General description
Description: Panopticon was a civilian intelligence group interested in everything that is in Karakura, from events to situations or public escandals. The information they found about the city was keept to themselves. They mainly focused on searching through the everyday life of civilians, learning how the city socially works and understanding it.
History
Dark past (2022? - 2023?)
There are a few rumours that could suggest that Panopticon used to be a gang. What could have been it's purpose? Well it surely was related to finding info and researching other gangs. However this activity could have been dangerous and maybe that is why they would become a civilian group later on. Even though we are sharing this theory, please keep in mind these are only rumours, nothing has been confirmed at all.
Zenith (X/08/2023 - X/10/2023)
The only real proof that we had about the Panopticon begining are some publicty that popped out of nowhere during August. The publicity about Panopticon started appearing in various chests, barrels, cabinets across the city (even some POI's). During this time KUERT even managed to interact with them, promising each other to exchange information related to operations, places and individuals.
The end (X/10/2023 - X/10/2023)
During october, Panopticon it's activity seemed to greatly decrease. They did not answer anymore to our calls nor emited publicity. This led us to a sad conclusion. Panopticon had dissolved.
Workers and group structure
The identity of the agents of Panopticon remains a secret to this day. Same goes for it's internal structure.
Services
Panopticon offers a few services in exchange of money. Most of them are related to obtaining information. Panopticon also follows an strict set of rules and TOS so it is encouraged to read them before asking for a service.
- Tailing service (Heimdal): The client, who agreed to be tailed, was followed for few days and the commissioning party was given a log book of every information found by panopticon.
- Specialised service: The client could request an specialised service for panopticon to carry through.
Group relations
Panopticon relations with other groups are mostly unknown.
KUERT
Panopticon wrote a calling book for us. Interaction between us and them was fast. KUERT and Panopticon offered to exchange information and collaborate during operations. Yet this did not happen as Panopticon died away before this could become real.
Trivia
- Panopticon doesn't contain such thing as a "Sisyphus Prime". We kindly ask you Ultrakill players to stop fucking aksing.
- Panopticon is an updated version of the Illuminati. It is better because instead of being a triangle with an eye it is an hexagon with an eye. We all know hexagons are better.
