Describe your activity:
Most of my time on this server has been spent largely dedicated to CrimeRP. Starting back in December 2022, my time on this server has ranged from anything to CrimeRP, AcademicRP, KPD, GovernmentRP. Even owning my own family Mues at one point. My time within this server has been fairly shared amongst a large range of activities and styles of roleplay. CrimeRP is infact something that has helped me alot to develop all the skills that I hold in roleplay today, allowing myself to work on things like decision making, anything combat related and of course deepening lore to a level of which helps both my characters and those around me. AcademicRP taught me most of the management skills that I still hold today. Getting on at certain times, being able to create a schedule for SRP, and allowing myself to fully indulge in things like the subject I taught as well as handling students. This also introduced me to things like logs, and absolutely yapping for the 20 minutes it took for each lesson.
My time best spent of course is my time in Government and KPD. These are the times of which I gained the most skill, and managed to make myself the most known. First off, Town. Here I was a governor for about 2 or 3 months, before leaving due to my own mental health and taking a break from SRP overall. This faction specifically taught me alot about coming onto SRP specifically for events, and taught me the importance of meetings and absolutely everything that you need in terms of logs, activity and everything discord wise. My time in KPD deserves its own book, yet to sum it up this heavily introduced me into handling difficult situations, remaining as objective as possible and allowing myself to be a bit more expressionistic with my own characters.

What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:
My main motivation for Reporter purely derives for my everlasting hunger to do more in SRP. I’ve just came back from a long break from SRP, allowing myself to adjust my own style in both writing, characters and in everything that I do in terms of myself and my actions - and coming back into a faction would be absolutely phonomenal. Specifically coming into reporter means that I can heavily expand my writing skills. I know this is a bit to say, but I do FIlm Studies at college, and being able to be objective or expressionistic is something that I find would go amazingly into practice within this faction itself.
Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:
I have much experience. Alongside my work in college with creativity, writing has always been a pure passion of mine. From anything to Film, Lyrics for Music and Literature I’ve always been a man with a pen. I took up the news club in my secondary school, wrote many papers about things like changes in school life, what would happen for exams and advice and all of that shabang. As well as this, writing has been a pure passion with Music, being in my own band and writing my own lyrics and singing them is just amazing for me.
Are you aware of - and will follow - the set of rules provided to you?:
Yes of course.
Why should we accept you over others?:
I think both with reports and overall with the faction I can bring new ideas to the table. I pride myself on innovation and think that coming into this team will mean that I can branch out to new things to write about, see and do within this faction which would make it amazingly interesting.
Do you understand you have to stay completely neutral with all reports? (Your report can't have any OOC or IC bias towards a specific group.):
Objectivity, yes of course.
Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?:
As per Reporter Quota being a little less heavy than it was in my other factions, of course. My passion for writing can easily make this a very fun faction for me to be in.
Summarise what you imagine work as a reporter is:
Crazy work right, but imagine your paparazzi but for the city. You constantly find ways to talk, take pictures of and write about every idiosyncrasy that this city has. Knowing about the factions, about new buildings and about everything to do with Karakura that would affect someone ICLy. Interviews, cameras, microphones the absolute lot seems like a fever dream to be a part of.

What are you interested in writing about? How will you achieve this, and would you consider going out of your comfort zone?:

PROMPTS:
You will have to write two reports about a topic of your choice. Here we can see how pronounced your writing is and how creative you are. Use your own formatting and your own report idea. (If you're found plagiarizing an actual report or another applicant, you will be denied.)
#1 - General report. Report about a topic, informing players about an event or significant issues to Karakura.

#2 - Interview. It's important to have well-rounded questions. Create your own interview with ten questions or more. And answer them yourself.

Hailee: "Why thank you very much to you, it's been exquisite talking to you day and I hope to see you around!"

[-] A VHS TAPE CLICKED INTO ACTION, ONLY AUDIO THROUGH AN ANOLOGUE STEREO PLAYING, YOU'D HEAR A QUICK WHIR BEFORE A BIT OF RUSTLING [-]
Hailee: Sat cross legged across from the woman, sat in the park with a soft smile as she got out her notebook, ink pen and stated with a rather brisk soft voice, "What are your main responsibilities when leading the department?"[-] The tapping of pens being heard [-]
Hoshina: Sat herself opposite, cross-legged as she nodded to the question, Folding her arms as she gave a glance, "My responsibilites for my department mainly, is to have student's think Maths isn't something you can just dismiss - it's in our daily lifes, every second, my main responsibilities for the department as a whole, is making sure every student and fellow coleagues are happy" Smiling as she nodded along to her own words, "It's the main focus, it also involved being professional, being there for one another and helping the higher-up's of course."
Hailee: Leant forth, taking very noted jots with a smile upon each word, she then looked up to the female with a deep smile as she then asked "How do you support and guide the teachers in your department?"
Hoshina: sighed deeply on the question, she looked up at the female with a slight smile "It depends, new or old teachers, some go and some stay - the same as the other departments, when they arrive, they get trained on what to do and what not to do, this is how we teach them on how to do things, besides that we tell them if you are struggling with a situation, need an HD or someone higher on the chain of command you radio in. Other than that, ask your fellow colleagues to help you before climbing onto the chain of command, if they need support or assistance then you need to radio it in!"
[-] A slight "Hmph" being heard. [-]
Hailee: nodding along as she jots down each point on interest, taking note of body language and words spoken, "How do you balance teaching your own classes while managing the department?"Hoshina: "I think it just takes some skill, if you can focus on many things all at once - I mean there is many things on a Head of Departments plate whilst being a teacher ontop of it, students is always first, filing any reports and duties generally come right after. Balancing my classes and being a department head is no easy task if you think about it, if you put your mind to it anything is possible."
Hailee: "Why thank you very much to you, it's been exquisite talking to you day and I hope to see you around!"
