Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:

GANG RP:
When I first started out as a greenie in SRP I quickly got into Gang, Crime and Combat Roleplay. These three main roleplays are my founding structures, the main roleplays that I perform. They've helped structure me into the roleplayer I am today, they've taught me DetailRP and improved it immensely. When I joined my first gang, I struggled seriously, I couldn't get ahold of the basics and I felt absolutely lost, until a really good friend of mine took the time to help me. He trained with me a whole lot and I can happily say that he is the reason I am such a good writer to this day. I quickly learned that DetailRP makes the Higher-Ups and Leaderships of any gang very proud and happy, which is how I climbed the ranks very quickly.

I am proud to say that I am the Head of the Writing Department in Carier but also a simple writer in; The Thrift Store, Sashiko Corp and Elysian. Whilst my time in SchoolRP expanded, I discovered more and more roleplays including School Roleplay, Romance Roleplay, Family Roleplay and Faction Roleplay. These roleplays also desperately desired detailed actions, which is DetailRP. I also discovered that DetailRP allows the characters that you are roleplaying with to learn more about you and makes it easier for them to picture your character as a real human being.

SCHOOL RP:
School Roleplay taught me on how to adapt in a more civilised and structured community. In my opinion School Roleplay is the least liked roleplay but the most important one. In SchoolRP the most common roleplay that takes place is the School Roleplay, simply because it's school time 60% of the time. This means that 60% of your character's interactions should be happening within the Karakura School, which means that your character's reputation, personalily and friendships develop there. It's very interesting because it emphasises character development within a realistic yet school-ish type of setting. Characters usually attend school to 'mingle' with other characters, which is completely understandable, but this pushed me to write my first backstory. After writing it, I felt a passion for that and decided to write more and more. School Roleplay taught me that every single interaction that I partake in with my character doesn't have to be about crime, or violence, it can be peaceful and friendly.

The downside of DetailRP is that some take longer to write than others, so these type of long writing interactions had to enhance my patience skills immensely. In both a In Character and Out Of character setting.

ROMANCE RP:
The art of Romance Roleplay has honestly taught me how to handle my character's emotions perfectly. It taught me how to mirror real life looking emotions and facial expressions. Now thanks to this Roleplay I can proudly say that my character details everything she does, whether its her breath hitching from running very fast or her face looking sour from hearing something stupid. I make sure to detail everything in order for the person that I am roleplaying with to have an deeper subconscious understanding on my character(s), so that they can properly roleplay back.

What is the subject you want to teach?:

My character would like to teach Emergency Medicine.

TRIVIA SECTION

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:

I would like to become a professor because I used to be in the faction once and I absolutely adored it! It taught me so much about the subject I taught, for an example, I applied to become an Economics Professor and to plan my lessons I had to improve my knowledge about the subject so I taught myself a huge variety of subjects regarding Economics and to this day it is serving me well! I also find the subject of Emergency Medicine to be super interesting and I want to build my character around it. In addition to all this, being a professor brought me closer to a lot of my previous friends but it has also made me multiple new friends that I still talk to and roleplay with to this day. I would also like to eventually apply for a position in the Hospital Faction as a Doctor but I want to dip my toes into that before jumping in.
I also think that becoming a professor will once again enhance my roleplaying skills, my writing skills and more importantly my social skills! I have also noticed that not many people know much about the emergency response system of Karakura, how to react to someone collapsing, for what reasons you would call emergency services or even what to do when someone is bleeding or injured. These reasons are the main reasons on why I would like to integrate the Medicine department within the Professor faction.
Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:

1. Mass Casualty Crisis

In this lesson my character; Valentina Hatake, will pair students into multiple different sub-groups. There will be four main groups, The Doctors, The Paramedics, The Media and The Public. The story goes like this; A massive disaster breaks out, a well-known public event ends in tragedy as multiple civilians are injured. The Karakura emergency response team sees this as a humanitarian crisis and mobilizes its medical units. Now the Emergency Hospital Officials must come together with their medical equipment, The Doctors, under the supervision of Valentina, the professor. The Media will be there to report and The Public will be there as witnesses to the crisis.
If the simulation ends too quickly then Valentina will have a special file ready; the Breaking News file. Valentina will stand up and announce that a doctor has performed surgery without the family's consent; the doctors will have to figure out who did it.

