Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, I do.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying to become a Caretaker.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The Caretaker role is arguably one of the most important jobs, but in the end they are all important in their own ways; Nurses take care of injured students, Receptionists guide students, Counsellors provide council to the students. However Caretakers act as the "Janitors" of the school, but they don't only clean up after students, they also access CCTV, to make sure everything runs smoothly in the school. They also have other duties which they share with faculty and co-workers. They "patrol" around the school and make sure no one is fighting, and if some students are indeed fighting, then they check for injuries, check for bruises and also access CCTV to see what happened, if there is no CCTV they gather every story from the victim and attacker and from the bystanders. Then they make a decision and whether the outcome is in the attacker's favour or not, they would be given detention, or not. Then they have other duties such as upholding the rules of the school, and whether students have detention at the end of the day they must go and make sure that whoever has detention does their task and follows the rules of the detention room.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I am familiar with a variety of different role-plays. I have been in multiple factions such as; the Professor faction, the Council faction, and the Teacher faction. I am currently involved in the Government faction, Crime faction and Gang faction.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I would like to join the School Employee faction because I keep hearing good things about it, I have multiple friends in the faction and they keep telling me how much they enjoy it and how it feels like it never gets boring. Additionally, when I used to be a Councillor, Professor and Teacher I role-played with school employees on daily basis since the School Employee faction is one of the pillars of the school, every faction go hand in hand together and cannot work without each-other. I'm intrigued in the events that take place in the faction, in the daily activities and I crave the incessant role-play that they get each and every day. I will complete every task and work hard in this faction because of how much I like it.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Sotoshi walked to the student, his eye brow raised. The caretaker seemed to have a puzzled expression plastered onto his face. "I am confused, I have done nothing worthy of your insults. Are you alright?" Sotoshi didn't allow the student time to answer. "I apologise if I have done something worthy of your insults, however I do not acknowledge that I have." He crossed his arms. "So, perhaps you could enlighten me?"
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
The young man stormed towards the individuals, his eyes full of anger. He would gently, get between them, immediately halting the possibility of any more punches thrown. "Enough!" Disappointment seeped into his eyes, he would furrow his brows. "Explain to me immediately what happened." He wouldn't give them time to explain, he would just shake his head. "I am utterly disappointed in you two, you have crossed a line and there is no return." He pondered for a moment, inspecting their bruises and injuries, upon confirming that they weren't hurt badly he would speak once more. "You both will be going to detention and your task will be to mop the floors with me" He grinned knowing that students didn't like to clean. "And you won't be leaving until the floors are shining!" He paused for dramatic effect. "Run along now, don't forget you have detention."
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
The Nakazumi walked towards the co-worker. "What are you doing?!" He asked quietly, carefully, making sure not to alert any students. "This could get you fired, have you lost your mind?" Sotoshi was confused, why would someone jeopardise their job? "You need to stop immediately." He wasn't angry, he wasn't puzzled, he was going to put a stop to his co-worker acting careless in the boiler room. "There will not be another fire in this school, not if I was able to stop it, so you're going to get out of this room, and go back to cleaning." He didn't threaten anyone, he simply stated what was going happen. Sotoshi watched as his co-worker left the room.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Sotoshi would never be seen in the employee break room! However, if he were to go into the break room he would act professionally, he was raised to be elegant, to be exemplary, he isn't the type to let go, joke around, at work he represents his work place and then outside of work he represents his family. Sotoshi only acts casual, jokingly with the people he really trusts, the people he knows wouldn't use his casual demeanour against him, against his family.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
[Caretaker] Sotoshi Nakazumi walked towards the haunted classroom. On paper it was was called the College History 312 room but it had been nicknamed by everyone the haunted classroom or the Katō Class. Sotoshi didn't believe in stories, rumours, he believed in things that he had either proof of, or had seen himself. Nonetheless something make him uneasy in that room, whenever he would walk beside it he would feel a presence, perhaps he was imagining it. His duties were clear, he needed to clean, the classroom needed to be arranged properly and cleaned, Sotoshi pushed past the doors, ready to clean without thinking. He didn't give himself time to think, thinking meant he would probably back out, he did not want to back out. He grabbed his mop and dipped it into the bucket, which was full of warm soapy water. He squeezed most of the water out back into the bucket and plopped the mop onto the floor. Sotoshi mopped the floor with precision, scrubbing extra hard at where he assumed the murder had taken place. After he was satisfactory with the work he had done, he put the mop back into the bucket and speed walked out of the classroom, closing the doors behind him.
