Describe your activity on the server: I spend most of my time just running around at the moment. I try RP as much as I can but my timezone doesn't help this at all! Despite this I still stay up late so I stay up late. I spend majority of my time on SRP and If I am not on I would have a reason behind it, I wouldn't just Vanish. If I had to give a estimate out of 10 on how active I am I would say I am a 9/10.
Do you have any previous bans?: I do have 1 previous ban which happened a while ago now but that doesn't excuse my mistake. This ban is controversial some would say but It happened I learnt from it there is nothing else to it. For some context I was banned for AvoidRP, FailRP which at that specific moment I was childish about it I wont deny it but since that ban I have evolved as a person and changed how I act. Lets say this ban was really a wake up for me to really pull myself up.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: In my period on SRP I have noticed that there is not a lot of teachers around during my specific timezone. So I would love to be that one teacher that can not only teach them during the lowest player count on the server but the highest also. I am not new to doing something like this since I was a previous member of school faculty but I never really had the chance to share my knowledge to other players on the server. This is just the little reason why I want to be a teacher, Of course its a opportunity to share my knowledge but its also a opportunity for me to experience a new kind of RP which is something I want to do.
Do you understand that you are applying for the teacher role of UT & If your application is accepted, you may have to undergo teacher training?: I understand.
What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?: It is important because teachers need to keep track of how much classes they do per month I believe which can in return get them a payment or could be a red flag if they are not doing enough classes. This is to keep things organised.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: My character would be a rather relaxed teacher so he will be strict if the students are not willing to learn but if they are willing to learn he would be less strict and more relaxed.
Some of the rules he would keep are. 1 : Raise your hand before talking 2: Respect everyone's opinion 3: If you don't want to learn don't come. Those are just the little rules he would have for his class.
In general the rules would be.
No Violence | Violence inside the classroom will not be tolerated by any means necessary, if there is conflict between you and another student please contact a faculty member instead of resulting in physical or verbal assault.
Be respectful to all | Be respectful to all of those in the classroom, every student is to be treated with respect, the same would go for faculty.
Have a winners mentality | You must have a winning attitude, there mustn't be any sore loser or downing behavior.
Have fun and learn | It’s important to have fun being in the classroom as well as learning with others, it could change your school spirit and turn you into a better person than you are.
Do your best | Do your best whilst completing an assignment in the classroom, there may be ups and downs but one thing I’ve learned from that is not to give up, that’s why you try your best.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Well I enjoy DetailRP which I can back up since I used to GangRP, For example I was a expert in p2l and in general roleplay. Now these will only benefit me a little bit since I am applying for a position completely opposite of GangRP, So to make my actions more clear I would write smaller paragraphs with a reasonable amount of DetailRP so I can get a point across in class. I would also make the class fun and interesting so I can keep the students involved and well make them want to learn History.

Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers are mostly dedicated to their job. They usually always come to class motivated and determined. Teachers would typically be calm and collected and on the occasion Energetic or Hyper this I find is a fantastic way to teach since it has a higher chance of getting the students involved in class and just shows the passion they put into there job. Teachers are humans so they naturally have problems them selves despite this they would do whatever they can to help out another student with there work, Health if need be and just motivate them. Teachers will be paid an amount of 450,000 yen ICly if they host 15 classes in one OOC month, an extra 50,000 if they host an extra 10 classes, which if they tried their best it would amount to 500,000 yen every 25 classes each month.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Well I mean the servers name is SchoolRP so they are kind of the asset in the server. You cant really have a education and a school without a teacher or Faculty in general it would just be pointless. Teachers are important to help players develop a character whether its in a good way or on the occasion bad way, The server has its own History and lore so not only do they teach you oocly subjects but also teach you about the servers past which is important for new players. I think teachers are crucial for the server as they also provide good RP with the students and the parents.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The school works on the ‘MoSCoW’ lesson planning system (Must have, Should have, Could have, Would have/Will not have).

Shion Kasikage Is a French - Italian male with rather tanned skin and a pretty muscular build. He would have dark brown hair that would look rather fluffy yet polished. He had dark brown eyes with a piercing look. Shion would be a rather tall individual standing at around 6.2 and weighing around 197 pounds. If this wasn't enough yet it would be clear that he takes care of his body as his skin would be silky clean and he would always look fresh. Shion would usually have an unbothered expression this is because nothing really bothered or annoyed him he's a calm and collected person you could say. But he still had a sense of humor he would laugh and smile often! He has a funny personality and often would crack jokes and try his best to get along with everyone. Shions personality also includes a leader-type trait when he is in tense situations he is able to command and do what's right in these situations. Shion would have a sleeve tattoo on his right arm but would cover it for work reasons as in Japan it was seen as a bad thing to have. His posture was healthy when he was standing he was never slouching. Shion loves teaching and how education is seen in the modern world, Shion treats Students no matter there look race and more with the same level of respect as if he was talking to the mayor of Karakura. The reason for this is because he believes if he can understand them more they will learn more and like him more as a person not a teacher.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Shion would slowly approach the group of students and would simply ask them to stop swearing since it just gives off a bad vibe. Now Shion wouldn't take the simple approach he would also have a conversation with them since he himself grew up with delinquent friends, He would hopefully leave off a good impression before leaving the students.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: Shion would simply sit himself down on his teachers desk and look at his students for a bit if they are still talking out of term and not listening he would take the approach of a normal teacher, he would whistle before getting the attention of the students then he would simply say that he doesn't care if they listen he's not the one missing out on education which could change the course of there lives. If that doesn't work he would mention how he could make his class way harder and less fun.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: Shion would take a look around the teachers lounge just kind of getting a understanding of the room and its environment. He would then simply make small talk with the other faculty members in the lounge if he already knows them of course, Otherwise he would introduce himself with a kind demeanor.

Backstory
Shion H. Kasikage was born and raised in Normandy France. He was born in the year 1993 As the youngest of his siblings. He comes from a stable and decent middle-class family who took good care of him and his siblings. This all changed once Shion Turned 18. He and his family would move to Japan Karakura to be exact and they struggled for a while. When they got settled he would look for a job and ended up working at La Casa as a Casino employee. With all the money he earned, he was able to help provide for his family and earn a living out of it, He eventually saved up enough to move out of his family home and into his own apartment where he would crash after work to relax! Shion grew up in a rough part of Normandy where crime is a common thing, Growing up he had friends who were in the crime field and this only motivated him to help children that age to get out of that life and move up the ladder. So when Shion came to Karakura he began to Study History since it was always a passion of his he would go to History class in school and do his best sometimes surprising the teachers with his knowledge for the subject. Years go by and when Shion turned 23 He graduated college and got a major degree in World History! He was over the moon since now he has a direct path into the teaching world. Now Shion enjoyed and wanted to teach History but not like any teacher he wanted to teach it in his own way since majority of the time people didn't find History and the past interesting, He would do everything he can to get his future students involved if he ever got a job as a teacher.
