"

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Souta wanted work that felt like it mattered in a direct and uncomplicated way. A school cafeteria gave him that - a kitchen where the measure of success isn't a review score but it's whether you smile and eat my food well, and you have something steady to come back to every day. Souta wishes to allow for the children to feel a positivity and connection with food, as well as allow his own experiences and art to come through!
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
My main reasoning behind why I should be accepted is that I have more experience and a unique sense of roleplay when it comes to this faction. I've already been in Teacher and Professor and I wish to pursue an academic role without having the stress of classrooms and teaching! I think this would suit me really well with my roleplay style and with everything that works for me and my activity.