[Caretaker] Sotoshi Nakazumi huffed and walked towards the boiler room, this was the third time he was radio'd today to gather CCTV footage from the room. Of course he wasn't in a position to refuse, it was a part of his job. He just didn't understand why people couldn't ask him to do it all in one go, instead of sending him three times. Sotoshi was surely going to get quite the workout working in the Karakura High School! The young Caretaker went into the boiler room, locking the door behind him, making sure no students entered. He carefully made his way to the CCTV area and plugged the USB drive into it. He put his credentials into the portal and clicked on the CCTV facing the front gate, as that is where the fight took place. The male's eyes narrowed at the time, he sped forward towards the exact timestamp given to him. Upon seeing the video his head shook, why did students fight in front of CCTV? He genuinely did not understand. Nonetheless he made a copy of the evidence and uploaded the copied footage onto the USB drive. The Nakazumi left the room, making his way to the teacher. Upon giving the USB drive, he walked back to his station to keep working.
[Caretaker] Sotoshi Nakazumi was walking around the school, trying to find something else to clean. He had been hard at work for the past several weeks and now he needed to find something which he had yet to clean, maybe he should go to the green house and pull some of the overgrown vines. He pondered whilst walking straight. Sotoshi turned a corner and froze, a dozen bobcat cheerleaders and footballers fighting against a little bit under than a dozen spartan cheerleaders and footballers. This was a jock war! The young male knew he was seriously out numbered and wouldn't be able to do much himself, so he whispered into his radio for some colleagues to come to his aid. Luckily no one had thrown a punch or tripped anyone, so there was no reason for detention! Sotoshi calmed the situation down, waiting for at least a colleague to come. Upon seeing a teacher, professor and two other school employees he sighed in relief! The jocks very quickly calmed down and thankfully all went on their separate ways, no threats were spoken, no detentions were given, today was a success! Sotoshi left, still trying to find something to clean, maybe he'll clean the pebbles off the football field.

Backstory
Born in the season of Sakura Blooms, Sotoshi Nakazumi came into the world like every other child, crying and miserable. However, the crying quickly stopped as he laid his eyes onto his birth-giver, this stunning blonde person that he would soon enough call his mama. Days past and sooner rather than later Sotoshi was brought to his new home, the Nantoshi Estate in the south of Korea. Sotoshi had two parents present in his lives, like any other regular baby, Isamu Nakazumi and Seo-ah Nantoshi. Along the years Sotoshi developed a curiosity for knowledge and stories, so the first story he wanted to know was why his parents, Isamu and Seo-Ah decided to marry, how they met, the question that every child has asked their parents before. To Sotoshi's displeasure his parents did not want him knowing the story, so he logically did what any twelve year old boy would do, he went to his grandparents. The young Nantoshi-Nakazumi learned the truth that very day, the truth that his parents hid from him. Isamu had met Seo-Ah at a charity Gala, they hadn't hit it off, they hated each other in a way that cats hate dogs, but their grandfathers saw an opportunity, the Nantoshi family needed to expand their trade with the West and the Nakazumi family required more money to invest into other business'. Naturally, both heirs were spoken to and convinced to marry each other, they were not threatened, were not forced, the idea was planted by their parents, but the decision was theirs. At first they did like each other's company, but slowly as the years passed they started to develop mutual feelings for each other. They would both work during the day and in the evening talk about everything and anything, as if it was the most simple thing in the world. Maybe it was.
Growing up Sotoshi was never in need of anything, he received love from his parents, presents, attention and he loved it. He was not overly spoiled, but was not in need of anything either. At eighteen he decided he wanted to get a master's degree in criminology. He wrote essays about his boring, uneventful life, and somehow still got in. He was puzzled, knowing that usually universities looked at interesting people, he did not consider himself interesting. Three years in Sotoshi wanted to be a lawyer, a prosecutor for the government, he was sure of it. Then at twenty one everything crumbled into pieces.
