What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: School is important on this server, it's name is SchoolRP after all. I want to help bring it more into roleplay, and make it more interesting for players that go to school.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes i'm online almost everyday, and had roles such as Police Officer, Head Nurse etc.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: From what I think, teacher logs keep track of what Teachers are being online and which ones aren't. The Teacher logs keep track of how many lessons a teacher does and what they were teaching. They're important because if a Teacher is in-active then they can be fired and re-placed so the students will have the best experience on the server.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I at first tell the superiors, the HD, the V.P or the Principal himself. If my request is accepted, I see how long the trip would and how many hours it would take, at most I would want it to be 4 hours, if it’s only a smaller field trip, I would want it to be 2-3 hours. Letting the students talk about the session in the next class.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No yelling at students
2. Raise your hand if you want to speak
3. Stay in your seat, don't run around while the teacher is teaching
4. You shouldn't start fights, verbally and physically
5. You aren't allowed to harass other students or the teacher
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I've roleplayed on this Server for a Long time. SchoolRP introduced me to roleplay. I also roleplay with my friends on different Servers, but mostly SchoolRP.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department, they give the permission to the newer teachers and supervise them.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher and Learning Skills, are the teachers who can start classes without permission of the HD of the Department they are teaching.
- NQT:Newly Qualified Teacher, these are the teachers who are newly hired. They must always ask the Head of Department, when they can start classes. After certain amount of time, they are moved up the QTLS and must not always ask.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.: Without teachers, there is no point in a school, since nobody can be taught lessons. Teachers are very important, to the school and the students. Teachers do a lot in their spare time. Some have to even grade student's tests, or mark books for them. But after that, they might spend time with friends and family. Ingame, the teachers get 250000¥ monthly, but in reality, the average teacher gets around $45-50,000 per year.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are so important because they teach students skills and tasks, so the students can get a decent job, and to be wise with their decisions when they're older. Given the issues with friends and family that face a large amount of students today, there are some days when a student may only see a smile from his/her teacher. Teachers are not just there to teach us things. In my opinion, I see almost all of my teachers kind of as family, because they help students out with everything, and they put a smile on my face, even on the hardest days.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: It uses MoSCo system which means: Must have, Should have, Could have.

She can be seen smiling most of the time which gives off a friendly vibe. She usually wears casual clothes.
What makes Charlotte different is that she tries to see the good and creative side of people. She believes that everyone has a good side. She tells everyone to follow their dreams, like she did.
She loves students so much, they're like her children. She is not rude to any student or teacher, she likes everyone, including the troublemakers, even if they're a pain..
Charlotte's plans for the future are not big, she wants to find someone who loves her deeply. She also wants to keep educating kids and see them grown into adults. She is a person who lives into the day.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would tell them to stop, if they wouldn't I would give them warnings. I would after report tge actions to higher ups, such as an HD, V.P or the Principal
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would have the most reckless student leave the classroom for a short period of time. As others would watch, I would ask them if they'd enjoy that. If they say no, I'd reply "Then please listen, because I don't enjoy being disrespected."
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She would act the same, she treats everyone equally. She would look through her student's work and grade them. If she has some spare time after that, she would drink tea and begin talking to other teachers.

/me would hand out the resources to each student, as they chose what they wanted
/me would get out every resource needed for the upcoming project the students will be doing in-class
/me would point to the writing on the black board

Backstory
Charlotte Engelmann was born on the 25th of october 1991 in Munich, Germany. She was the first child her parents ever had. They always took good care of her.
Since her early childhood she always loved to draw and paint. When she was 10 years old her parents bought her her first real sketch book, which she still has to this day. Evertime she was sad or stressed she would fill pages with drawings to get her mind off those feelings.
Ever since she started school, she was facinated by her teachers and their job. She decieded that she wanted to be a teacher in the future. She studied hard to get good grades, but still kept drawing .
When she started high school, she joined the school's art club were she found people like her. She still studied hard for her dream. Charlotte was known as the "weird art kid", but that didnt stop her from going after her dream.
When she was 14, she started studing the japanese language. Her little sister was born when Charlotte was 15. She didn't have a lot of friends, but her best friend was a girl named Sofie Müller.
They have been friends since kindergarden. They were inseparable. A few weeks after Charlottes's 16th birthday, Sofie and her parents moved away. After Sofie was gone Charlotte got bullied at school.
She didn't care. She continued to follow her dream.
After she finished high school she moved to japan to go to a good college. Luckly she had good grades so it was easy for her to get accepted. She met many nice people, she met people who were like her. She loved college.
After she graduated college. She moved back to her family. Charlotte taught in Germany for 3 years, but her heart wasn't in Germany, it was i Japan, so she moved back. She heard of a town named Karakura.
Charlotte wanted to teach the kids there about the great sides of art.