2. Emergency Room Showdown

This lesson will be about two chief doctors going face to face because one believes the other made a critical mistake during a life-saving procedure. Valentina will pair people into two groups, there will be two lead surgeons and the rest of the class will be acting as members of the medical board there to listen to each side’s explanation and cast a final vote announcing their decision, whether it’s establishing a new medical guideline to prevent similar incidents or deciding that one of the doctors should be suspended from duty. Valentina will strive to make the classroom buzzing with excitement but stay serious. These interactive lessons are important because they train other characters’ roleplay skills and will enhance any character’s knowledge about the topic.

Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:

Valentina will request to work out a field trip straight to the Hospital, she knows that many other medical professors would have probably done the same but would they have asked special permission from the Hospital Director to use a real emergency room to play out a real mock trauma scenario without real patients? No, Valentina knows full well that no one has done this before, which is exactly why she is adamant on doing it. Her plan is simple, take her students to the Hospital, go to an emergency room where two or three doctors will be waiting and the simulation shall start! It will be Real Doctors against Student Doctors, some may assume that the professionals will win but Valentina strives to teach her students everything they need to know to handle high-pressure situations. Alongside the Doctors, Valentina will choose a realistic trauma scenario and play it out. Each side will have to prepare and present treatment plans in front of the observers, the hospital staff, and her. Whoever side wins will get infinite bragging rights and her entire class will be satisfied and talking about this amazing field trip for months!

SCENARIO SECTION

Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?

Valentina’s eyebrows would narrow slightly, as she'd see a group of college jocks forming a circle around an individual, their older and taller frames would slightly cloud her vision of the bobcat. The Professor would walk around to get a better view of the soon-to-be victim, Valentina notices that these male spartan footballers are surrounding a female bobcat volleyballer. As the conflict grew she would peer behind the spartans and ask them if they knew that causing physical or emotional harm can have serious health consequences, obviously Valentina expected the spartans to say no or such but if they would say yes she would be absolutely furious. She explained in detail to the college students that harassment and bullying are not only extremely frowned upon but can also lead to injuries and stress-related conditions. After explaining all this Valentina would advise them to run along and leave the bobcat alone otherwise they'd face serious consequences. If the older jocks refuse once more she'd warn them once again and if this results once more in her being ignored then she'd hand them a detention slip each. If the Professor sees them harassing the jock bobcat once more then she would fill out a report and send it to the school's Senior Leadership Team.

Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?

Valentina would not be pleased, she'd have met many disruptive children just seeking attention. She would gently ask the student to follow the detention rules and stay quiet and especially finish their task. If the student would still disturb the professional and serious atmosphere then Valentina would once again remind the troublemaker of the rules; this time she would threaten to get a member of the Senior Leadership Team involved or create a report for them. Valentina would make her way back to the front of the room making sure to look after each and every one of the students that she is responsible for. After a few curious glances towards the disruptive student she would somehow find time to sneak some words to her co-workers letting them know of the situation and the already placed threat. Once the student starts once more being disruptive the professor would warn the student one last time letting them know that next time they undermine her authority and ignore the rules she will be going straight to the Senior Leadership Team. Whether the student ends up causing more trouble will result in what Valentina does, she would most likely make a report and send it over to the Senior Leadership Team or she would directly contact one over the radio if one is available.

Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?

The newly hired professor would not stand disruptiveness; if a situation were to take place where a group of cheerleaders start playing songs on their smartphones and calling out other students in the class then she would politely ask them to focus on the lesson and let others do so. Valentina would also request that they stay silent and turn their smartphones off or at best turn the music off. Once the cheerleaders listen to her, Valentina would turn back to the chalkboard and restarted on her lecture about 'Emergency Response Priorities'. Once these instigators restart causing trouble for Valentina then she would directly threaten to send them all to detention after school, if they refuse to do so then she would hand every single one of the instigators a detention slip and if they still keep bothering Valentina then they would all have a report written about them and sent to the Senior Leadership Team by Valentina.

Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?

Valentina after an unsuccessful attempt of breaking up the fight would raise her voice slightly, not screaming but speaking in a loud tone; She would tell them to break it up and if they don't then a report will be made about their behaviour and sent straight to the Senior Leadership Team. If they would keep fighting and run away she would broadcast for them to make their way straight to the front desk, if they fail to do so after a few times of her requesting this Valentina will end up asking her co-workers to help her look around. Once spotted she shall give them both detention slips for not listening to her and for generally fighting on school grounds. If they start to protest she would tell them to go and speak to it with her supervisor because in her mind the reason for the detention slips are completely justified. If either of them ends up injured during the fight, Valentina would immediately perform basic first aid and call for the nurse or medical staff to assist.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?

Valentina walks in, quiet follows. Her hair? A light blondish-beige, kissed by sunlight, streaked with warm tawny hints that add dimension and spark. Those eyes - soft blue-green - lock onto you like they've read your past before you speak. She goes for sharp yet functional outfits: think tailored blazers matched with sleek pants, neat button-downs in off-white or calm earth shades, sometimes slim dresses in quiet colors. Each piece fits a purpose - neat, composed, never stiff. A quiet wristwatch or simple jewelry ties it together. Yet black tights or deep-toned details add weight against her gentle shades - hinting quietly that behind polished calm is someone sharp, direct, dead serious.

Valentina stands out because she shares her own life journey along with her deep trust in learning. Not just any instructor, she's someone who's lived through real struggles. These moments shaped her understanding of what actually matters. When her husband left, she confronted life's unpredictability head-on. That shift pushed her to focus on practical knowledge - skills that could save lives. Teaching emergency medicine won’t be theoretical for her. She shows it like it is - something that might actually save your life or not. Her drive feels real, built from what she's lived through instead of just book talk.

She genuinely looks out for her students - just without drama or sugarcoating. She's invested, yet won't lower the bar just to make things easier. Often, she spots what they can do even when they don't. She pushes them toward tough goals because she trusts they've already got what it takes. She won't let them stick to what's easy, yet pushes harder once they hit a goal. In this kind of space, learners grow strong - not just from tough standards but from genuine care mixed in.

Her connections with other teachers are pretty straightforward, yet always respectful. She'd rather concentrate on tasks than get caught up in office conflicts or idle talk. Thanks to her consistency and dislike for pointless tension, coworkers look up to her. People enjoy her presence and find her simple to collaborate with since she's honest, without hidden motives.

Valentina mixes warmth with focus, easy to notice when she talks. She comes across as reflective, genuine, sticking to her ground without showing off. The way she dives into work topics shows deep care and fire, yet backs it up with quiet modesty and the occasional sarcastic remark. She expects team members to speak real thoughts - honesty's something she won't skip. Though she keeps things professional, there's still a soft kindness in her manner that draws people in. Even when she's strict with classroom rules, she truly looks out for her students' growth and how they feel about learning.

Valentina views this professor role as just one step on her path - not the final stop. Though she loves teaching, she's clear her future pulls her toward the Hospital group - to becoming a Doctor who uses all her knowledge while guiding new med students along. She isn't pushing for speed; instead, she trusts that getting the teaching part right now will sharpen her skills in patient care down the line. Right now, she's happy shaping how she's seen, improving how she teaches, while helping learners get steady on their feet. Still, there's a quiet knowing underneath - it all adds up to something bigger down the line. She needs to show she can shift how people think before she dives into healing them one by one.

Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.

