Describe your activity on the server:
For my activity on the server, I'd say I'm pretty active, especially recently. I do already have a few tags on the server that require me to be active, so it would already be fair to say I am, but just in general I'm mostly free, though. Aside from the few trials or the football practices I have on the server, I'm pretty much free all day. I get home at 2 PM my time and should be free for the next 12 hours after that every day unless something random pops up. So I usually spend time on the server in my spare time. I'm not on all day, since I find it kind of unhealthy, but I do make time for everything I apply for and dedicate myself to. I'd say on average I spend maybe 4-6 hours on the server on a weekday, but on a weekend it skyrockets a lot, so I'm not sure how long I usually stay on during them, but it's quite a bit.

What shop are you applying for?:
I am applying for the Clean Slate Restaurant. Which if accepted, I will rename it to Moniyu
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
I want to become a shopkeeper because, as I've stated in most of my applications, I want to experience different things on the server, and even though I haven't been here for an extremely long time, I feel like I've managed to make the most of that time. And what I want to do next is own a shop. I enjoy running things, and I weirdly enjoy having lots of stuff to do. Through my time on SRP, I've seen a ton of different restaurants, but none of them really felt like a staple except maybe La Casa Nostra; they all come and go. But I want to be there for a long time and a good time, a shop that everyone should've at least heard of, right? A shop that makes you want to go there and enjoy yourself with the people you roleplay with. A shop that opens frequently and doesn't cram everything at the end of the month. All in all, I mostly feel like it could be a fun experience, though, but at the same time, I want it to be more than just your casual restaurant that's there for a couple of months and just vanishes, which feels kind of common with most of them, atleast from what I've seen.
Describe the Character Who Will be Your Shopkeeper:
I will be using my character, Miguel Corniele. Who is a 33-year-old Dominican man. Below I have provided you a description of my character so you can get a better feel of him.
Standing at 6’1”, with mature black hair and calm green eyes. He always has a tired and apathetic look on his face, always trying to keep a cool face to appear professional. In reality, he’s a pretty calm and collected guy, he wears a very professional suit (that’s only occasionally vandalized with stickers), his hand clearly had a mark left after an engagement ring, perhaps recently divorced. But his confidence radiates in every step.
Does your shop have a logo?:
Yes, my shop does have a logo. The logo represents the sun setting across the ocean. It keeps a simplistic design but one where it still gets the point across of what it is. The imagery of the sun setting creates a peaceful setting for all of our guests, alongside it matchING the lore behind the shop itself.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
Our shop is unique in more than one way, a lore reason, but also a function reason. Our shop plans to have 3 different booking rooms aside from the usual resturaunt, which allows players to have their own sense of privacy, in a room with their own special scenary, so it's not just a normal club room, but it has a unique design depending on the room you choose. So I think that's a fun way to have the resturaunt give you that wholesome feel with a bit of a special offer.I plan to use the shop as a restaurant, which is the best way to bring guests and people together in a calming and enjoyable environment.
Other shops like convenience and toy stores don't build these customer and shop bonds, as people just go into them to buy goods and then leave right after. But with Moniyu, we will pride ourselves by actually building a friendly and engaging environment where guests won't just come for the goods like other shops, but they will also come for the people and the environment which we offer!
As for what makes it unique, well, that would be our lore behind the shop. My character, Miguel Corniele, came from the Dominican Republic. More specifically, he came from an area called Punta Cana, which is a small city located to the right of the island and right along the coast. It was here where Miguel would learn the idea of Moniyu.
Miguel's father was a fisherman who prided himself not just on skillfully catching some of the largest and best fish the Dominican Republic had, but he also prided himself on the restaurant at which he worked. Miguel's grandfather and grandma started a restaurant where they would cook all the fish that they caught and sell it right back to the locals. This tradition and restaurant were passed down to Miguel's father and mother, who intended to pass them down to Miguel, but tragedy struck.
During a nasty tropical storm, the restaurant was destroyed. Once the storm passed, all that was left of the tradition was torn wood, scattered metal, and tears falling from Miguel's father's cheek. It was heartbreaking to Miguel, knowing that he wouldn't be able to continue on his family's legacy, as it was ruined and taken from him before his very eyes. That was until 27 years later.
Miguel, citizen of Karakura, saw an opportunity to rebuild the legacy he lost so long ago. He saw an opening for a shop position, but to him it wasn't an opening for just a shop; it was a chance to continue the legacy his now deceased father had lost. To Miguel, this was a chance to make his family proud. He spent weeks coming up with a concept, a design, and a name. He wanted to somehow intertwine family into the shop, as he didn't just want it to be a random restaurant. No, he wanted it to be a home, a safe haven, a place where everyone, no matter their past, could come and enjoy the food. He came up with the name Moniyu, which was a combination of his children's names. He did this as a way to integrate his family into this business.
So what makes this shop unique? The fact that this isn't just some restaurant, this is a home, a chance for Miguel to rebuild his legacy.

What does each role do in the restaurant?
Shopkeeper: Runs the whole restaurant. Makes big decisions, handles supplies and prices, and keeps everything working smoothly.
Co-Owner: Helps the shopkeeper with running the place. Can open the shop, support the team, and fill in when needed.
Manager: Leads the team during shifts. Helps solve problems, supports staff, and keeps things organized and running right.
Waiter/Waitress: Takes orders, serves food, and makes sure guests are happy and taken care of.
Bartender: Makes and serves drinks. Works the bar and tries to keep the vibe going for the people seated, whether they're alone or not.
Security: Keeps the place safe. Handles any issues and makes sure the space feels good for everyone.
What attire would be worn?:
These are the standard outfits for the waiters/waitresses, along with the bartenders! The security outfit hasn't been made yet, but it would look like something standard, it wouldn't need to be anything that really pops out at you, since the point of the restaurant isn't to be flashy, it's more of a type of place where you'd go to relax, so I don't see the reason in making anything just pop out more than needed.

What are some possible events your shop could hold?:
Event 1: Dia De Los Muertos
As a restaurant that prides itself on family and tradition, what better holiday to celebrate than Día de Los Muertos! A holiday specifically made to celebrate and remember those who have passed away. At Moniyu, we will celebrate this amazing and traditional holiday by decorating the entrance of our restaurant with orange and red carpets to represent the marigold flower petals, which are used in Día de Los Muertos as a way to create a path for the loved ones who have passed to find a way home. Alongside, we will give the option to customers to place and light their own candle, as candles represent loved ones during this amazing and special holiday. If possible, we will have custom foods that are more used during this holiday! Specifically foods like pan de muerto, tamales, sugar skulls (calaveras de azúcar), and more.We want to bring more light and love to this amazing holiday, especially seeing how it directly involves family, it would fit the theme of the restaurant amazingly.
Event 2: Cultural Cuisine Nights
The second event will be one that brings all types of cultures together. Cultural Cuisine Night! A night where we will celebrate, taste, and embrace foods from all over the world. We would announce the event via our Discord 2 weeks or so before the event actually occurs, where we would link Google Forms that players can fill out freely! The form would ask for a specific dish that would come from the player's ICLY or even OOCLY culture. Once players submitted their dish, we would get it custom-made and implemented into the server. Kind of like an interactive voting system for what the restaurant should serve, instead of being a basic menu that you can just buy yourself. The day of the event, we would only serve dishes that were submitted to us as a way to try and introduce the player base to all the other types of dishes there are outside of the basic ones you see being constantly sold in other restaurants and convenience stores/markets. By doing this, we would be bringing more attention to foods and cultures outside of our own, allowing players to express their culture and favorite dish in a more unique and fun way.
