I am pretty active on the server, and I would rate my activity a 7.5 out of 10 on the scale from least to most active. I have been online a lot recently since one of my characters joined the dodgeball team, as well as doing a lot of tailoring in my free time for people! Once I am in school, I will stay as active as I usually am just instead play mainly on weekends and after school from 2-11PM. I love the game a lot, and can see myself playing a lot especially if I get a position that makes me more immersed in the SRP community.

School caretakers are responsible for maintaining an enjoyable and safe roleplay environment by ensuring that the students and the school are cleanly, safe, and keeping an eye on all of the students. It requires strong communication skills, the ability to deal with fights, and negotiating. They are somewhat the security around the school, being able to enforce school rules if needed and overall make the school a better place for students and staff alike. If a fight ensues, the caretakes are able to check CCTV footage, resolve it, and help anyone involved by checking for injuries and sending them to the nurse if needed.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In general, I have a lot of roleplay experience. Primarily within private discord text-based role-play servers in my past,where I've been doing a variety of realistic and fantasy settings which are really fun! In total, I've been writing/roleplaying for 6+ years, starting when I was really young. Since then, I've learned a lot, and ended up joining the SchoolRP community in attempt to find more people like me who in fact, love roleplaying like I do! In this, I was on SchoolRP since around 2020-2023 (I don't exactly remember) And have seen the game grow and change over time which was super amazing. I left for a few years to focus on school, but recently this year in the past month I have adapted a lot of roles in the server, but I still would love to see every side of this game and faction I could be in for the best experience.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
As I said above this, it mainly falls along the lines of gaining experience, having fun, and really wanting to immerse myself fully into this wonderful community! I think this faction would be very fun to join, having more interactions with all kinds of students from high school to college, as well as being able to help them out when they need it and have some fun role-plays. I think the name is in itself, being called SchoolRP, it was a no-brainer that whenever the announcement was released to apply I would. The amount of fun positions in this faction, experience, and the fact that I as well have always loved being in a helping position for the other players and would love to put my skills to use.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
If a student started to yell at Luella calling her pathetic, she wouldn't argue back or take it personally. She'd stay calm, ask them to stop using inappropriate language because it is against the school rules, reminding them of such and figure out why they were so upset. If the situation escalated, she'd follow the school's disciplinary procedures, giving them warnings verbally. If they didn't stop after multiple warnings, she'd quickly take the appropriate next step, issuing out a detention and if this was an even more personal issue asking them to follow up with a visit to the school counselors to talk about it.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
If Yukio saw students fighting- which isn't uncommon for a school- She'd immediately take action, yelling out to try and intercept the fight and stop it from happening with verbal warnings. If it doesn't stop, she would immediately call in for other staff members/faculty, as well as help pull them off of each other or getting between the two. If there was any physical trauma to the two, she for the footage on the CCTV security cameras and then take the students to the nurses office and let them evaluate the injuries.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would tell the person themselves to stop, but if it was a threat to her or herself, she would check the CCTV security cameras or record evidence on her own phone and contact SLT on the radio immediately to make sure that it gets taken care of, and stops immediately before anyone gets hurt.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the breakroom, Luella would talk to her fellow staff members, and probably settle somewhere in the middle of the room to have a front seat to the conversations going around her so that she could contribute. She can't really cook herself, so she would probably head over to the microwave and heat up some cheap ramen, eating it while she's in conversation and probably choking on some due at some point to how much she likes to talk and laugh at anything and everything. Though, you could rarely find her in the break rooms due to being obsessed with her job and keeping her cardio up on the rounds around the school.

/me heard raised voices coming from down the hall. She quickly followed the sound and found two students arguing. Something about... boyfriends. She needed to figure out more, and prevent a possible fight from happening. Approaching with her calm attitude as ever, she listened for a moment before stepping in. "Alright, let's lower our voices please. This isn't a place for an argument." She said this all very gently, patient, and reminding the students they could speak with a counselor if anything was serious, encouraging them to be mature. Luella then turned after this was resolved, continuing on patrol.
/me sat quietly in her office, a warm cup of microwaved tea resting beside her as she looked over the school's security footage. Click, click, click. She looked between clips like clockwork, it was the usual for her. Her eyes followed each hallway camera, watching the students move between classes and checking if everything was alright, hopefully no violent fights breaking out etc. Pausing at one that caught her attention, "Always something happening in a school . . " She mumbled to herself, narrowing her eyes and adjusting her notes as she wrote down and documented/clipped anything unusual at all. Thankfully this was nothing more than a misunderstanding that was resolved as soon as it started.