The experiences and challenges of Valentina Hatake’s life is what first piqued her interest in becoming a professor. While she always appreciated the value of education from a young age, it was her late husband's, Kenji, decision to leave her in order to “find himself,” and the subsequent emotional and practical challenges that put everything on hold for her, which really sparked the desire for her to teach others. After he left, Valentina had to shelve her own dreams while navigating the upheaval in her personal life. Her life experiences gave her a new sense of appreciation about life’s fragility as well as the importance of having practical medical knowledge. What really drove her to take up teaching was the shocking realization that most youngsters in this country do not possess even the basic first-aid and emergency skills, let alone know how to respond in high-pressure medical situations. By becoming a professor, Valentina whishes to not only teach students but also make sure they are well equiped for the real life. In her opinion, education should equip learners with the knowledge that enables them to thrive and save lives, not just survive.
For Valentina, being a professor goes beyond just teaching. Her students, in her eyes, must be able to assess the material critically and be fully able to integrate themselves within it, as if it’s second nature. Theory should not simply be an abstract concept; it needs to be grounded in practical usage, and for Valentina, patient care and emergency response are deeply entwined with instruction for the youth. Valentina believes that she needs to actively engage with the classroom, enabling her to turn complex topics in medicine, trauma care, and emergency protocols into concepts that students can appreciate.

IN-CHARACTER SECTION

1 - PERSONAL DATA

Full Name:

Valentina walked towards the chair and bowed in front of the interviewer as a sign of respect. After greeting the interviewer physically she sat down into her chair and proceeded to greet the questioner verbally. "Hello! My full government issued name is Valentina Hatake!" Her voice came out gentle and full of harmony.

Title (Mr, Mrs, Miss):

The stunning female would giggle nervously as she played with the tip of her acrylic nail. The question seemed a tad strange to her since she had never actually been asked this before. "My students, if accepted, can refer to me as Mrs Hatake!" Valentina's expression was cheery yet stern. She was serious yet joyful!

Given Name(s):

Valentina's confident and serious expression would falter for a moment; Her given name? She wondered for a moment what that meant then proceeded to answer with a sense of uncertainty. "My given name is Valentina Hatake." Her hands rested on her lap, her hairs flowing down the back of her body.

Preferred Name:

The woman would bite her inner lip nervously at the question. "Well I'd like my students to call me Mrs, Hatake but I'd want my co-workers to call me Valentina or Tina for short if they prefer!" The sparkle in her eyes gave her away, she was simply adorable in every way possible.

Age:

A cute giggle escaped her lips at the question of her age; If Valentina would ask her elders this questions she'd get smacked for even asking this, but she guessed that because it was for the interview she had to say it; not that it really bothered her! "I'm currently thirty three!" She exclaimed, looking at the interviewer kindly.

Gender & pronouns:

Valentina rested her hands on top of the desk as she proceeded to answer. "I am of the female gender and everyone may refer to me as she or her." She didn't need an explanation; she was a female and so her pronouns were simple.

Religious Denomination:

Sighed for a moment; The topic of religion always bothered Valentina for some reason. "Well my parents taught me to believe that in the bible there was a mistake and they misspelt good with god. So they taught to say 'Good loves you' and stuff like this. I do not believe in any particular god to I suppose that makes me an athiest!" The explanation was simple yet brilliant!

Marital Status:

A sly smile escaped her lips as Valentina brought her nail to her mouth nibbling onto the edge of it to relieve some stress. These interviews always stressed her out for some reason. "Well I have always been single. My entire life." She giggle nervously as she talked some more. "I've always been so focussed on getting to my current position that I've never had time for love!"

Nationality:

Valentina tucked a strand of her hair behind the back of her ear and spoke fluently and clearly. "I am Japanese and spanish! I was born in Venezuela; My mother is spanish and my father is japanese." Her voice radiated from her mouth; the angelic sound pouring out of her perfectly in tune with her words.

Current Location:

She adjusted her position in her chair. "Well I live in the penthouse complex S; not too far from the school!" She explained to make sure that the interviewer understood everything clearly.

