What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Lawyer RP:
My favourite faction is the government one. Becoming a Lawyer was so good for me. I’ve always wanted to see the legal perspective of things on SRP, and I want to learn law in real life, so having the opportunity to see how things worked in Karakura makes me really happy. I would like to say that I’m personally quite good at the faction, and I make a good lawyer. I like the administrative type of things, I think it’s really interesting, but of course, my favourite is the role-play perspective of things, honestly, becoming a Lawyer brought me so many new opportunities, like the one where I’m building a huge class-action lawsuit (hopefully) and taking it to court. My character has met so many people, shopkeepers, teachers, maidens, priests, professors, school employees, senior team leadership members, hospital workers, the director, police officers, detectives, the mayor and other non-faction players who are also incredibly intriguing.
Professor RP:
The Professor faction is probably the second-best faction I have ever joined, even though I have only ever joined three factions. Becoming a professor was really good. Being in the faction gave me huge role-play opportunities and made me many friends. It also taught me how to manage a class of ten to twenty students, where I had to pre-plan lessons, but at the same time know what I was talking about in order to actually answer questions on the subject! I also learned how to detail RP on the spot and to adapt to any situation that could perhaps happen.
Council RP:
Becoming a councillor was a huge opportunity for me. I was bored on SRP, running around, roleplaying slightly, but not really getting far, until I got into the faction. Becoming a part of that faction was amazing, it brought me so many in and out of school roleplay opportunities, I made so many friends who I still talk to and it taught me more on the actual school, it also grew my knowledge on how the school worked through a non-adult faction perspective which really helped me grow my knowledge on the server, it honestly pushed me to learn more lore on the server and learn new things.
What is your motivation for applying?
The Hospital faction is one of the most important faction in Karakura. The faction has always intrigued me because I have a passion for writing and Detail Role-Play which is one of the reasons that I want to join this faction. I understand that hospital workers detail their actions a lot and becoming a Psychiatrist will help me improve my writing skills and my medical knowledge. I've attended quite a few Therapy sessions and I'm mesmerised as to how hospital workers could detail so much so well. I've eased into detailing actions recently as I became a lawyer which improved my legal knowledge and my writing skills. Additionally I would like to become a Psychiatrist because I want to develop a lore driven story for my character and improve her story on the server as I want her to become a Psychiatrist.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
DIRECTOR:
The Hospital Director is one of two leadership members in the hospital, he's in charge of upholding the hospital's reputation, he is a public figure and oversees the hospital's workers.
DEPUTY-DIRECTOR:
The Hospital Deputy-Director is the second leadership member in the hospital. The main reason this role was created for the hospital is to make sure there is no corruption within the hospital ranks and that all employees are kept in order.
CHIEF PARAMEDIC:
The Chief Paramedic is one of three management roles within the Hospital. He oversees paramedic applications alongside of the director and deputy-director. He also manages all of the paramedics.
CLINICAL LEAD:
The Clinical Leads are two of three management roles within the Hospital. They checks applications and review them alongside of the Deputy-Director, Director and The Chief Paramedic. They manages all of the employees under them.

The Paramedic sub-faction is a rank within the hospital, they are trained to respond to emergency situations and perform immediate medical procedures.

Doctors/Psychiatrists Residents are employees who have just finished their training and have shown that they have the potential to remain as employees of the hospital faction.

"My medical speciality is Psychiatry, I chose this because I'm deeply invested in becoming a psychiatrist and leaning towards the more mental side of things of the human brain. I find it phenomenal how the human brain works and how it works. Psychiatrist are necessary for people to recovery or even get diagnosed for certain things, patients often need therapy to talk about traumatic moments in their life and I want to be there for them."
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
"No, I have no work experience, I intern'd with a psychiatrist when I was in the 11th grade but other than that, no work experience, I'm fresh out of medical school!"

Katerina is unique because her hair is divided in two in an act of defiance, additionally she would be spotted with jewellery and her attention to detail would make her interesting.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Katerina is anything but professional. She's the type of employee who stays back on Christmas and takes the shifts that no one wants. Her entire life was rooted with hard work and dedication so her behaviour would reflect on that. She would constantly work in the hospital, treat her patients with care and have effective therapy sessions with them. Additionally she would be at the front desk, answering questions whenever she could.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Katerina is more of a lone wolf, she acts alone and works by herself, however during moment where she would need help or advice she does not hesitate to ask, additionally she is someone who will help others if asked or if she just sees that they need it. Ultimately she works better on her own but she could adapt to situations where others have to work with her.
