2 Years of Activity. I worked for verified businesses. The reason why I’m applying for a school employee position is that my character worked in a public library for enchanted quill publishing. I have a 28 week playtime on my account and I can and will be active for the position if I’m accepted.

A librarian
A school librarian is focused on staying in the library to maintain cleanliness for the students and the ability to help students find books they desire to read. Librarians are often readers themselves and suggest good books and hand them out to each student though when it comes to books like that it usually costs money to keep because it's a rental. Books like that are charged a certain amount of money for the student to keep and study with. It's a roleplay oriented role just like every faction on the server is and requires more than one person.

A librarian
A school librarian is focused on staying in the library to maintain cleanliness for the students and the ability to help students find books they desire to read. - The Librarian is supposed to dust shelves and make sure the library is clean through wiping down books and shelves as well as cleaning down the computers through actions if the library isnt that busy. If they need to clean the library they will get on the task and clean it as fast as possible
Help Students
- With a silent enviroment they can act as a tutor if they arent around helping students study. They help out students wether if they take reports and hand out detentions to trouble makers to helping students what they really want to read and study for their exams and PHD projects.
Give out books.
- If a student comes into the library searching for books they have to pay money but afterwards they will recieve the book allowing for students to read for a certain amount of cash. Books arent free so the library hands out rentals or sells them entirely just like real life school libraries
Why we need a librarian
- A school needs a librarian for a school to be a good one because most learning requires reading. They do more tasks than just give out books. They help coworkers and students alike. They maintain cleaniness of the library and give out books. They are also a faculty member to go to for reporting other students just like teachers or councilors
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
My experiences in roleplay ranges from verified businesses and roleplaying out shifts in enchanted quill publishing and participating in the cooking club before everyone was purged by the new leader. I have heavy experience in detail oriented roleplay though my experience in it has gotten worse ever since I left the cooking club and detail roleplay oriented groups. This faction will improve my roleplay through unique scenarios.
- A verified business that is closest to the library position. You work as a writer and the business has a public library. I used to work monthly shifts and meet quota for the business at the library giving me some sort of librarian experience outside of the school faction. This job that i had is the reason why I want to apply for a school librarian
- Cooking club was a detail roleplay based club I was in up until recently when I got kicked by the new leader of the club when all the members were purged. I don't really have much clubs right now which Is why I want to join something interesting. My detail roleplay has gotten worse since I was kicked off.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Joining the School Employee faction will not just give me a character worth playing that isn't a Criminal or in a sub faction. It will help me develop better roleplay for my character that could potentially change her life forever. She has worked small scale jobs before this application and Rosa obviously who has worked at enchanted quill publishing for a while would excel in a library position. I want to join for character development and the potential to interact with students in a positive light. I feel like in a Employee School faction with the long time I been on this server I would excel if not do extremely well in it.

♡ Situations ♡
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Rosa is quite emotional and she gets really upset at swearing and it can sometimes ruin her day but she doesnt want to ruin her career over a rogue student so she'll ask the student to stop then give as many warnings as possible before handing out punishment because she loves students and hates punishing them but sometimes they need to be snapped into reality
Rosa Takeshima is working at the desk of the library when another student walked up and started cursing at her. The student said a few swear words saying “I fucking hate you. You’re pathetic.” as Rosa looked away from her book she was reading looking at the student “Language hun please stop.” As The student kept swearing and escalating Rosa would give as many warnings as she could before pulling out a detention slip handing it over. For the rest of the day Rosa is in a bad mood but she gets through the day without any more issues as she sipped on a coffee cup from her work desk.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Rosa takes fights seriously and as a danger to others so her first reaction is to interviene by getting inbetween the students to make sure nobody gets hurt any further and afterwards hand out detentions and seperate the students further by telling them to walk seperate directions and avoid each other.
Rosa jumps in to separate the 2 by getting in between as she sees the punches fly towards the other students she yells “STOP” Rosa trying to de-escalate the scenario before it becomes worse then she would hand detentions to both students saying “Detention after school. No more fighting.” Rosa said staying as the students bickered about the detention Rosa stated “You should go your separate ways now I don’t want to hear any more from you 2” as the Students walked away upset that they had to attend detention after school.
Rosa after school made sure they attended detention and if they didn't show up thats not her problem. Thats the leaderships problem so all she can really do is file an slt report if they dont show up keep in mind she loves students which hurts her to make such punishments but she needs to do her job and theres not much she can do about it.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Rosa reacts by warning the employee first that what they are doing is stupid and immature and if it endangers them further or any other people she'll go to SLT to report such rash behavior so they don't get hurt and others stay safe. She'd rather them lose their job then get hospitalized or worse being that if they get hurt its not up to the school to treat them
Rosa Jumps in to correct the school employee as she stops the employee from what they are doing “stop you’re gonna get hurt I don’t want you to get fired.” As Rosa tries to correct them to stop being inappropriate and snap back into reality As Rosa intervenes to stop it not going to SLT immediately but if this is a common recurrence that endangers the safety of others she will tell to school leadership team. Employees doing dangerous things on the job shouldnt have a job if they don't stop doing irrashional stuff. "You're acting way younger and immature than you actually are." Rosa caring for the faculty member in her head thinking of the worst scenarios before stating "You're an adult act like it for once." Walking away afterwards hopefully they make the correct choice and not jeprodize their employment
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Rosa probably would hang around the employee break room usually after period 2 probably to get a coffee and wake up before going back to the library to continue her shift while doing so interacting with employees and starting civil conversations to bond with the work place in a professional enviroment. Rosa uses it as a place to grab a cup of coffee and interact.
While in the employee break room Rosa looks at the coffee machine as she waited for her break to end she grabbed a coffee. She Acted like a normal employee tired and exausted rellying on caffinee to get through the day. Rosa Interacts with her co-workers in the break room cheerfully and sets a good example for other co-workers in the building that she works with as a librarian "I love coffeee." She said as she drank it waiting for the bell to ring as break time ended she went back to the library for period 3 to watch over the place and potentially clean the area

