Describe your activity on the server:
I am a college student with a rather flexible schedule, allowing me to maintain activity on the server.
My current playtime is:
This was influenced by a rather long break i had to take due to personal circumstances.
Those times have passed however, meaning my activity is returning to the norm.
On average, I usually spend around 4-7 hours on SRP per day, depending on what is currently happening.
This is influenced by my membership in the Occult Club and a security job at Pinkumo.

What position are you applying for?:
Lawyer (prosecutor)
What is your motivation for applying?:
My main motivation out-of-character is to become an active and reliable member of the faction, to broaden my roleplaying horizons, and improve my writing skills through DetailRP.
I want to step into a role with real responsibility where I can actively contribute to Karakura’s judicial ecosystem, meet new roleplayers, and collaborate closely with both faction members and the broader community.
In-character, Akari is driven by a strong commitment to legal integrity, public safety and well-being of Karakuran citizens, as well as stationary justice. She seeks to become a prosecutor to represent the city and it's interests, ensuring all that break the law are held accountable, victims recieve proper legal closure, and all the trials she attends are professional, and fair.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yes, I do, I have read both the Karakura laws and Constitutional rights.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
My main IC goal is to develop my character into the precise persona I intended her to be: a dedicated person driven by a strong sense of justice, upholding Karakura's laws, and keeping the community safe. Whether taking on civil cases or acting as a prosecuting attorney representing the city's interests in court, I want her to actively hold criminals accountable and ensure trial outcomes are fair, decisive, and legally sound.
My OOC goals include building a strong, respected reputation for my character within the faction, as well as developing a deep and practical understanding of Karakura's legal side. I also aim for reliability, both quota and character wise.

In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
| Lawyer | This position entrails legal advocacy for representation of Karakuran citizens while protecting their constitutional rights. They answer attorney calls during police detentions, meet with clients, file restraining orders (ROs), build case files, and represent citizens during trials. Their required quota ranges from 15-25 points. |
| Judge | Judges act as the hand of law, alongside KPD. They are responsible for issuing warrants, reviewing cases, restraining orders, as well as approval of marriages and adoptions. The required quota ranges from 25-35 points. |
| Governor | Civic officials who handle most of public matters, ranging from handing out IDs, officiating marriages, adoptions, public surveys, shop inspections, but may also attend trials. Their quota is 25-35 points per month. |
| Deputy Mayor | The second executive leader right after the Mayor. They support daily administration, assist the Mayor in managing government staff, and step into executive duties whenever the Mayor is unavailable. |
| Mayor | The primary executive leader of the faction. They direct city policies, lead major government initiatives, oversee faction administration, and fill the main representative role for the entire city of Karakura. |

So she went for studies of the Law instead, which turned out to be a good call."
"Akari enrolled in college and earned her Bachelor's degree before moving on to the two-year law track. Akari struggled with the Bar Exam. After many sleepless nights, and a few failed attempts, she has passed the Bar Exam, meaning the title of Juris Doctor was achieved. The one-year mandatory apprenticeship followed soon after."