The morning of October 5th started like any other morning, Sotoshi went into his car, drove to school, he attended his morning classes and after lunch he decided to walk around his beautiful campus. Upon walking he had seen people running away from something, but he didn't think anything of it. Until a loud sound rung in his ears violently, a gunshot. He immediately dove for the ground, looking around, trying to find the shooter. The shooter, probably a student at the university had a gun and had it pointed at two other students, one tried to run and in consequence got shot in the leg, Sotoshi watched, his heart pounding in his chest. He decided to be brave and ran towards the shooter, tackling him to the ground, after a few minutes of wrestling with the armed student he finally won and successfully rendered him unconscious. He picked up the phone and called 119, whilst speaking to the hospital they guided him to help the wounded individual. Sotoshi applied pressure to the wound, not letting the female fall unconscious due to blood loss, he spoke to her, reassured her, waiting for the ambulance to arrive. After what felt like an eternity an ambulance arrived and sped away with the wounded girl. Police had shortly arrived and secured the student into handcuffs, Sotoshi noticed a male watching, older, he thought nothing of it, perhaps it was a professor.
A few nights later Sotoshi woke up to screams in the Nantoshi estate. He looked outside the window and saw the face again, the older male who had been watching the arrest was at his home, next to him a fire. Sotoshi tried to run out of his room, the door was locked, barred, as if someone locked him in. He looked out again, the male smiled at Sotoshi and walked off. The estate, built using wood burned easily, and rapidly, it wasn't soon after the flames moved up towards the second floor, his mind raced, did everyone survive? Was he going to survive? Finally he grabbed his desk and rammed it against the door, one, two, three times and the door gave into the force. The young man tried to run to the front entrance but it was already engulfed in flames, he looked around, chaos, screams, he wondered if this was the end, until he heard them, sirens.
Sotoshi woke up a few days later in the hospital, after speaking with the hospital staff and the police, he was told that the older man was the father of the boy that Sotoshi helped the police arrest and even worse, a servant was paid off to lock the door of his bedroom, making him unable to escape. After finding all of that out he was told something else, he was the only one who survived in the fire, the Nantoshi bloodline erased out of existence, except for him. Sotoshi took a few weeks to grieve and then promised himself he would become a prosecutor and put dangerous, evil people away, people who harmed him and harmed innocent civilians. In consequence of these two major events the local government of South Korea awarded Sotoshi two awards; the National South Korean Police Agency Commendation for Bravery and the Good Citizen Award. He kept those diplomas with him his entire life.
These consecutive events make Sotoshi develop a certain coping system, whenever he would be stressed or need a certain way out he would just start to clean, his house would be spotless, his furniture neatly arranged, he had an issue.
At twenty five, he graduated and wanted to become a prosecutor but he wasn't sure where. Should he stay in South Korea? Or move closer to the Nakazumi family. Sotoshi moved to an island in Japan and moved into the Nakazumi Mansion in Karakura city. He applied to become a prosecutor and was accepted.
Sotoshi spent a year as a prosecutor, he loved it but hated it at the same time, his mind kept racing back to the time he tackled the individual to the ground, and helped the police arrest him. Sotoshi couldn't forget anymore, everything started to become heavy, too heavy. People often came to him, telling him of their similar, horrible stories. He witnessed stabbings every day, he was stressed, he had anxiety then he saw it. A job application for School Employee. He knew that the caretaker role was basically a janitor, he wanted to clean, he wanted a stress-free job, no, a stress-relieving job. So he applied. Additionally, he knew that if he became a worker in the school he could somehow help prevent any other tragedy in any schools.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Sotoshi pondered at the question, then spoke, "I wish to become a Caretaker in Karakura High School because I need this job, not for the money, not for any other reason than me wanting to clean. Whenever I clean, tidy or take care of things my mind stops racing, I think clearly, I feel at ease. I'm someone who loves cleaning, someone who is never late, someone who takes things too seriously in a good way, I'll try my best to prevent any tragedy, to listen to my higher-ups and to help my co-workers wherever I can."
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Grinned happily, "You should accept me because I won't do the bare minimum, I won't even be doing this job, I will own it. I will be the first one to clock in and the last one to clock out, I will make sure every student has a task to do in detention, make sure the school is flawless, spotless and tidy. Make sure students feel safe by handling situations, by cleaning dangerous areas. I will be the hardest working caretaker that you would have ever met and seen because I love my job and people who love their jobs don't usually leave them, don't usually fail at them, they prosper, they get better and faster. I promise you, I will not disappoint you."