She sighed softly but still kept her usual smile on her face as she picked up anything, wiped up the spills so no one slipped, and after finishing she put the supply cart back where it belonged and looked over the cafeteria one last time. Flipping her long blonde locks over one shoulder, she snapped off her gloves and tossed them in the trash, walking out.

Backstory
Childhood
Luella was born in Lyon, France, where she grew up surrounded by a lot of family in a massive home that had been around since basically the dawns of time. When she was young, she was always fascinated by different places and people, wanting to know what existed beyond the streets of her home and the old money wealth she had known. She was a naturally caring child who often helped others, taking in a lot of animals and having an obsession with fish, taking all of the information she could in about all the species and types of fish she could have. She volunteered often with her family's charity company, assisting younger children, reading, and developing strong friendships and relationships quicker than most with the ample charisma she got from her dad.
High School
During high school in France, she was known as the loud dependable student. She made friends wherever she could, being somewhat of a jock of her time enrolling in cheerleading and excelling in that area throughout high school and even into college getting a scholarship for it. Luella had began traveling whenever she could or had the opportunity, visiting Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and learning a lot about how amazing life could be alone without her family and independent outside of France. After finishing high school, she took the time away from her traditional education to discover herself.
Gap Year
Instead of immediately going to college, she spent a gap year traveling across Europe and Asia, searching for new experiences and understanding herself deeper, She worked various temporary jobs anywhere she could along the way, managing fish stores, helping in greenhouses, community centers, and volunteering at youth programs. Being the younger sibling, she could do whatever she wanted because her brother was the one her parents focused on making the company 'heir'. She learned to communicate from people of all kinds of backgrounds, and her travels eventually taking her to Japan. She was fascinated by the culture, and really wanted to stay, but her parents made her come back.
College
After completing travels, she returned to education in France and pursued an Associates Degree in Facilities management because she wanted to learn how buildings were maintained, organized, and kept safe for people. She also studied child development, and environmental health and safety minors, believing that understanding both was essential for her career, but she had no idea what she'd use it on yet. During cxollege, she continued to explore cultures. SHe participated in all kinds of programs and internships that let her visit schools and facilities in different countries, learning how to communicate in mainly Japan. This made her want to work in a school. After graduating, she decided she wanted to have a fresh start. Remembering her time in Japan, she began looking for opportunities for her to go back, and this search led her to Karakura.
Current
Luella finally settled in Karakura after years of searching for somewhere to settle, and wanting a more permanent home. Who knows what's next in store for her!
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My motivation for joining KHS is deeply rooted from my past in traveling and love of helping people. The caretaker position is a perfect fit for me because of my degrees, but deeper than that I've always wanted to be a caretaker and have spent many years of my life dreaming on being a part of a bigger community like the staff in a school, loving how everything works and gets put together in buildings and systems like this! My passion for learning different cultures also makes me a great fit because I've been everywhere, making me able to connect to students of different backgrounds. I'd love to be that person that students could come to when they need help, whether it's to talk about their day or get some directions, I'm always there!
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe I'd be a very great addition to the School Employee faction because I bring a lot of passion for the role of caretaker. I stay calm under pressure, love the environment of a school, and to me being a caretaker isn't just about maintaining the building and cleaning up the gross messes nobody else wants to touch, no, it's about creating a environment that students and the staff around me can feel comfortable in every day at the wonderful KHS! I am very consistent, and I'd be a friendly smile for anyone who needs it, willing to put the effort in without even needing to be asked. In general, I should be chosen over other applicants because I am very motivated, passionate, and this is something that I would very much enjoy. When you are happy and passionate doing something you've trained for your whole life, the result becomes 10x better, no?