2 - Academic Details

Teaching Experience (# of years):

Valentina smiled softly as she brushed a strand of hair behind her ear. “I’ve been teaching for about six years now.” She spoke her tone gentle yet confident. She shifted slightly in her chair, leaning forward with an intensity that said that she truly cared about her students. “At first, guiding students through emergency response simulations was intimidating.” she admitted with an awkward giggle. “But over time, I learned to create lessons that are interactive, practical, and engaging.” Her eyes sparkled as she recounted stories of her students successfully performing triage in mock scenarios, and I could see how much pride she took in seeing them grow under her guidance.

Working Experience (# of years):

Valentina’s hands rested lightly on her lap as she looked directly at the interviewer. “I interned at a variety of hospitals throughout the years.” she said with a calm authority. She tilted her head slightly to the right, the corners of her mouth forming into a cheek smile as she continued. “There were times when the pressure was overwhelming, and every decision mattered. Those experiences taught me how to stay composed and make clear and confident choices. Even in the most stressful situations.” She paused, as if reflecting on a particularly difficult intern manager, then added with a subtle smile, “It’s these moments that truly prepared me to mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals.”

Academic Degree:

Valentina’s expression brightened as she answered. “I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medicine.” She said, her voice steady and warm. She leaned back in her chair for a moment, folding her hands neatly on the interviewer's desk. “Completing the program was challenging, but it gave me a strong foundation in patient care, trauma management, and critical thinking.” Her gaze softened as she continued. “It wasn’t just about passing exams. It was about learning to handle day to day, real-world emergencies responsibly, something I strive to pass on to my students every day.”

Year of Graduation:

Valentina chuckled slightly before replying. “I graduated in 2015.” She said, tilting her head as if thinking about the good times when she was in university. Her fingers drummed lightly on the table as she added. “Even now, I can remember the excitement of walking across that stage and realising that my training had truly prepared me to face the most unpredictability of medical emergencies.” She smiled, a subtle mix of nostalgia and pride, emphasising how that moment marked the start of her journey as both a practitioner and a teacher.

Major(s):

Valentina’s eyes lit up when she spoke. “My major was Emergency Medicine.” She said, gesturing slightly as if she could illustrate the concept in the air. “It’s a field that demands quick thinking, adaptability, and teamwork.” She leaned forward, her voice taking on a hint of pure, genuine excitement. “Every day presents a new challenge, and that’s exactly what drew me to it. I want my students to experience the same sense of purpose and urgency that comes from knowing your skills can literally save lives.”

Minors:

Valentina shifted her posture, tilting her head thoughtfully. “I minored in Human Anatomy and Public Health.” she explained softly. “Understanding the human body in depth and knowing how communities respond to health crises gives my students a broader perspective.” She smiled, folding her hands together. “It allows me to teach them not just how to treat an individual patient, but also how to anticipate and respond to larger-scale emergencies.”

Native Languages:

Valentina’s voice was gentle but clear. “I’m fluent in both Japanese and Spanish.” she said, a slight pride in her tone. She folded her hands on the desk and leaned in slightly. “Being trilingual has helped me communicate effectively with diverse teams and patients, and I hope it also inspires my students to appreciate the value of language in healthcare settings.”

Other Languages:

She nodded thoughtfully. “I also speak English fluently.” Valentina said, her voice steady. She leaned back briefly, then added with a small smile. “It’s invaluable when teaching students or collaborating with international colleagues. Being able to explain complex medical concepts clearly in multiple languages has been an essential part of my career.”

Preferred Teaching Subject:

Valentina’s eyes gleamed with enthusiasm as she leaned forward slightly. “I love teaching Emergency Medicine, especially trauma care and patient assessment.” she said, her hands gesturing as if guiding a simulation. “I also run workshops on first aid, CPR, and emergency response. I want my students to leave my classes confident and ready to act, not just with knowledge, but with practical skills that could save lives.” She paused, a soft smile spreading across her face, “Seeing students succeed in simulations or handle high-pressure scenarios is one of the most rewarding parts of being a professor.”