/me Rosa walking to sit at the librarian desk area carrying a cup of coffee the library silent and barren as she looked around for students in the area. Rosa then would sip on coffee enjoying it alone as she sat waiting for students to arrive at the desk hopefully for reports or maybe just a book. The library empty like a desert though Rosa had a shift to get through and the library isn't gonna watch itself. Rosa as she drank a coffee pulled out a book to read like it was interesting to her. Rosa used to work at a public library so she has grown a liking to books.
/me As the library was dirty she walked up to the desk to grab some cleaning supplies grabbing some sanitizer wipes. Rosa walked towards a shelf beginning to wipe down book by book making sure the dust got off the books and it was clean and shiney. She went around dusting books and shelves for hours upon hours making sure everything in the library was clean before the end of her shift while doing so watching out for students who wanted books or help on the side. Rosa needed to keep the library clean and she was bound to do it.
/me She looked at a student as Rosa sat at her desk bored out of her mind. She fidgetted with her fingers as she said "Hey would you like any assistance." She used that line when she used to work for a writing company waiting for the student to respond mabye its a book or report on another student causing trouble. Rosa looked and smiled like she was here to help the student get their problem solved one way or another.

Backstory
Rosa before her Rehabilitation was a delinquent who had a troubled child hood getting introuble at school and with the authorities though she tried to change her life for the better by leaving activities and beginning to work honest jobs. She wanted to turn her life around from delinquency and work as a librarian most of the trouble she got in was when she was a child and she matured a lot since then
Rosa entered college in Karakura High school focusing on building her resume omething snapped in rosa that her life needed to change. She exited the life of delinquency quickly working honest jobs. Rosa worked at a public library for a bit all the things that she done in high school was past her and she was trying to build up a resume and a better life for herself. She got help through therapy and began to change her life for the better. Rosa began to start college Majoring in english and minoring in Criminology. Rosa got a lot of good grades and some bad ones in school but she studied hard to try and pass school through hard work and dedication at home. She was at a disavantage and she wanted to change her life that she had before she was an adult and it was gonna take time. Eventually after working for awhile at Enchanted Quill publishing she got experience as a librarian and a writer making her qualified for the position as a librarian.
Rosa applied for many jobs hundreds infact on the side on her computer with no luck as she looked at karakura high school needing positions for library she clicked apply looking to fill out the section needing to get hired and move forward with her life rather than be stuck in a rabithole of stuff because she was unemployed and needing to pay her rent and was behind on car payments due to her not having a job and being forced to do side hustles to stay alive though her dedication to find something better and rehabilitate made her better as a student and as a human being ready for adulthood.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Rosa as she filled out the rest of the application on the computer noticed the Motivation for Joining KHS as she wrote "My dedication is to be the best I can be through the experience I had at my previous job." Rosa looked nervous at the question but then started to write the rest of why she wanted to join
"My motivation is to gain more experience than I already have and express my skills as a librarian from the previous business I worked at and to help students in there time of need. I cleaned the public library and sat at desks helping customers for long periods of time. I want to help out" She entered the application online waiting for an interview
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Rosa showed up to interview with a man in his 30s it was a office inside the school it was silent likely during class time as she walked in closing the door. She Showed up in a proffessional pink dress and pink heels looking nice for the interview her long hair is noticable as the man said "I saw your application why should we accept you over other applicants."
Rosa then looked at the man with a smile and said "I worked at a library previously I have experience for this position as well as a english degree. I can watch over the books well and coordinate with other staff members quite well I think thats enough to be accepted over other applicants" The man looked at Rosa and said "We're looking for people to fill in this position I'll look at your file and I'll call you back if you are accepted.
